I lost a tennis match and played total s***. Now I am very depressed. And now to find out that the girl who beat me pulled out because she was sick, and I could have reached the final. :( :(

I have 5 assignments due over the next two weeks. Two of them I didn't know I had until two days ago, and they're creative writing and I haven't been able to write anything that sounds any good, and it's especially difficult to write when I know how hard the teachers will be scrutinising things. The other day, someone brought in a really good piece of writing into class, and the teacher stripped it right back so there was nothing creative left in it - it was just like... a basic description of things that happened in the story. The other teacher in the other class is always on about punctuation and repeating words - and neither of them likes adverbs, and it's like, what the hell am I supposed to write then!? My story will end up something like:

"This morning I woke up. I didn't want to do anything so I watched TV. Then Dad came home and he wanted the TV. I went to my room and used the internet until I got tired enough to go to bed again. The end."
