Its been 30 days since I put in my tax return online. It is supposed to take 14 days to get the money back, but I'm still waiting. Of course this is at a time where I can't find a job and am stone broke. SO angry. It gets frustrating when you hear about everyone else getting theirs when they put it in after you. Its like its fallen into the cracks and been forgotten about.

My 21st birthday went unnoticed by my unit mates in spite of it being written down on a red balloon with everyone else's.

Worse, of the 30 or so party invites I sent out via Facebook to friends from High School and Uni, only three have confirmed. At least 20 can't make it for various reasons (including four of the seven who were at my 18th) and the rest have either given maybes or not replied at all, in spite of several ultimata.

I've still got quite a few family members coming, but I've pretty much given up on this one matching my 18th.

It makes me so angry the amount of people who are being insulting towards individuals and sometimes entire groups or states of people, because they don't vote they way they want them to. This seems to be specifically the case for Labor people. Case in point - "qld should be forced to secede and sent off into the pacific. Stupid, stupid people" Its wrong, and its awful. And its against the fact that we have a democracy and people can vote any blinkin way that they want. Sure, they don't have to agree with me, but there is absolutely no need for personal insults.
