God no! Lee is awful, I despise her character. I think Janae has changed an awful lot since she came to Ramsey Street. She is a lot more grown up now. I don't think H&A needs to copy Neighbours though.

That is pretty accurate, which would seem to indicate that a HAA Janae would be better as a guest character, like a girlfriend that one of the male teen characters has during a temporary breakup. Like when Cassie was dating Macca and Ric was dating Belle before they got back together (however briefly). They've done the same thing on the OC a lot, eg: when Ryan was dating Lindsay and Marissa was dating Alex.

That said, Janae has changed since she first appeared, and she couldn't match some of Lee's stupidest moments: eg: she wouldn't react to her water breaking with "I think I just wet myself."

I don't really see the comparison between Matilda and Janae, I think that Belle's closer.

That depends if you like her as a guest character. I always thought she had plenty of potential as a regular.

That is why I've come to like Janae and think she is one of the best Timmins. They have shown her grow up but stumble along the way.
