Only seen Monday so far I found it quite amusing really with Leah seemingly to have wandered her way into a Stephen King novel 

Kirby should stay with Forest while she has a chance at stardom and use the band as backup I think Yeah yeah I know friends and all that crap loyalty stuff but she’s giving up on what she’s been working towards seems abit daft and ungrateful to Forest

I'm supposing Leah thought that car was another illusion which is why she walked into it.  She was, it appeared, heading for that farmhouse when they 'bumped' into each other.  It was lucky this stranger knew where this abandoned factory was wasn't it. which is why it seemed the rescue services got there pretty quick seeing as it appeared to be in the middle of  nowhere. 

Does Justin have certain  beds booked in ND Hospital in advance as he seems to spend a lot of time in them?  It wasn't that long ago he was in there after surviving that poisoned arrow attack.     Quite extensive injuries this time round.  Bree must have used miracle lip balm on Leah as her chapped lips seem to have got better very quickly.  Bree should have known better trying to argue with Leah.   Then of course she had to be restrained when  Justin had a turn for the worse and Bree had to do this risky surgery.  There was  a brief recap of what had happened to them as Leah was telling Bree, got hijacked on the way to this fake break away, held hostage and left without water and food so VITA NOVA were planning to murder them. 

OK then Cash is now out of the force due to the decision the anti corruption board took about his actions, what about the real  bad guys?  It does appear 'they' are covering their backs by letting it go on as far as it did.    I guess you could argue Dana wasn't innocent at the time as far as anyone  apart from Harper knew.  It was only when Cash started digging into properly the truth came out.  Was that significant that VITA NOVA file was just lying about?  Is this Task Force still keeping tabs on them.  Once this latest info comes out will they be back?

We saw and  heard a different cop - Kendrix - who apparently  has taken over from Rose following up on processing Harper and Irene.   She was a tad bossy.    What will Cash do now? Coincidence him bumping into Remi who's going through his own 'what do I do now' period.    

Remi is being realistic and protecting himself and the rest of the band from maybe another let down.   I was pleased to see that finally Eden must have asked Cash what had gone down  as they were talking about it later and good she was there for him.   OK Irene and John have got other things to worry about but they most certainly would want to know abut Leah and Justin and let's not forget Theo, Leah is his aunt after all.   Justin was/is Lyrik's manager so Remi, Eden and Kirby would want to know.

Agree re: Remi, wondering if it will lead to alcholic/depression outcome.

The car illusion I thought was brilliant; love all the camera work and effects it did give a dizzying effect and giving the viewer a really sense of it all, I'll admit I did wonder if the stranger was a cult member, thank goodness he wasn't!

Justin's still with us for now then. Again, he's pretty much back where he was before yesterday's cliffhanger, although maybe slightly better off if the internal bleeding's been sorted. The news still seems to be taking it's while to travel around the Bay, with the old guard distinctly out of the loop. Marilyn's "They're on holiday!" had a rather patronising "Don't be silly" air to it.

I'm not entirely happy with the way everyone's piled on Remi. It's not just about not trusting Kirby, it's about doubting her ability to deliver what she's promising, and social media stunt aside, he has a point.Oh well, he's decided to go with the crowd and join them in rehearsals, whether they're actually going to lead to anything or not.Kirby moving back in is a good thing for their friendship if nothing else.

Not sure what to make of Tane and Felicity.Spending the whole day in bed is hardly anything new for them, but Tane rambling about nurseries and breastfeeding was an odd idea of foreplay.Anyway, looks like Felicity's concealing something.Not sure whether that was meant to be contraceptive or something like anxiety medication.

Felcity is still on the pill isn’t she which means that there won’t be any baby any time soon

Kirby it doesn’t matter if she posts on social media she’s still under contract with Forest She’s kind of giving herself a bad reputation within the industry if Forest being a big name within the music industry he could tell people not to work with either Kirby or Lirk in the future because she is messing him around I think

Phew for now at least that Justin came through his surgery and Bree didn't do the op.  Theo has updated the gang about what had happened to Justin.  Seeing, as you said, the 'old guard' still  didn't have a clue about what had happened to Justin and Leah not surprising Marilyn coming out with what she did.  Theo hasn't let anyone else know, he could have popped over to let John know, they are neighbours after all and friends.  

Marilyn did fill Kirby in as to what was going on with her and Roo. 

House swapping going on then with Bree and Kirby going back to where they started from,  hope Rose and Xander are OK with it.    Remi did seem to get 'bullied' into taking Kirby back but he did cave in and her moving back in did convince him she was serious about it.  Of course what Forrest will be doing about it is another thing. Is it a breach of contract,  her signing back up with Lyrik?   

Have Tane and Felicity forgotten they have jobs spending all day in bed getting a lot of practice in to make babies.  Mac is away so she is in charge of SALT and he has classes to run doesn't he? Cash seemed a little shocked by Flick's sudden change of heart and the look on her face did give a clue of how she was really feeling.  I'd say it was the pill she was hiding, would be risky having it at home, we all know how these things get discovered, someone looking for something and oops your secret is out.  Tad embarrassing for Cash walking in and seeing Tane and Felicity's gear scattered all over the floor, then Flick coming out of the bedroom and both of them looking flustered.   Did cash tell Felicity about him now being out of  a job and he didn't tell her about Justin and Leah. 

