For those who might be interested, I fancy some sympathy for having to wear this 24/7. Its my brace. From the front:

And I'm very proud of myself for managing to stand the whole time the picture was taken! Though I collapsed in a heap soon after. Its the most uncomfortable, heaviest thing in the world but apparantly I'm lucky because the neck ones are a million times worse and this is a 'modern' version. The old fashioned ones are meant to be horrible. My sisters thing it looks like a bullet proof vest, its probably about the same thickness but without the padding.

Has anyone ever had to wear anything similar? I know theres people on here who have real problems and are wheelchair bound and my moaning must **** you off so much so I'm sorry, I'm just curious if anyone else has ever had to wear something like it before?
