that's toooo cold to wear shorts!!!!

A couple of my friends wear a shirt and shorts even in 12C cold and rain! During the 6 years I've spent with them at high school, I've NEVER seen these particular blokes wear a jumper or long pants Maybe they thought that they looked cool and tough to the chicks...

I seriously think we'll miss out on summer this crappy year, but then again that's what I get for living in a horrible sub-arctic oceanic climate
