But I don't want anyone to know that I'm still up so I'm hiding in my room with the doors closed and the TV turned down so low I can hardly hear it. I can't go and get something to drink or else they'll know I'm up. They won't be gone for at least another hour, probably longer, and there is very little liquid in this room. I could try drinking my nail polish remover, but I don't think that would help... Oh my GOD! I just remembered there's a bottle of water beside my bed!!!!!! Crisis over. Still, I have another moan. I've uncovered the biggest H&A scandal since I worked out that Archie is almost an anagram of Rachel and/or Charlie! I've posted it in the Gaden thread AND the staff room - yes, it's THAT big! - but no one seems to care because no one is replying to tell me how their whole world has been turned upside down by this incredible revelation! >_< It's like the biggest thing that's ever happened all year!!!!!!!!!!! It might even be the biggest thing since... the nudist resort Note: It's really not that big or that interesting. I just wanted some attention...

I don't mind it when someone considerably older than me says that but it p*sses me off when people my age or YOUNGER THAN ME use that language. "Aww thanks babe" "Hunny don't worry about it" "Hun what are we doing next week" ARGHHHHHHHHHHH. Get. a. life. And then there are the girls at my school that do the entire kiss on the cheek, or both cheeks. Not because it's a sign of showing affection, not because it's cultural to them but because they think it looks cool. They're all prima donna tools..
emmasi Posted May 19, 2008 Report Posted May 19, 2008 I don't know how I managed it, because I don't remember making a big deal of it, but it somehow got around to my extended family that I don't like to be kissed as a greeting. So now at get togethers, people are all kissing each other, and then they get to me and it's an awkward and distant "... Hi." It's great Then I drink and it's not awkward anymore. Then I drink too much and it's awkward again... for them. I have a great time My brothers do insist on kissing me sometimes, but... eh. They're alright. At least I see them more than twice a year, not like practical strangers who wish to moisten my cheek with their spit for some unknown reason... I think half the time my brothers do it to annoy me, and the other half they just love me. Awww.

Basically i went into a school last week to help with a science thing and one of the science teachers there was really cute. I didn't speak to him but we did exchange several smiles, and now he keeps invading my thoughts. I'm not likely to meet him again yet he won't leave my mind alone. Anyone got any advice?
