Eli Posted January 31, 2008 Report Posted January 31, 2008 It was snowing earlier, but it seems like it's warmer now, cause now it's just rainy. Also there's a lot of wind. I live east in Norway so it's not horrible here, but I've never seen it this windy during winter before. It's worse down on the south coast. Apparently the wind had been upgraded from a storm earlier today to halfway being a category one hurricane. Only barely though, and probably just a few places on the south coast, islands and at sea.
