Ashirr-Leigh Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Please ignore Ryan The Stalker was Eve Jacobson (who is the woman we've come to know as Zoe McCalister). What a great episode, and a great way to reveal the identity. I'm glad we didn't cut straight to Sally discovering the stalker's identity, continuing with the investigation prolonged the excitement even more. I'm glad I haven't spoilt myself very much with the post-revelation episodes. I knew the Stalker was Zoe, but have no idea what happens from tomorrow onwards. I look forward to watching it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Same here! And it was an amazing episode tonight, Home and Away at it's best! I thought the whole thing might have been spoiled because I knew already that it was Zoe but it wasn't! Emily Perry, who plays Zoe, is a really good actress and she was on top form tonight. The way she had like wee laughs to herself and everything.. yeah, it was all really good!
Ryan Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 17 and a half hours to go, untill the stalker is revealed. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Do you purposefully do it?
ste Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 The way she delivered some of those lines sent a shiver up my spine, such as: Sally: You took the photo? Zoe: Uh-huh (looks Sally up and down) souvenirs. and I also loved the way she kept laughing to herself, kind of like self gratitude for how clever she'd been. I don't understand a couple of things. Compared to the aussie episode they cut out one of the stock shots of the old warehouse, causing the scene to "jump" (ie one minute Zoe was standing behind Sally, the next she was standing over by the wall). Also they left Marc's attack in the flashback, despite censoring it out a couple of weeks ago!
Ashirr-Leigh Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 That's exactly the line that I was thinking of! It was great! I liked how it wasn't just Zoe/Eve explaining what had happened but that it had flashbacks and everything in it, made it more realistic. All round, it was a great episode and I can't wait till I watch tomorrow!
ste Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 The flashbacks certainly made it all fall into place! It was a very very very clever episode and makes you realise the past however-many months of storylines have been carefully planned. Well done to Daniel Bennett Without the flashbacks it probably would have been a lot harder to follow! I especially love the old scenes of Sarah Lewis at the institution that had been edited to insert Eve into them... very clever!
I love music Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Well, everyone fell for that, didn’t they? The stalker was Eduardo Bearo and poor Zoe took the rap! And to think Eduardo Bearo is still out there...
Ashirr-Leigh Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Yeah, that was really good! I liked the new clips of Sarah that we saw too. It just goes to show, like you said, that every detail really has been there for a reason!
Ashirr-Leigh Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 She didn't say how she made the bomb. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Thought you weren't watching till tomorrow?
Cat3 Posted October 18, 2005 Report Posted October 18, 2005 Yeah, that was really good! I liked the new clips of Sarah that we saw too. It just goes to show, like you said, that every detail really has been there for a reason! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I did read that that was not the real sarah playing that part in today episode.
