What qualifications did you need to work in the school?

Rob, Roxy and Lucinda taught in the school at one time or another. Had any of them trained as teachers before taking up jobs there? Where I live, you can't just walk into a classroom if you don't have the required teaching training. At high school level that's usually a postgraduate teaching course, including work experience as a trainee teacher. None of them had done anything onscreen before this to suggest they were teachers who were just resting.

I assumed they had got their qualiifcations offscreen before they arrived, just like Steven, Rebecca, Donna etc would have as well. 

I'd be more concerned about how Leah can be acting principal with no classroom experience

I have a vague memory that Rob had either trained or worked as a teacher before getting the job at Summer Bay High, possibly when he was with that fiance he mentioned. I know Roxy pushed him back into teaching for vaguely snobbish reasons but I think he'd had experience before that.

I seem to remember just before Lou turned up, Bobby wondered what she could actually do with an art degree and Donald said she could teach art, so I guess they were setting it up even then!
