Houses of the Bay

Who lived where? Which house was the Braxton house and who lives there now ? 
why is John’s house not shown anymore?

who lived in the Morgan house before them ? 

Ant other house related memories ?

The Braxton house used to be Sally and Flynn's. I think Sally lived there with others - maybe Shauna, Charlotte and Gypsy? Fiynn and Sally swapped it with the Hunters who combined it later with the Holdens. I think Tony and Rachel still owned it when they left which mainly consisted of the Braxton and their extended clan living there. It returned a few years ago and Lyric have been staying there.

When was Johns house last seen? I see a few people mention that. I wonder how many years it's been.

The Morgans were the first in that house ..I think.

No that's Johns house. The house you're thinking of was Sally and Flynn's...which the Hunters and Holdens eventually moved in.

The homes in order of appearance & year first seen:
 

1. Summer Bay House (1988)

2. The Beach House (1990)

3. The Lyrik House (1998)

4. The Palmer House (2005)

5. The Farmhouse (2007)

6. The Pier Apartment (2015)

7. The Morgan House (2016)

8. The Parata House (2020)

The reason we don’t see John’s is there simply isn’t the studio space for all the sets, I think that’s why having exterior locations has become so important now. Plus we also now have the much bigger Police Station, Hospital and Surf Club (the Gym & Salt expansions) sets.

The cast isn’t that much bigger these days, but we have 8 homes where we once had 5 or 6 at most, it’s just disappointing that Summer Bay House is probably the biggest casualty after John’s place.

At least we see it more often now than in 2022 when the interior was non-existent.

There was also a period before the arrival of Harper and Dana that Irene's house was rarely seen.

I reckon they need to get rid of Justin and Leah’s place. Just have them move upstairs of her workplace…

I don't know if introducing an addition to that household could make it more interesting (because they're just a 2 person household as a couple), but unless you're moving Sonny and Dana somewhere else, that flat's occupied.

Probably chuck a post-High chool Ava in there or yet another Poulos to fill the void if it boiled down to it.
