Geeze, finally did something sensible.  Tane seeing that guy with Harper, easing her away with the leaflets, her calling the police when out of range while Tane keeps him busy.  Would have expected Tane to rush the guy and tackle him - much more dramatic storyline!

Tane did indeed show some sense, although it might have been smarter if Harper had gone a bit further away before calling the police, I was half-expecting Bart to call out "Who are you calling?" Not sure what the point was of Bart trying to swim away either, since a few scenes later, we cut back to everyone on dry land with no indication of how Cash caught him, and despite David saying Cash needed a change of uniform, everyone involved seemed perfectly dry. He did seem a lot calmer at the station, a shame it took so long to get there.

Tane both did and didn't have good timing with announcing he'd been caught:It stopped Remi going up to Salt to wipe himself out, but it resulted in him going to the station to square up to Cash.

A big cliffhanger of Bree deteriorating and...don't worry, she's fine by the end of the promo. Why does anyone bother?

How handy was it Alf giving those leaflets to Tane to take to the Surf Club then Tane just happens to run across Harper talking to the guy aka Bart. it did prompt him to take it slow, he obviously read it,  but he wouldn't have wanted Archie spooked, asking Harper to take said leaflets to the Surf Club which she read while walking away and rang the cops, while Tane  talked to Bart, keeping him calm and suggesting he washes the blood, Bree's, off him.   He really didn't appear to be aware of his surroundings and who's blood it was, clearly coming down from his trip. 

The CCTV at ND's was working so they got  a good sight of Bart.

Just as well neither Alf, Harper or Tane knew it was Bree, it wasn't mentioned on the leaflet as  the Police would hold that back, that was stabbed as I dare say their reaction would have been very different. 

Did bring back memories of a brilliant cop show when Alf told Tane "Let's be careful out there!" 

Again, his diving into the sea didn't make sense but as said he was still coming down so who knows how people like that would behave.  That look of David's to Cash, well I'm the Sarge, you're just a Senior Constable you go in.  Didn't we see Cash take off his jacket and shirt before he plunged in, he'd be wet but he didn't dry himself off  so his shirt would have got wet, but his trousers did look suspiciously dry, but hey ho.  How far away is Yabbie Creek from the bay? 

Not making excuses for him at all but I believed him when he said he had no memory of it.  It appeared he had quite  a record which David told Levi when he arrived to give an  assessment of Bart to see if he is capable of understanding the charges which will he be charged with. 

I don't think Levi told Mac who had been stabbed did he, just said there had been an emergency so would be held up.  Bree certainly is in the best place and Jo shouldn't blame herself for not being with her,  it scared David when he heard a hospital staff member had been attacked.  One upside of being a doctor you understand what another doc is telling you while working on you, but the downside is you know what can go wrong.  Jo did prove she is a good cardiothoracic nurse, knowing what Levi needed and did what she had to quite calmly. 

That was a big  error of TPTB 'telling' us Bree survived her relapse in the promo.  It did appear she needs someone to look after her and Remi's no. was on the top of her nos.  but she told Levi there wasn't anyone. How about her mum?

Just as Remi was coming out the other side and he's not looking as knackered as he was when we last saw him running after Cash and he said to Eden he's not throwing up anymore which is a good sign, Eden has to break the news about Bree!  It wasn't something she could keep quite about, better he hear it from her rather from anyone else.  He'd just been saying just because he and Bree weren't together anymore didn't mean he'd stopped loving her which of course is why he went straight to ND's demanding to see her, only quietening down, a bit, when Levi told him Bree didn't want to see him.  Remi got it right, if it had been Cash not even a tidal wave would have  stopped her. 

Noticed a security guard was hovering in the background. 

Double edged sword with Tane telling Remi the guy who had stabbed Bree was at the cop shop, stopped him getting bladdered  but did result in him storming down there and wanting to rip his head off.

Well, the guy was supposedly still under the influence so might do something stupid like think he could swim away from the cops.  

Why is it okay for the girls to have a girls' night in, but when it comes to the boys Leah gets in a snit for being left out.

So, yeah, Bree recovers quickly from her relapse.Even with both Remi and her family off the list, does she not have any friends who'd be willing to come in and sit by her? I'm sure any of her housemates would come if she called them and it's not like she can hide it from them. Yet another case of forwards then backwards with Remi, and I'm not sure if he's made it all the way back by the end of the episode.He apologised to Cash and was polite and respectful in his phone conversation with Bree, but then he resorts to necking whiskey (or whatever it was, I'm not good with booze) again.

Justin manages to come up with something more popular than trivia night, even if it did put Leah's nose out of joint.I'd have thought that David turning up and insisting on playing for money would have got more resistance than that, but maybe they were just relieved he wasn't arresting them.

Is that Abigail's first Obligatory Bikini Scene? Probably not but either they've become less common or I've stopped keeping a mental check of who's had them.

Right man was on the job fixing Bree that quick, but she's going to have to stay at ND's for a couple more days and seeing as the Cardio unit is full, she's having to stay in   rhesus.   Typical of someone like Bree who didn't want anyone to know about her condition so as not to worry them.  Eden did pop in briefly but she soon got rid of her saying she was tired.   I think both Bree and Remi needed that talk, brief as it was, together, it reassured him and I think it comforted her  to hear his voice.  Bree did order Levi to go and see Mac and her mum, he hasn't from what we heard him say told her Bree was the emergency.   

Mali and Abigail have only just found out about Bree and it was revealed it was Abigail's first anniversary of being clean.  As Levi said she got out in time as otherwise she could be on the path Bart is.  Not sure  if it could be called a celebration but maybe commemorate  it in another way.   We saw Theo and Lacey have found out but no news of Dana and Sonny, wouldn't they have missed her at the  flat?  Dana must have heard something seeing as she works at the hospital.   

My thoughts too with Leah getting all sniffy about being kicked out of the Boy's Night, she, Maz, Irene, Roo and others have had Girl's Nights where no boy's were allowed. Even Maz couldn't see anything wrong with it. 

I think David is going to be the Cool Hand Luke one amongst that lot, he's going to wipe them out.  John may have thought he's the one who can bluff his way through the games but they, nor do we, know what kind of player David is. He certainly upped the stakes by suggesting, rather heavily, they play for money, that put the fear of God into John.  Laughed at the names Justin and Alf were coming up with when John said he had a nickname  when he played poker in the Navy.   Is a game of poker at someone's home illegal in Aus?   Nice to see yet another side of David.
