I have a cold sore thanks to my sister. It's my own fault really - I drank out of her bottle today after she told me that she wasn't contagious anymore. I knew I shouldn't have believed her.

I'm trying to write an essay about The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. I don't have a question as such, but I think I've decided to go obscure and focus on how weird it is that a place populated by animals would be dependent on foreign human beings to fix everything. And how the animals act and talk like humans, but aren't, and yet one of their major reasons for hating the Witch is that she acts like a human, but she isn't... Weird I tell you!

Also, I'm trying to sort out some creative writing assignments. I was attempting to write a story but I couldn't think of anything decent on such short notice (I didn't realise I had these assignments due until a couple of days ago!) so I've ended up writing a four page MSN-style ramble between myself and... myself... about how I can't write anything decent... It is a load of crap, but it's DONE!

Because what I’m interested in is other peoples’ stories and characters, not my own. I just mooch off them - that’s called ‘plagiarism’ in polite society, you know.

I don’t think so. I’ve lost count of the amount of classes I’ve failed, but they keep letting me come back. As long as I keep paying them.

So pay them not to notice the plagiarism.

So start thinking up something to write that isn’t plagiarised.

Sure, but if I write like the examples, then I’ll feel like I’m plagiarising them.

That’s stupid. They wouldn’t give you examples if they didn’t want you to use them.

It’s a trap. They give you examples to trap you into using them, and then they can accuse you of plagiarism.

Yes. Yes I am. Because I have four assignments due before Monday. That’s… um… Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday - that’s four days away! Three actually, it’s 1am Saturday now. Excellent.
