Emma_B Posted April 3, 2006 Report Posted April 3, 2006 I watched Stepmom again the other night, and cried again. Last night, though, I watched Ladies in Lavender. It was slow-paced, but absolutely beautiful. Judi Dench and Maggie Smith are always fantastic, the scenery is amazing, the story is really sweet. To be honest, I only went along with it because my Mum wanted to watch it and also I have a huuuuuuuuuuuge crush on Daniel Bruhl (the only reason I ever do extra work for German and watch a film is if he is in it, I am so in love). But I really enjoyed it. I'm not going to lie though, my favourite bit was him in the scary 1930s stye swimming costume. Don't care, still hot.
