iloverobbie Posted December 31, 2006 Report Posted December 31, 2006 What kind of camera did you get? My initial thoughts is that is must one of those compact cameras, and if you want to achieve good pictures with those, you have to be a bit creative as you can't adjust the exposure time, aperture or ISO on those... I have an Olympus SP-500UZ But I don't think that means anything to you. My dad got me a good one cause hes wants to try diffrent stuff with the Aperture and stuff but I really dont know what they all do. When ever I try to change them the pic looks the same to me.
flutterby Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 A wide aperture 4.5 etc (numbers may be different on your cam) means that there is a shallow depth of field and bits i.e the background will be out of focus. A small aperture 22, means a large depth of field and 95% of the pic should be sharp and in focus...not that you care....but I got all excited because I knew something *goes back to annotating photography cooursework*

Reo Posted January 1, 2007 Report Posted January 1, 2007 They are fake,I think they are made of metal and the top moves so it rattles.
katya Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 Merc, those photos are amazing! Where is that?
MarMar Posted January 4, 2007 Report Posted January 4, 2007 Thanks, Katya! I got them on Tuesday - they're taken at a beach called Sele - a rough 20-30 minutes drive from where I live, more south. This part of Norway is well-known for its beaches.
