The 'have a moan' thread

^Pretty scary. I dread a phone call like that...

Well, my moan is nothing so critical or interesting. Just that I'm still tired after a good 10 hours sleep, and I just tried to make an intelligent post - left the reply window open for about half an hour starring at what I'd written and trying to understand where the hell I was going with it - and then I had to give up and delete it because it just didn't make sense, and I couldn't think straight enough to make it make sense. I also think that my vision may be failing me... It's possible that I never got the right prescription for these glasses and it's catching up with me now... but I'm reluctant to go back, as these cost me about $200 and I don't want to spend that kind of money again on another failure.

I really am starting to think there's something wrong with me, but I don't want to go to the the doctor just to be quietly ridiculed and humiliated and told that it's all in my head. And to pay for the privilege. Why can't life be like All Saints? Pretty doctors and nurses who make you comfy in a nice bed and run all kinds of tests until they find out exactly what's wrong with you. None of this waiting around for half an hour in a GP's office just to get a five minute appointment so you can be told "There's nothing wrong with you. Go away now. And to deter you from ever coming back, go pee in a cup and let that lady with the giant needle steal all of your blood. That'll learn ya." >.<

Another thing to moan about - we have a new washing machine, and it beeps to let you know that it's done so that you can come and turn the power off. Except that no one ever does turn the power off, even though I put up a sign to remind them, so it just keeps beeping and beeping and beeping. And Dad built the laundry chute right next to my bedroom, so do you think I can sleep with that going on? No. Do you think I can even get five minutes of silence to myself without it interrupting with it's piercing whining? No... Do you think I really want to go all the way downstairs and turn it off myself when I'm not the bloody one who turned it on and left it with no consideration for anyone else in the house, nor am I the one who decided to wake everyone up by talking very loudly outside their bedroom door for no reason other than they don't have a volume control on their voice? No...

I stay up late, and if I even turn a light on at the other end of the house I get disapproving glares and grumbled. I'd love to see how they'd react if I started shouting at the top of my lungs when THEY'RE trying to sleep

My parents went out for dinner. My mother said "You have the run of the house, you can do whatever you want!" So I thought to myself, what do I want to do? The answer was, sleep without any interruptions. As such I slept from 3.30pm til 2am... I'm never going to have normal sleeping patterns

Sunday's a pretty good day to be awake. There should be a decent breakfast when people eventually get up, and there is a solid schedule of weekend TV marathons, starting with The Simpsons at 9 and moving on to Will & Grace after that. Then when that ends I guess I'll be tired again and go back to sleep :P

People who make chewing noises while they eat. Are you a bloody cow or something?

I know a guy and a couple of girls who ALWAYS do that!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr  It's not THAT hard to eat like a normal person.

Anyway, i'm SO SICK of this constant friggin crappy weather already. I HATE WINTER

You can tell you're having a bad day when at 4.30am you vomit all over your bed meaning your partner has to clean it up and you feel guilty when you wake up and he's gone to work. Then the council comes round and gets an eyeful because you decided to open the door wearing very little. Plus you miss a parcel.

I had to go to school to bring back some papers I had to fill in. So this morning I decided I would go to school. That was a huge mistake! I totally forgot that tractors were coming to Brussels today. Normally, the trip from the station to my school only takes 10 or 15 minutes. Today it took 45 minutes. <_<

I also had a headache because the tractors were hooting their horns and the drivers were yelling. :( But I'm starting to feel better now. :)

Wanna see how fun it is to see lots of tractors in Brussels  : click me, click me and click me.
