Lise Posted May 3, 2009 Report Posted May 3, 2009 Defiance. The best movie I've seen in a VERY long time. I can't stand war movies but this isn't really about the war. Daniel Craig and Liev Schreiber are absolutely amazing.

It's old news now, so I've heard most of the shocking revelations before. I did like the way that the Mary Magdalene character in the painting was flipped to rest on Jesus' shoulder. It made me go "awww " It also made going to Church for a Christening this morning a bit more interesting, since they had a tapestry of The Last Supper on the wall lol. I don't care much for Tom Hanks these days, but Ian McKellin rocks
