Marilyn did the right thing not handing Archie over to Beau but I doubt it was the massive emergency it was presented as, at worst it was a way of making sure Harper had to see him. Harper does seem to have her head in the sand here, even after saying that her clients get similar promises and some people can't change (I suspect she was thinking of Kerrie there). I guess giving him a second chance is understandable but that really has to be it, if she sees more signs that he's violent she needs to get out of there. As I feared, she decided to keep her injury secret from Dana.

Sonny's another one struggling to grasp basic facts, and having avoided crossing the line into being a dealer up until now, he's going to be hard-pressed to stay the right side of it after Beau has made him manager in his absence. It did seem like a slap in the face to Beau when Remi brushed aside his extortion. Nice scenes between John and Dana, and Dana seemed friendlier towards Remi than she has been since she refused to believe him about Sonny's steroids.I think it was Sonny's dismissiveness that hurt as much as him not turning up.

Well, I'm assuming that was planned as the Commonwealth Cliffhanger rather than them just wondering what would be a good episode to end on a few weeks beforehand, but there was surprisingly little of Cash, Levi and Mali given they were the ostensible focus. Levi must have no survival instinct to walk right up to the edge like that: He couldn't admire the view from a pace further back? And yes, another "Is he dead?" cliffhanger, followed by a promo that says "No", but even though he isn't dead or even close to it, at least it showed he's still in a bad way.

Well done it’s brave to even say all this on a public forum

I totally second that, 'we'  may not be face to face Serenity but saying it anyway shows how far you have come.   The fact you trusted another man enough to marry him  after what you'd been through shows your true courage.  Even now it would be baby steps.  It's  often said it's not the physical violence it's the mental/emotional damage that lasts a lot  longer. They and it's not just men wear you down, they know what buttons to push. I'm guessing TPTB behind H&A talk to the right  people  when they decide to run SL's like this.

Maybe it's because  she's a SW Harper doesn't  want to admit to anyone  she's been fooled by a control freak and who has already assaulted her.  Notice he did grab her arm where any bruises  can be hid under a sleeve and not look too suspicious.

You make it sound like a promotion Red, Beau making Sunny his  manager, though  of course it's no laughing matter.  Did we see Alf looking at Sunny in a "what the heck" way when he shrugged him off to meet up with the client.

Beau certainly found out Remi was no push over.  Remi nearly got Sunny to see someone at ND's but  he got  summoned by Beau. Despite his saying to Sunny he'd be on his own, we know he'll be there for him.

The girlies returned from their weekend jaunt, not yet knowing what we know.

Wouldn't have been any 'fun' if Levi had stood further back would there?  Some people always have to have someone die because it's not dramatic enough for them if someone survives.   The next complaint will be either Levi is out of hospital after  a couple of days and be tickety boo or "Oh it's dragging on " if he's  in there for longer than two weeks.

Levi, is not just  a doctor, but  a surgeon,  so would know the implications of having his arm trapped for any amount of time, Cash told him how  it was with directness.  I guess his head wound  seemingly neglected is a minor hiccup compared to his other injury.

Terrifying place but awesome scenery, would liked to have seen how they filmed it.

Finally, just going back to the cliffhanger; is this where the 2005 opener was shot, where Dan and Jesse were arguing over Leah with Flynn trying to mediate?

No, this storyline was shot in the Blue Mountains, same area as where some of the Bella/Nikau scenes were filmed.

The Flynn one (which was the same cliff he later fell off, and Roman ended up hanging upside down off) was the national park closer to the usual filming locations.

Thank you so much, I’m still seeing a counsellor (my previous ones I didn’t feel comfortable confiding in) but this counsellor has been a god send to me. I still have days where I get triggered but honestly being able to talk about it helps, emotionally it broke me, physically I’ve built myself back up. It’s not something I would normally ever talk about on a social media platform because I was ashamed for so long but I’m continuing everyday to work on myself to be able to support other victims.

Apologies if me talking about it has caused any upset for anyone 😢

Well, pretty much everything Levi-related was in the promo, so it feels like we're not really any further along than we were. Cash dropping the boulder back onto his arm probably didn't do him any good.We commented on them having phone signal out at Brax's ranch but I guess they were a bit too far off the beaten track here, as Mali has to do the "running while anxiously staring at your phone" thing. Still...I guess it's a bonding experience?

Meanwhile, back in the Bay, Sonny manages to recover from blowing Dana off surprisingly well.Everyone sees it as something to be glad about but of course, we know Sonny's hiding a big secret, and he's officially crossed that line by supplying Beau's customers.John being paternal with Dana continues to be nice, as does the continued girls' talk bits with Mackenzie, Eden and Abby.

They really should have taken Hulk Tane with them camping he would have thrown that rock off Levi like it was a pebble

Mali was quite the hero there managing to phone for a helicopter and Mac with only 3 percent on his phone

I had to laugh when Amelia asked them to confirm when Levi was coming back to work and seconds later l was like yeah not for quite awhile

Lastly when Alf caught Sonny outside I did have a second of crazy thinking is Alf Beaus customer

Duh, if a rock that size had really fallen on Levi's arm it wouldn't be just nerve and tissue damage.  A rock that size would have smashed his bones into little pieces with the force of its landing.  🤪  And yes, also really stupid to go out into the outback without telling anyone where you were going.  I would have thought Cash as a policeman and Levi as a doctor would have more sense about such things.  Writing is really bad in this series sometimes.

The bush boys are back then. To be honest, Levi looked in pretty good shape for someone who'd just had his arm crushed by a boulder: I guess they have some pretty strong pain relief at Northern Districts (where they inevitably end up, no matter how far away they were!). While Cash was daft to shrug off Levi's concerns about going to the middle of nowhere with no back-up, I don't think he's solely responsible for this and Mackenzie annoyed me again with her being snippy with everyone, including trying to pull rank on Eden with that "It's not your husband who's lost his hand" comment which was wrong on just about every level imaginable. Anyway, Levi hasn't been working as a surgeon for a while, so I'm not sure how much this affects him in the short term at least.

Leah and Justin really can't help interfering! Amelia did seem to appreciate having someone to vent to at least but David was characteristically taciturn. They seem to have reached the conclusion that Amelia will be gone soon because Levi will be back at the hospital...but him being back there as a patient seems to have stalled that one! Meanwhile, David is back at work but Jo's continuing to mither about it. Cash has used up his three episodes, so unless he's on a special rate from the location shoot, either he won't be keeping an eye on David or he'll be doing it from just off camera.

Done the first three post-Games eps in one tonight as I've been travelling.

Can't add anymore to the rescue.

Mac had to find someone to blame, thankfully Levi was conscious enough to shut her up.

David's back to his cantankerous self.  Hard to tell whether it's PTSD or the Amelia thing is messing with his head but Channel 5 have, earlier today, posted the promo originally cut together by Seven to promote the show's return after the Games which suggests Amelia's contract won't be finishing any time soon.  But with Levi's time off very much extended and Amelia in the titles, I don't think anyone will be surprised by what they find if they watch it.

And then we have Zane.  Something very 90's about him, not sure if it's the haircut.  However, the need to house him means the show has remembered there's a Caravan Park in the Bay - which given how little screen time the Big House gets these days is quite an achievement.

Meanwhile, Sonny & Dana are finally engaged.  But can they survive when the truth inevitably comes out?  This is soap, and at some point Cash or David are bang to rights to have either of him or Beau for possession with intent to supply.

Anyway, the way the promo has been cut suggests things are about to get a whole lot darker...
