Would have thought Mac might have kept that test as a keepsake given  how hard it's been for her to become pregnant.

More likely that she would frame it than throw it away.

Do people really keep a piece of plastic they've peed on as a keepsake?

After a couple of fairly heavy episodes, it's back to being fun again, apart from a couple of scenes with Justin and David. I'm not sure what we should infer from David packing his investigation on Wendell away: Has he given up or is he planning to continue it at home?

A lot of humour around the vows. The big reveal about them gets spoiled in the promo but it was pretty obvious anyway. I was laughing out loud at John taunting Eden by reciting them a second time:"E is for Eternity.D is for Diamonf.E is for Eternity.Twice!"

Abigail made a great force of nature here as she insisted she was going to make the best hens party ever, complete with a pair of underpants with Cash's face on them ("Kidding!Kind of"). I actually thought Tane's whiskey bar idea seemed quite classy if you like that sort of thing, although I get Cash's concern about the cost.I liked the callback to Tane's bucks night and Felicity matchmaking Cash and Eden. She'd be loving all this.

Mali being torn between congratulating Mackenzie and worrying he's got Abby pregnant was simultaneously funny and sweet.

Ok the framing thing was a joke, but I can’t see Mac throwing it away until they’ve at least got an ultrasound picture to keep.

Certainly a variation on a common theme about the pregnancy testing kit, they are usually found in the kitchen/bathroom bin for all to see.  it just happened the black bag split and while Mali was picking up all the litter he saw it.  He was kind of panicking  in case was Abby's and how would he explain that to Levi, I noticed he wanted to speak to Mac alone before saying anything to her,  though I think if it had been Abby's he would have been given some sort of clue by her behaviour and she's been her normal scatty self.  Another secret Mali has been asked to keep, though I see why Mac and Levi want to keep it quiet until after the Wedding so as not to take the shine off Eden's big day.  I was wondering how Mac was going to explain why she wasn't drinking alcohol at the Wedding reception but as she told Levi she has alcohol free booze at Salt so can drink that  and hopefully no-one will notice.  Nice little reference to the time Mac and Levi last had champagne.😉

More fun about the Hen  and Bucks nights and what had been planned by Abby and Tane which when they - Cash and Eden talked about them - they decided they wanted  more relaxed dos and it was a lovely idea that  Abby and Tane came up with.   A mixed Hens and Bucks do, just their friends there.  They did have a good choice of whisky/whiskey there apparently.  Flick would have loved the fact Cash and Eden were finally getting married.  As an aside will Eden stay a Fowler of become a Newman?

It was funny about the vows that Eden found were fake, though as you said the promo did give it away, but John played it so well teasing Eden like that.  🤣 We didn't hear what the F was going to be? Funny, fabulous, freaky?

Then the serious stuff, David talking to Justin about how he felt torn about his principals to always play it  by the book and bringing the guy he, rightly, feels killed his wife but being prevented by the very rules he's vowed to obey all these years not to break.  I suppose he could do something off his own bat but he'd have to tread carefully so TPTB don't find out.  Of course he doesn't know Lacey is doing her own thing having taken photos of what was on David's wall.

The fun quotient was even higher here. I guess Cash isn't used to drinking stuff that strong in those quantities. Kind of a role reversal that Remi was the one that stayed sober. Cash's casual reveal of his trick on Eden, oblivious to the chaos he'd caused, was amusing, and Remi and Eden bounced off each other well when discussing the problem.

Everyone knows that Mackenzie's trying for a baby, so I doubt her staying off the alcohol would have raised many questions. As it is, she and Levi told nearly everyone anyway, although Cash and Remi somehow missed it all.

Wow, Harper must think she's cursed. Not only does she get left out of all the fun, but when she does turn up, she gets hit in the eye. Got to get those reflexes better! Dana really struggled with explaining it to Bree.

That was a fun episode until the end.  Abby and Tane did  a great  job of getting it all set up in such a short time and telling the relevant people about change of venue.  Remi did seem disappointed it wasn't going to be at a Gentleman's Club but he enjoyed himself anyway once he was there.  Eden wasn't actually told, she just guessed from Levi's reaction and she didn't mind that they - him and Mac - had such good news.  I suppose only natural Mac felt she should   tell Abby who was delighted, not totally sure why she felt Tane should know.  Had a thought about why she told Tane, it was his brother's baby she lost. It was funny when Abby and Mali found out each other knew and Mali's comment about keeping secrets.   Dana and Sonny aren't in the secret either, I was wondering why they weren't there at the start.

