Symphony Posted February 11, 2009 Report Posted February 11, 2009 Evening with Claire Danes, Meryl Streep & others. This film was hard to watch; it was slow, and very sad. Left you hanging a little at the end, but in a good way - although ... I did find it hard to watch

Anyway,sad/boring movie but i've seen worse Le Premier Cri Babies from around the world who were born during the eclipse,one beautiful documentary!

If you like growling, glaring, racists who abuse and alienate everyone around them... well, ok, probably not many people will like that at all, but you might just like this movie! It's frickin hilarious I finally "get" Clint Eastwood. Westerns aren't my thing, but this movie, which pretty much portrays him as an urban cowboy/vigilante, is excellent. I spent the whole time laughing and gasping and wondering "can he say that ??" It was fun.
Formerly Known as FKAJ Posted February 12, 2009 Report Posted February 12, 2009 Go. I'd seen it before, but it was better on DVD, although the explicitness of some of the dialogue in act 2 was kind of discomforting. Otherwise brilliant, especially the scenes between Katie and Timothy.
