Shhh, don't tell Big Brother!! ;) 12 degrees here in Melbourne at the moment. The only colder Australian state than here is Tasmania (11degrees)... Why cant I be in Darwin (30 degrees) or at least Sydney (17).. its cold I'd personally rather live in Far North Queensland or Darwin, or even Broome. But definitely not Sydney! Good city to avoid.

Yes, I suppose so.. Im quite happy living here at the moment, it may be cold now, but the weather can be great and theres heaps to do here
Elise Posted June 18, 2006 Report Posted June 18, 2006 Meh! Melbourne is ok, just don't like what it is becoming with the traffic and such. I get way too frustrated with the me,me,me attitude here. Up in QLD, they are the nicest people and the most courtious drivers too.

I'd hate to think what would happen if some of you Aussies came and had a proper British winter