The  looks Eden kept giving Cash were amusing and her talk with Remi about those vows. That was a Cash we certainly don't normally see and he finally revealed the vows were fake as John had tipped him off.  Very wise that Eden didn't tell him the news, in his state he would have blurted it out.   He's going to have a very sore head in the morning, hope he hasn't got an early shift at Yabbie Creek, David would not be amused.

Rather an awks moment between Remi and Bree when they bumped into each other outside of Salt.  He asked if she was OK about going back to work and she congratulated him about setting up his record label.  Did Harper not get asked to the party, seems odd if she wasn't, she would have been fine with Tane being there though it may brought back some uncomfortable memories.

Bree broke herself in gently at ND's, no problems after her initial nervousness.  Bree isn't that comfy with babies is she?

That was a very unfortunate accident, Harper walking through the door at the flat just as Sonny was popping open the champagne and turning her way as the cork flew out.  He was so apologetic, he'd never intentionally hurt  anyone. It is one of those out there accidents.

Then we saw another teaser involving Lacey, Theo and him.

Lacey is seriously pushing it here and Theo hasn't even managed to tell her about the holiday. She's basically using the same tactic as David, assuming that once Wendell is confronted he'll break down, even though he's been keeping this under his hat for two years.I guess she's being more direct about it but even so.It was hardly a surprise she broke her promise to drop it, she didn't exactly look convincing when Theo left her.

Oh, Sonny.Once again we get evidence that it's easier to forgive something done to you than something done to someone else.Harper knows it was an accident, and so does Dana deep down, but he's a convenient target for her to blame. She jumps to the wrong conclusion about the empty champagne bottle: That'll teach him to just leave it where it is instead of tidying up and taking it out to recycling.I have a hard time believing Harper actually will lose her sight in one eye and wear an eyepatch for the rest of her time on the show, but we'll see.

Remi has a point that Bree should go to the wedding for Cash and Eden's sake and forget about him, but I guess he's not in a position where he can push it.

Levi did tell Eden about the pregnancy, although only after he'd more or less given it away. It makes sense that Mackenzie told Tane: He and Mali are basically her "Bay family", so just like Levi and his sisters, it'd be odd to tell one and not the other.

Lacey does tend to go at things like  a bull at a gate, more like her dad in that way then she knows.  She tried subtle by pretending to  want to talk to him in her podcast about some plans for building houses, wasn't it? No-one at his office would let her speak to him either.   At least she fessed up to Theo about stalking Wendall by sitting in her car watching him. I didn't believe her promise to Theo to drop it either.   Not the best idea she's had to threaten Wendall.

David is doing his own investigation it seems and Jo is still in the dark, well she was then, but it seems from the promo Lacey has finally let her in.

Poor Sonny, I think him making jokes about Harper's injury is a cover for how bad he really feels and he admitted as much to Remi.  Guess he didn't have time to dispose of the bottle as they had to dash off to the hospital and he just  forgot about it when he got home.  It was a lovely thought of him to bring in flowers, balloons for Harper  and a change of clothes for Dana. Really sisterly thing Dana did by staying with her overnight.

More tense moments between Remi and Bree about why she didn't go to the Hen's Night and she isn't going to the Wedding, most of the people who will  be there know why they split so won't expect them to be near each other or talk.  But as Bree said it would still  be awkward.   I'm guessing we'll be seeing the usual group of people that  turn up at Weddings, Funerals and Christenings that we have never seen before.

I may be getting way, way ahead of myself but do we think this new doc/consultant -  Dr. Michael Westaway -  will offer Bree a job in the hospital where he  works in the city and she takes it up🤔    He did understand  why Bree asked for his ID as anyone can walk in  and say they're a doctor.

Harper is seeing things from the worst scenario point of view - no pun intended.  The swelling/bruising is going to  get worse until it gets better  and of course she would be in a  lot of pain, it's a sensitive area.  I can't see, again no pun intended, TPTB will let Harper  be blind in eye.
