Region 4 DVD's do actually play in a majority of Region 2 players believe it or not - but don't quote me on that

I know a good DVD hack place. Just search for the exact model of your dvd player and if there is a hack, it will find it

If you have something like power dvd, then this should be fine to run them. You really just need a dvd decoder to play your dvds, and most software dvd players will play dvds straight off, providing their region code is compatible with your dvd drive.

Watch out if you have PowerDVD 5 though. That one has a 5 times lock on it.

On the fifth region change it locks on to that region.
