Formerly Known as FKAJ Posted August 17, 2009 Report Posted August 17, 2009 The Searchers, directed by John Ford and starring John Wayne, Jeffrey Hunter, Natalie Wood and Vera Miles. For my Hollywood Cinema course. As Westerns go it was pretty good, but the last ten minutes felt tacked on by a studio wanting a more generic cowboys-and-Indians Western. It didn't really flow with the rest of the movie up to that point, and it reminded me of what happened to I Am Legend.
