For once I found Mali added something I enjoyed his story of the hairy Man its a shame the monster didn’t grab Tane from his tent in the middle of the night into the woods never to be seen again but hey

Im not sure John had much fun on that camping trip really

Hopefully this crash story gets us answers quickly

Im quite behind I know

John did seem to be doing that thing where he's really not reading the room. I was half-expecting David to bite his head off but I guess either he's mellowed or he wasn't in the mood.John did eventually get that his rambling wasn't that welcome.Him and Justin going round David's with pizza, beer and a cheery demeanour could have backfired but David seemed to realise that's just what people do in Summer Bay.John says it's always been a dry house: Well, as Irene herself acknowledged, there was a point back in the 10s when that seemed to get forgotten about and you often had people chugging wine or champagne there, but I guess John wasn't that close to Irene at the time.

Abigail was pretty awful here. I guess she was excited about having a normal family gathering, but they're all still going to be together for the first time in ages, does it really matter that much if it's not quite picture book perfect? (No word on whether Jimmy's bringing the woman he left his wife and daughters for...) As Eden said, it's a big deal that he's even then. Jimmy might be slightly disappointed but he's probably just glad to be there. And what exactly was Levi meant to do, turn Eden down? She'd probably still ask Remi before Jimmy, and Levi showed more concern for Jimmy than was really necessary by getting Eden to clear it with him first. (He did definitely need telling before the day though.) When Abigail was throwing her vicious tantrum while Mackenzie was trying to rest, I really wanted Mackenzie to come out and rip a hole in her, but that's next episode judging by the promo.

So despite all the attempts to play it cool and not get their hopes up, Mackenzie's reduced to tears anyway.

I don’t know where they are going with Jo if she was the only one in the car with her mom and called for a ambulance then yes it looks like she crashed or had her mom grabbed the wheel and caused the crash?

A spooky twist would be if it was Lacey in the car with Jo really they all have blonde hair lol and the reason Lacey can’t forgive Jo is because she Lacey died lol But then the question is how can Theo and Leah see her?

She's been to Hell and back already.  I'd argue it's a natural reaction.  I think it's also setting up for what's clearly a hormone-driven ripping into Abi later today, as seen in the promo.  She's trying to get pregnant and Abigail's being incredibly self-centred over who gives her sister away.

John was acting like a real galah there with Justin and David but I think a lot of it was down to excitement being Eden and Cash's celebrant, he wouldn't know what had happened to David's wife or the latest info David had found, Justin did tell him he needs to shut up and let others speak.  He, John, did apologise to David when he and Justin took the pizzas and beer round, though Justin had to sush  him  again.

It was a 'dry' house, though Irene did allow people to bring drink in if she OK'd it first,  so that is why we saw people drinking real wine at the table and allowed parties.

Abby really did throw a hissy fit about the fact their dad isn't going to be walking Eden down the aisle, Eden only recently 'forgave' Jimmy for leaving them and she has asked him to be there.  Abby reckoned he was disappointed as she could tell by the sound of his voice but Eden had asked for his OK that Levi would be doing the deed so if he OK about it nought to do with Abby.  It had taken  ten years for Eden just to be able to speak to him, she did have his number though.  Another thing Abby was bothered about was 'what people would say', well if Jimmy isn't bothered about it what's it got to do with her, he'd   just  be glad to be there, Debra, Eden said to Levi that Debra would not be a good stand-in for Jimmy as she'd be taking over, will she be sitting with Jimmy, I don't think it was mentioned at their last meet up if Jimmy was still with the woman he left them for. For all her laid back  life style Eden's having  a traditional wedding.   Levi as said before is really touched that he will be walking her down the aisle and Mac is pleased for him too.

Mac is back and it seems Levi was a hit with Tanya.  Now they're back to concentrating on their next round of IVF and as Mac said Tanya knows how hard it can be and back then, 30 years ago, medical science wasn't as advanced as it is now.  Good news that they have nine follicles so can start again with the hormone injections.  My, they kicked in pretty damn quick didn't they going by the way she was laying into Abby.

:offtopic:If Leah has anymore tiramisu I'll have it, though it's not a Greek dessert, it's Italian.

I'm still not getting why, if Jo and her mom were wearing seat belts, how she seems to have hit her head and her mom ended up dead.  Admittedly we haven't really seen mom and any injuries so I guess it might have been a heart attack after the crash, but again for me it's bad writing because if they weren't wearing seat belts it would definitely be Jo's fault as the driver.

Dana going over the top again.  Did it never occur to her that Bree would probably want more of a flatmate/friend than a nurse telling her what to do since she's just got out of hospital and hey, she is a doctor so does know what she should and shouldn't do.

Is Roo going to be up for another foster?  Especially if it's a long term one.

I was worried for a bit that we were somehow meant to think Mackenzie was wrong even though she really wasn't; Abigail was being a nightmare and spoiling it for everyone because it wasn't exactly what she wanted.Thankfully, Mali saying it a bit more diplomatically seemed to get through to her, and fair play to Abby for going back and apologising.

Bree's back home then but still trying to clear her head.Mali was obviously on top advice-giving form today with his words to her.She remains a bit vague about what she's going to do for the moment though.

Given Roo's tendency to get attached very quickly, a long-term foster child would probably be better for her.I guess the question is whether she's ready to open herself up again.

In regards to the car crash Katrina could have hit her head on the side window as did Jo, they could have been flung about, we haven't seen the accident just the aftermath.

Dana knows what doctors are like, they do tend to ignore any advice they are given and think they know best.  Doctor's has been said are the worst patients.

Mali was very good in both situations with Bree and Abby.  He quietly reminded Abby she was the one who re-united the family in the first place so should accept Eden's choice of who should walk her down the aisle and to  her credit she did apologise to Eden and Levi. With Bree, although not knowing all the facts, gave her food for thought as to what to do next.

Dana did agree with her that they and all medical staff,  both male and female, treating patients  risk getting injured by them.  Bart, the guy who stabbed her, was brought in unconscious so they had no idea of how he would react when he came round but once he had security should have been on hand. Any confused patient can be stroppy and get anxious and lash out when it's not in their nature.  Same as the relatives of patients who shout and get aggressive  with doctors/nurses when they think they are being kept in the dark, we've seen that plenty of times.  It seemed from what Bree was saying it's admin who want to keep it in the dark but that's admin/middle management for you, they aren't on the front line.  I did wonder if it may bring back her OCD.

Roo is torn about whether to accept this new fostering job and it's long term so it seems she has been elevated to the next  position of foster care. She doesn't want to let this new lad down but she feels  it is too still raw after Cohen which may affect how she deals with him and he's a completely different age bracket as he's only six.   She was very touched by the gift Cohen sent her. seems he's got his father's talent for wood working.

I'd forgotten Sonny was away attending his brother's graduation - bad me and it seemed Theo and Lacey were out which was why it was so empty  at  the diner flat, it did give her Bree some quiet time.
