I loved the fact Eddie got out of Jo's bed in his boxers.  I've heard of leaving your socks on but your boxers?  (I know the scissors don't really get taken to H&A these days, but there are advantages to the whole streaming first thing if they want to make the show more X rated...)

@H&Aloverofficially we're allowed to discuss at Streaming pace (so basically once it drops) but I assume we'll get a separate 2026 thread next week, and the 6pm-ers can join in on Monday.

For those who watched it when it went out in Australia, are the final 3 episodes designed for one sitting (as aired in Oz) or individually (as they're being aired in UK/Ireland)?  Was thinking about holding them all back to watch on Thursday in one go.

That doesn't really answer my question as I don't stream so once again should I be 'talking' on here about what happens in the 6pm prog or the 6.30pm one?

Full speed ahead - like that. 🤣

I kind of guess Tane has enough on his plate at the moment without worrying about  if he and Jo are an item or not.  John  did a lovely thing there by alerting Mali to Tane's problem but Tane sadly took it the wrong way,   thinking he was the subject of gossip and stomped off.

Have we seen Justin, Levi  or Remi get out of bed in their under crackers?🤔  We don't see the women get out of bed do we, they'd either be topless with just their shoulders  showing  or a nightie, pj top.

Not wanting to give too much away  but Mali did a wonderful job doing that board Levi ordered for Mac. When she did see it she was overwhelmed but she did get distracted yet again 🤐🤫🙊

You can talk about the 6:30pm, which is now the "official" screening, for want of a better word (that's the one that gets promoted, and how it's date labelled on streaming services, Sky, Virgin etc.)

All those poor car owners waiting for their cars to be repaired at the garage Justin's abandoned.  🤪

Was a bit of a jump from formalising the joint custody of Archie to full blown solo custody.  Can't blame Tane for hitting the roof.   And won't Harper and Dana have a lot of fun getting the baby buggy up and down all those stairs from the flat.  Don't know why Harper didn't just hire a caravan at the caravan park.  That seems to have disappeared from the show completely.

I'm never quite sure how to classify those three-part finales. They're officially three episodes, and I believe they're split that way for streaming in Oz, but Channel 7 have been doing it that way for so long that the show must know it's going to happen. There also seem to be small differences between the two versions, with scenes being shown in a different order or in a different episode and small sections being in one version but not the other.

Anyway, today's (6pm) episode. While he could have done with keeping his cool a bit more, I can't say I blame Tane for being upset and I think he had a point about Harper punishing him, even if she didn't see it that way. Blindly following her lawyer's advice isn't an excuse, she's got a better idea of what's best for Archie. So I'm glad she's backed down by the end and agreed to him spending time with Archie while they sort out the details. I thought Dana handled things well, having Harper's corner while Tane was there but politely pointing out the realities of Harper's stance. I wondered if Harper was aware that toy came from her mother. Anyway, Ma Matheson's turned up in person at the end and I can see at least two people not being happy about it.

All the Tane drama distracted Mackenzie from Levi's surprise but he did a good job of keeping a lid on it before the grand presentation. Thankfully both Mackenzie and Levi were impressed with Mali's design in the end.

Thanks for that James, I wouldn't want to be putting up spoilers.

The locals must be well used to having the local garage closed for most of the time by now. 😆  I said that about how Dana, Harper ands Sonny would manage with Archie's buggy but at least Dana cleared it with Sonny to have him there.

Dana did well by persuading Harper to having a rethink about letting Tane have joint custody like they did before. Harper knew where the toy came from as we saw the card, but Dana didn't as she didn't read it.  Big mistake, at least in my opinion, that Harper had told her mum where she was staying.  Dana was well floored when Kerrie walked into the Surf Club with John.  Harper had been trying to keep her and Dana apart.

Mali is well used to keeping secrets and Levi did well too. Mac really didn't help matters when she interrupted Tane and Harper's not so private conversation.

Won't give too much away for those who haven't seen the 6.30pm episode but Maz made a good suggestion but Leah  didn't take it up.

Alf's episode count this week:Two.

Well, Kerrie seems a bit intense but hasn't done anything obviously wrong so far. It's easy to be wise with hindsight, I can see why Harper would think it was best to keep Dana out of the loop with regards what's going on with Kerrie (in fact, it's even what Dana requested) but the upshot was them bumping into each other and Dana getting upset. Dana does mention that she and Harper were originally planning to get a place together but looks like that's off the table now.Ironic that John was basically taking Dana and Tane's side when gossiping earlier only to be quickly charmed by Kerrie.

Levi and Mackenzie did seem loved up but the warning klaxon was definitely blaring at Mackenzie suggesting trying for a baby again. They said they wanted to be in a good place for if it went wrong again: Are they there? I guess we'll see.

Marilyn probably thought it was a good idea giving Leah time off but she perhaps hasn't seen everything we've seen: There was always a good chance that Leah would try and seek out Sonny rather than Justin. I did quite enjoy her telling Alf where to stick his attempts to take over, even if she did regret it straight afterwards.

At this point Archie's better off being raised by Dingoes as his folks can'tget along!😂

To be fair over his life he’s probably spent more time with Irene, Marilyn, Dana, Sonny, Cash & even Alf combined than either of his parents.

Takes a village to raise a child.
