It wasn't just down to Justin letting Andrew go off with his 'mum'  Cash made the same assumption and he's a cop so should have done proper checks.  Tegan did indeed say the Missing Person Bureau did do a DNA test so she is Andrew's half sister(?).  I kept rewinding to hear where Tegan had been working but kept missing it - any ideas?  Right I'm confused.com.  Tegan said she  only met Andrew when their mum brought him back from the cult, so had Tegan been living with her dad/alone when I'm guessing Esther and Archie were in the cult and that is where she had Andrew?   She took Andrew away from the cult but no-one seemed to have bothered her, it was said I thought, he had been snatched from the garden where they lived, so wouldn't she have kept a closer eye on him? She took him to the park as well because Tegan  mentioned a park and that is where the photo was taken.  Made my head spin. Quiet understandably Andrew was very wary about meeting her  - he had been told about her it seemed - casually dropped into the conversation - and she must have been warned that Andrew was wary about body contact.  I'm supposing no-one else in authority would know the full story so were drip feed too.   I can see why Justin is concerned  because even though Tegan is his sister, he doesn't know her and is she going to be putting her life on hold for him or will she be taking him on her travels to goodness knows where when he needs some stability?  She does seem a very genuine girl/woman, how old do we think she could be? I did love the fact she had that photo of him and Tedand remembered him unlike 'Esther', it resulted in a lovely and genuine smile from Andrew.   Ted is rather like Buddy often mentioned but never seen.  I guess he could have got thrown away as somehow I  don't see the cult being into cuddly toys.  Or maybe he was dropped and picked up by another kid and been well loved all this time. 

Bree has resisted turning into a female Jacob but can't have been easy thanks to Merc's subtle wind ups.  Merc looked stunned by Bree saying she had decided not to go to the studio so to Bree in that round.   Shock, horror Xander was working! but took a bit of time out to give Bree some advice.  For a supposedly street wise guy Remi is incredibly naive  that he can't see what Merc has been playing at.  Then again it is rather sweet he's not that big headed enough to think he's God's Gift. 

$25,000 may on one hand seem a bribe, but it could be put to good use to help those who have suffered more permanent injury to SO products.   Once they have handed it over they can't stop Marilyn doing what she wants with it.  Alf is there to back her up so they can't try too much funny business, he'd be well onto them.

I do think there's a certain degree of envy where Justin is concerned.There is probably a degree of being (over?)protective of Andrew but I think a part of him is disappointed at how well Andrew's responding to her.I think the clearest sign of that was when Andrew was quick to want to go down the beach with Tegan after days of Justin and Leah trying and failing to get him to leave the house.Justin looked rather miffed.Leah understands the score: One of the dangers of being a foster parent (official or otherwise) is that someone you consider part of your family might end up going back to their birth family. Tegan's been working in Antarctica, as mentioned again today.

Goodbye, Stunning Organics, it would seem: It'd take a herculean effort to get over a PR disaster like that.It felt like Marilyn could probably have said something herself but Alf is the best at sounding outraged.Good news that Roo's awake too.

Irene and John continue to be getting on well despite Alf's griping. A shame that Theo and Kirby's truce seems to be at an end.

He used to before he met Bree. Remember he tried to hook up with a lot of girls when he first came to the bay.

I'm coming around on Irene/Palmer. What happens with them two happens.  They seem to bounce off each other well as housemates.

Glad I saw Alf's old fire return.

Seems like they're outta character names what with this Tegan (I'm aware of previous spellings other characters with a similar name).

I can understand where Justin is coming from, Tegan has only just rocked up and is keen on taking Andrew away, I caught where she said she had been this time round.  She did eventually agree it was very soon so is hanging around so Andrew can get to know her better in an environment he's comfortable with. I did spot he has stopped being glued to the laptop.  No way of course Tegan would know what had happened to Justin's mum and dad when she made her remark about losing members of your family.  She remembered how when their mum took her swimming he - Andrew - just dived in and swam.  When Justin saw Tegan and Andrew mucking about in the sea it seemed he had a slight change of heart. Both parties have to take Andrew's feelings  into consideration.  He owes Justin and Leah a lot but he may also may want to be with Tegan and make a new life for himself away from the bay where he doesn't feel totally safe.  

