Stone_the_flaming_crows Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 Maybe they could buy the rights to the old episodes and show classic H&A on Five.2? That would be good.
-*-_Free Spirit_-*- Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 Jeze...that sucks. They'll probably stop showing it at lunch times next. I bet FIVE's going ot be showing some rubbish cooking show and sports and news coverage in its place like channel 4 does. I wonder if five digital channels will be available on freeview? isnt H&A getitng many UK viewers or something? We need to convert a lot of people into 'Aussie Soap Viewers'!!!
-Emily- Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 That would be cool, I only just started watching it last year, love to see old eps!
-Emily- Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 I'm praying they don't take it off altogether! If they axe it like family affairs I will die!
Dan F Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 Saturday 7th January on five 9:35am Don't Blame the Koalas 10:05am The Adventures of Sinbad 10:55am Blue Water High *NEW* 11:25am The World's Strongest Man 12:30pm Dangerman Adventures 1:15pm Hidden Treasure Houses
Dan F Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 Yes the new five channels are going to be on Freeview
Stone_the_flaming_crows Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 I've emailed 5 to see what is happening with the show. Let's hope I get a reply soon.
beachbabe Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 I would love to see home and away old episodes, if they decide to do that i dont mind at all, but if they scrap the omnibus and we get nothing in return, i would be very angry.
Dan F Posted December 27, 2005 Report Posted December 27, 2005 If I remember rightly five have said in the past that they have no plans to acquire the rights to old episodes - I reckon they don't know what they're missing out on
