Even without the immune treatment I wouldn't have thought it wasn't a good idea for Eden to be hugging all and sundry.  She could catch a cold, flu, etc, etc, and then where would she be?  Should have kept the isolation going regardless.

It was nice that Cash arranged for Remi to see Eden after he spent the beginning of the episode dithering about whether it was allowed, even if he did have an ulterior motive. It still feels like it's only important for Cash and Eden to have this talk because everyone says so, but if it is something Eden needs to do, then I feel like Cash needs to be brave and face it, which to be fair is what he decided in the end. Debra did what she should have done last episode and had a chat to Cash about it.

I didn't really expect Richie to be back to see Abigail, but I guess his explanation made sense. I think there'll be more than two people who aren't happy to see him back though, as the less-than-warm reception he got from Alf showed. His dropping it on Abigail and then running was kind of amusing, although it had an air of "We're not rostered on again until next week so see you then." (Anyone else notice Richie is now listed as a regular?)

I think pretty much everything there is to say about Tane and Sonny was said in the episode: Tane didn't handle it well, but Sonny hassling him like that was only going to end one way and he just needs to accept that Tane doesn't like him and stay out of his way.

Alf's been back less than a week and he's already being rude to John again. And I suspect John is going to get the wrong end of the stick about Alf researching counsellors and get another tongue lashing. I've noticed Oz pace fans obsessing whether the stalwarts (other than John) know that Harper, Dana and Archie have left as if they could somehow not notice two grown women aren't in the flat above them anymore, but at least we got an acknowledgement here that Alf knows!

Understandably Tane didn't handle the news that Mac had taken on Sonny as an employee well, he'd gone to see Harper, Dana and Archie when she took him on. In his mind she'd betrayed him  Sonny was pushing it somewhat but Tane knocking him flying wasn't a good move, he is still recovering from his injury.  Does Sonny not have Dana's new address? Mac came up with what I  thought was a reasonable idea, that she let him, Tane,   know when Sonny was rostered on at Salt. As is the usual problem with people  who have an issue with someone else in the bay Sonny and Tane will bump into each other. They will have to keep their  distance.

It did put Tane's  problems  not being able  to see Archie when he wanted  into perspective when he found out about about Mac and Levi's situation.  Levi  may be overreacting but that letter/text/email  was very insensitive and badly worded them apologising  about their financial   inconvenience.  What about their and others emotional/mental inconvenience? I would have been  furious.

I'm supposing the word has got around about Harper, Dana and Archie no longer living in  the Diner flat, but as you said Red, people do get obsessed about silly things.

John did jump to the wrong conclusion seeing Alf had been looking up counsellors,  we know it's for Zane but as always you can't force someone to go if they don't feel they need to see someone.   Maz was a bit pushy trying to get Zane sign up for courses so he'd have another interest.  John was very good with him after Maz had chivved him into giving Zane driving lessons.

TPTB did give the SL away as we saw Zane being led away in handcuffs.   I did feel for him, and not making excuses for him,  he didn't get to do what 'normal' teenage boys  would have done, had mates, learnt to drive, got up to mischief, a touch of underage drinking.  An older ex con would have done all that. We did see David  repeat  what he first told Zane when  he arrived if he caused any trouble he'd be back inside.

Was a bit out there, those scenes with  Abby and Richie, he dashed off somewhere saying "wait there" and nothing. is she still waiting?  I did notice she didn't tell  anyone who that call was from.

Alf's episode count this week:Five! Making up for lost time again I see.

So, yep, Alf is still unable to be civil while talking with John, I don't know why I ever expected different. Marilyn annoyed me with the way she spoke to him as well, brushing aside the fact he was busy and emotionally blackmailing him into giving Zane a driving lesson because she's suddenly fixated on that as the solution to their problems. And it didn't do much good, since Zane's in too much of a dark place to really connect.

And meanwhile, I'm finding Mackenzie's "Let's all be calm" attitude rather judgemental. It doesn't help that she makes excuses for Tane lashing out: She was firm with him eventually but only after a load of hand-wringing about how he was justified being upset with her, which makes it seem like it's one rule for Tane and one rule for Levi, who is being chastised for a normal human reaction. I'm glad Sonny got fed up of Tane's aggro and bit back as well. Anyway, at least Mackenzie and Levi eventually managed to have a calm chat!

I quite liked Austin to be honest his anger seemed very warranted too me and it made me pretty much realise we are following the villains in this story It did make me laugh though that he had only been there for a short time because of Marilyn and the poor guy gets arrested and nearly charged Even Alf painted Austin as the one in the wrong Still not sure what Zane actually did to Heidi but she was nine what on earth happened? Not that it makes it better if she was maybe a teenager but too have something happen at nine seems incredibly cruel So I don’t know the story seems even more silly now too me

David and Amelias banter was amusing and their nearly as cheesy as me what a exciting place to go too everyday a hotel room well I think it would be

The blood drive was organised very quickly l thought I don’t think Eden should be talking about dying just yet she’s not that bad yet

l don’t know why the decided to throw in more trouble for Mac and Levi I think some of these characters need to go hide for awhile

That was incredibly harsh  the way Alf spoke to John even for him, though John did assume that  Alf was looking at counsellors for himself.  Neither of Alf's and Maz's suggestions went down went down well with Zane, he really is a lost soul, he found  his own solution in the end as we all saw.  I guess Mali thought it would be  a good idea to introduce Zane to someone  who has just come out of prison, but Tane was innocent of what he was in  for.

Zane did tell Maz and Alf why he was  given such  a stiff sentence and why he was in the Big House despite him being 17 when he got sent down.  He battered Heidi with the  baseball bat he was carrying when he broke into Heidi's home, he woke her up and she screamed and he did it to silence her.  It did seem he hit her more than once/twice.

Seems Mac and Levi have decided not to try again, wonder if they will foster or adopt.  Any foster/adoption agency  will advise  them to wait awhile as it's still too raw for them at the moment.  Levi was having  go at the wrong person, that poor woman/man at the end of the phone wouldn't have been responsible for whatever happened at the clinic, they just  got the short straw of ringing people, whereas with Tane he was having to get this head around his friend has employed the person  he holds responsible for Archie having to leave the bay.

Thank you Remi telling Sonny he doesn’t have to be friends with Tane his getting to be on the same scale of idiot as Brax for me now but speaking of idiots l pretty much think that of Alf these days he’s incredibly out of order with John

I would say if you love each other it’s enough without children but that’s the romantic in me saying that

It looks like things aren't going to end well for Zane then, which is sad. He seemed to have reached the point where he'd got fixated on the idea of prison being the solution to all his problems, a way to give up responsibility and just fall back into the routine of not having to make decisions. He was frustrating in places though and I have to agree with John, that's a pretty rubbish way to treat people who tried to help him and if he wants to stop people being hurt because of him, then deliberately causing hurt is a funny way of doing it. I'm glad David had a stern word with Marilyn about going against his advice: She's done a lot to help Zane but she definitely caused him and others harm there. Not so long ago, Marilyn said Zane didn't have a phone but here she apparently gets a text from him. Was she lying or has he got one since? Or did he use Mali's phone?

Mackenzie and Levi make their decision about the IVF then. They were pretty much there already but I guess this is the final word.

I kind of lost sympathy for Zane after Austin spoke the most sense throughout the story But after having dinner with Tane l think that’s enough to drive anyone to prison to be honest