Seems we are moving onto Mali,  Rose and Zara tonight with Rose giving Mali an ultimatum.

I can't really remember how bad Zara was before the break but she was completely obnoxious here.And Mali wasn't better.After making a token attempt to dissuade her from gatecrashing his and Rose's date, he just goes along with it, even when it becomes obvious Zara is just interested in making trouble.I guess at least he didn't feel the need to go home and babysit her, but he does need to take Rose's concerns seriously.

Marilyn fills Roo in on what's happened with Irene and Leah...although it's not clear whether or not Irene knows about Leah, or Leah knows about Irene! Roo doesn't take the bait about the offer of friendship but does provide decent support to Dana, off screen unfortunately. She's kind of pushing expecting Alf to still not notice she didn't let Marilyn stay in the house though!

Tane and Felicity pretty much just repeated their storyline from the previous episode, right down to ending on surreptitious pill taking. I was surprised she gave in so quickly to Xander's offer to cover while she goes home.

Zara really has upped the anti and seems oblivious on what she is doing to Rose and Mali, but I reckon that  is her game plan by acting the innocent.   He was so trying to play down all this hype she was giving Rose about the meals he had been cooking for her .  Milo is just too nice for his own and Rose's good, I get it's his culture to be good to family and friends and it has been ingrained into him  over the years that is how he should behave  but she is just exploiting it.   I did kind of like the beginning Rose watching Zara watching Mali.  Xander has now twigged what she was up to before by getting info out of him and got her card marked, she'll have to find someone else to get info out of.  To be fair, Milo goes home  to the farmhouse at night  it's just she happens to be there.   Zara, I think, has some serious personality problems if not mental ones.   Will Mac be happy to find out she has an unexpected guest? 

One more person - namely Roo - filled in with what has happened to Leah and Justin, left in the air somewhat about who else knows what, not the best time, I guess, to tell Leah about Irene.   I'd forgotten  Dana was Roo's live-in nurse/carer and Roo did ask how things were going with Harper and Irene.  Then Roo using emotional blackmail  expecting Marilyn to lie to Alf's face about the living arrangements. Yes, yes I know Maz lied to everyone for years about her daughter but she's learnt from that.  I was going to ask where she is now, but then I remembered she's at Leah & Justin's.

Episode counts this week:Justin was in three but only had dialogue in one of them and even that was only as a hallucination.The real Justin spent all week unconscious.

Not really Irene's best day ever in my opinion.She understandably loses her temper with Marilyn, who really couldn't take a hint, but quickly switches to babying her when she gets teary.She then tears a strip off Rose and, even though she knows she was in the wrong, she doesn't apologise until much later and instead decides to go and bully Roo into backing down with Marilyn.Which, of course, works, just as Roo predicted it would before the break, with everyone gushing over Marilyn because she's good at acting cute and cuddly.Of course Alf would take her side if he was here: Doesn't mean he'd be right.

Zara seemed to dial it down a bit, although she's lucky Xander gave her the time of day and he's lucky Rose didn't jump down his throat because of it.Mali continues to try a balancing act although he has at least made some concessions to make Rose feel better.Zara doesn't seem happy with that, and the promo suggests it's going to have variable results.

Oh, and we now know Irene's been filled in on Leah and Justin! Not clear if anyone else has been filled in...

Maz was doing fine by herself telling Roo NO she wouldn't lie to Alf, but Roo was being her usual stubborn self, wonder where she gets that from. There did need to be a intervening  force to make them both see sense and only Iren could have got through to them.    Roo so needed telling to grow up, it wasn't Maz's fault abut the bomb, it was Roo who sent that final text.   Maz did own up to Roo why she didn't visit as she felt she was to blame.  Even if Maz moves back in someone will reveal to Alf that Maz  hasn't been living there.   Roo has finally been informed  about the tribute to Alf so is going to look up any photos she can find to contribute to acknowledge his time at the  Surf Club which will keep her mind occupied instead of just sitting there vegetating.

Two sides to Irene's blasting Rose out of the water.  Rose wouldn't have had a choice of when she arrested Irene, she's constable so doesn't get to make that  decision, but she could have been more discreet and asked Irene to step outside instead of doing it in front of her customers and friends.  

We, at last,  get the truth about why Zara fetched up in the bay.  She's scared to tell her parents she  doesn't want to be a lawyer especially as they sacrificed such a lot to put her through uni, but she is expecting far too much from Mali to go with her and pretend they are back together.  Glad he told her as much and he's moved out into Xander and Rose's, to keep his distance from her.  it's going to be mighty crowded in that small flat. Xander didn't get a say in either Bree and Kirby swapping and now Mali moving in.  Zara was not a happy bunny about being left alone in the farmhouse.  What has she contributed since she's been living there, hasn't she got any money, Mali seems to have been paying for everything.  

Oh and Mac is back! The old "Who are you" and  Who are you?" exchange.
