Not sure if I stay where the money is (and opportunity to climb up the ladder) or go where people actually appreciate the work that I do... it's the same company... but I'm just sooo confuzzled! I'm the youngest manager there and so they blame me for EVERYTHING! Even when I wasn't even there when it happened! Since I took up my new job I haven't been able to come onto BTTB either (I'm on holiday right now...)
