Had there been forced entry, it was never said.

No need - as is tradition in Summer Bay, Rose left the front door wide open.

In fact, the intruder actually did them a favour by at least closing it on his way out ? The fact she had to open it on her return should have been the first clue someone had been there!

I realise she's not exactly thinking clearly at the moment but if Felicity is hoping the police will arrest her attacker so it will all be over, why not give them his contact details so they can do just that? I guess she's worried he might post the video online before they catch him but maybe it's worth the risk: Chances are the police will find the video anyway. As it is, her hopes of an easy solution get dashed and she really hasn't absorbed the fact that he'll just keep wanting more.

I was glad that, after all that, Mercedes decided to stick around and finish the album and also that this little storm in a teacup doesn't seem to have affected her and Remi's friendship, with them parting on good terms and her leaving him her motorbike (which, I suspect, was done at least partly to annoy Bree!). And fair play to Bree for accepting that they're still friends and being civil verging on pleasant to Mercedes.

Another light bulb moment for Xander as he works out a way to make things up to Mali and Rose. So, all's well that ends well after her brief crisis about the universe being against them!

Do we know if she actually left it open?  As I said she is a cop and it not being her house she would have locked it wouldn't she?

Cash did say him showing Felicity the photo of the suspect was a long shot, it was just in the hope she may have seen him before the incident.  As it turned out it was a spiteful ex who wanted to drop him in it. Him and Flick looking at the films shot on people's phone cams were a long shot, but they had to give it a go.   Thing is telling the cops she has his details will alert them he has been in contact before, Cash will certainly give her (and Tane) an earbashing.  I'm guessing he hasn't any idea what her finances are like - he wouldn't know she has a husband or partner or does he? - so how does he know she can find that much money.  Natch it's the logical and sane solution to tell the cops, but who knows how people will react when threatened with  that sort of exposure.  Not sure why she was dipping into the till, hardly likely to be $10,000 there is there?  OK SALT and the gym do OK but no way do they make that kind of cash.  Felicity could approach the bank for a loan/overdraft but Mac would need to be told wouldn't she?

Bree's words did get through to Mercedes, despite her zooming off.  It does make sense as she always came across as a confident - or  as some may see it cocky - woman so to appear to be weak and wimpy because  a bloke rejected her would be embarrassing or humiliating.  I think breathed a sigh of relief that she  hadn't wrecked it.   She did thank Mercedes as she and Remi left. Shame, that whatever reason TPTB didn't let us see Lyrik's - with a K final recording session.  I know boring for some.  Bree had  got over Remi and Mercedes' friendship she trusted him.    It was a fairly warm(ish) goodbye from both of the ladies and Bree had no problem with Mercedes and Remi giving each other a hug goodbye.  How did she manage to drop the helmet, keys and note on the table though - no don't tell me- door was open!?   You could be right there Red about it partly to annoy Bree.

Xander's having a few ? moments recently.  He must have got it all sorted with Mac and it did all look lovely, let's hope they actually got to eat it.  At long last Rose and Mali finally got to say the L word to each other, does this mean she'll be introduced to the rest of his family?  Daunting not.  Also  TPTB give  them a few months before they have a falling out.

Makes me think back to that time Chloe found the beach house floor covered in Mousetraps during that whole arc where Brad was messing with her from prison (by proxy).

You leave yer door open somethings gotta give. At best, you hope for a friend or Neighbour raiding your fridge/cupboard...

Kind of ironic that after all those weeks of driving back and forth to the compound, Justin casually mentions that Margot's been found guilty off screen. But let's face it, with Andrew's storyline wrapped up, no-one really cared about her anyway. And it means Justin's free to be Lyrik manager again, after Remi and Kirby have seemingly been sharing the job between them.At least Remi was pleased to have him back on board!

John and Marilyn return to a chorus of "Oh, have you been somewhere?" Nice to get an update on Jett and I can understand John not wanting to upset Irene.

I can't really say I blame Tane for not exactly moving heaven and earth to get the blackmail money together.Felicity is not thinking long term on this at all and after apparently agreeing to not pay and see what happens, she's now going behind Tane's back.

Loved the Rose/Mali I love you scene yesterday and go Bree! Mercedes is your typical spoiled brat/bully all bluff and bluster until confronted then show how pathetic and petulant they are. I think Tane needs to go over Felicity's head on this re: blackmail because this time it isn't just about her and also she couldn't make the right decision if her life depended on it, it seems.

There are many plot holes with Flicks story like how the guy got her phone number Flick and Tane could give cash his phone number Once he posts the video online he loses his leverage and I take it he won’t post it to social media because if he does his basically giving himself up

Very daft that is think I need a break

I think it was established he'd 'borrowed' her phone when she was out cold.  It has also been mentioned that Flick & Tane could give the cops his number even if it is a burner phone, be something to work on.  Now him having a bank account is a whole new matter.  OK Felicity is sorting out a loan, the bank had  better be damned quick in arranging it, she's only got till 9.30 the next day!   What security is she offering - SALT without of course Mac knowing anything about it.   Flick did ask if there was any of Garry's money left but of course that went on the honeymoon.   Tane is a between a rock and a hard place, does he betray Felicity's trust by going to Cash or Rose or does he go along with her?  Mind you if he finds about about the loan she is sorting after telling him she is going to call this guy's bluff, he may very well think differently.

That was a blink and you missed it moment about Justin having been at Margot's  trial.  I take it as he is now ready to set himself up again as Lyrik's manager he's done his CS duties or is he fitting them in around them?    He's got  a task ahead of him arranging somewhere to set up a launch. Flick really lost it  when he had to break the news SALT wasn't big enough, but we know the real reason why she was so keen, all that extra dosh but  it'd be too late for the next pay off anyway.  I'm glad she did apologise to Remi though, naturally she couldn't tell him why she is so uptight.    Remi did get to have a ride around on Mercedes' bike, impressing Justin.  He may not be everyone's cup of tea but I like him.

It was good to see John & Maz back and they really seemed to have had a good time.  Btw do we know Jett's wife's name, they both mentioned Jett by name but not her.

Shock, horror Alf seemed very amiable towards John, not whinging on about all the extra work he'd had to do and even hoped he'd made a full recovery.   OK John stay the night tonight at Irene's but he will need to move out the next or so.  Maz did keep giving him meaningful looks  as in "When are you going to tell her you're moving back home?" Do we think it could be Irene will miss John as he's been company for her.   It's been a long time since she had people staying at the Beach House, she is a sociable type and loves looking after people.
