If you're an ok cook you tend to just switch off, which is good, and if you're not such an ok cook you have to concentrate really hard to make sure you don't mess it up, which is also good! Plus you get something lovely to eat at the end of it, and comfort food always helps. I know it's probably a cliche but exercise is also an option for keeping busy. Again you tend to switch off while you're doing it, and at the end you're usually too tired to obssess over men, no matter how gorgeous they are!
Jess Posted May 21, 2008 Report Posted May 21, 2008 ^^ I can second the exercise thing. It really is the best distraction ever. Also, I don't know what your personality is, but make sure you eat. When I'm down I don't eat at all, and I get really bad headaches and it just makes me feel more irritable and miserable.

rising-flame Posted May 22, 2008 Report Posted May 22, 2008 This is both a moan and happy! I'm happy cause i get to go home in less than 2 hours! (woot!) but annoyed cuase the whole point of me going home was to have a second house viewing of a house that was put up for auction and didn't sell. I really liked the place but the owner pulled out and is putting it on the open market in the hope of getting more for it (which i doubt he'd get as it's in a pretty bad state). But i really liked the house and i'd already started envisioning the bathroom and stuff.

He has a new girlfriend and stuff.. and he tell's me that he still love's me.. and say's im beautiful and call's me 'hun' , 'babe' and all that stuff! It's really starting to tick me off! Because Like.. he has a girlfriend and he still says all this pathetic stuff to me! Any idea's guys?

In a way I still like him, But theres no way in hell I'm ever gonna go back out with him. He just wont back off ! Omg. Like seriously, It's been 7months ! And he started saying all this bull like ages ago.. then he stopped. And then he started saying it all over again like 3weeks ago, and still hasn't stopped.. Maybe i should just go mental at him? Do you reckon that will work???? Mwahahahahah.
