I've found a lot of Blackeyed Susans-songs on eMule, but no "Lost Horizon".

Maybe you'll have to look for a single, or buy the album if all else fails. I have to do that for Butterfly 9's Someday when you're gone that no one has.

EDIT: LimeWire doesn't have anything either. I Can only find the song Glory Glory by them.

Maybe you could get the video, and you, me, or someone else could rip the song from it.

It wouldn't be the whole song, would it? I could check the wedding-episode, but I doubt they use the whole song there.

The whole song isn't usually used, just sections of it. But one instance where I think the whole song may have been used was when Sal and Flynn renewed their vows last year. I have it on tape somewhere, but it would have speaking over it. I'm thinking that I'm going to buy their album or order it from somewhere as I've had no luck on Limewire. Oh well, good luck, keep me posted if you find it!!