Btw just how long did it take for Andrew and Theo to get those pizzas, it was light when they left and it was dark when they left SALT, had they walked all round the bay or did SALT take forever to bake them?

Wow that was some showdown with SO, not even sure the new CEO was unaware of what the previous one was up to, just threw him under the bus. OK any product by any cosmetic company can't guarantee  every one of their products is safe for everyone, people do have reactions to them, but to say their products are absolutely OK is a misnomer if not  a downright lie.   The new CEO certainly shot herself in both feet by her comments about Roo, they may be able to put a block on the press reporting it but not the public who were filming it all. That's gong to be all over social media.  Mind you it may not stop them opening up using a new name at  a later date, isn't that what Alf found out when he checked that bottle he was looking at?   

Just when it seemed Theo and Kirby were back on track it all fell part again.  Ok she did get side tracked when Maz needed her and he gave her the OK to go, but then Theo also got side tracked when he got caught up with Andrew.  Not a good vibe to be going into recording their album if they are sniping. It did seem to be going OK from what we briefly saw. 

Yes I do remember Remi having a roving eye when we first saw him, but he never took himself that seriously.

I can see why Alf & Marilyn thought there was more to John & Irene's dinner 'date'.  They have been out before, but her feeding John was something  a proper couple would do.  John was being very flash seeing as he was planning to cook Irene oysters for their dinner. 

Seems Justin has forgotten whatshername - oh yeh Ava - already, not been mentioned that they have spoken although he was supposed to be in contact with her more since last time.

My main thought about the name "Tegan" is to wonder if it's now mainstream enough that people no longer think of Doctor Who: 90s Home and Away T(i)egan was only the second person I knew who had the name!

Anyway, today.Justin attempts to get himself involved with Lyrik again now Andrew has used up his episodes for the week needs space but basically gets told to go away and let them get on with it: Mercedes' "Who's he?" was telling.Justin may have had some points, since it's not clear if they have a plan in place to actually release what they've recorded, but Lyrik have chosen not to look a gift horse in the mouth and it was too late for him to come in and try and take over.Mercedes managed to both unnecessarily tease Theo and give him encouragement, and Kirby did manage to take some deep breaths and get on with things.Of course, things go downhill once Mercedes gets Remi alone...

It's a surprising but pleasing deviation from the obvious that Felicity, who has a history of falling apart, is actually managing to cope with things quite well, while Tane is becoming increasingly withdrawn.I do wish Felicity had come up with a different solution than offering to sleep with him, but they both handled it respectfully, and she did try and ask him how he was feeling afterwards which he couldn't articulate.I suspect he feels as though he really doesn't have the right to complain when he's not the one this happened to.I'm tempted to suggest counselling could do him good too, but maybe his boxing therapy should be given a chance to work first.

Lyrik may have done Justin a favour. Seem to taint anyone who gets sucked into their world. 

And Mercedes/Remi had me rolling my eyes. It's like watching the pissed-up friend making a total Dong of Him/Herself at a party after a few and you want to stop them but really can't.

Justin suddenly remembering he is their manager and I did like Mercedes "Who's this?"  He did, as you said Red, have some good points to make as in who will be producing it said album but rather late in the day to be involved.  It has been a few weeks now since the trial so have easily asked Theo  how things were going, although the recording deal did only very recently come up, but he could have mentioned it in passing but hey hoo.  Then their scrapping and Theo and Kirby's distance just seemed to fall away once they got there and got stuck into it, the music took over and it was all to deliberately using a music term here - harmonious.  They were all enjoying themselves and let it flow. Mercedes is good at what she does and fits in well when just playing her instrument in the band.   Bit naughty of her blocking Bree's call but if it was anyone else would we be anxious/bothered?  Then her pounce - Remi really was taken aback and utterly shocked. His NO was pretty emphatic so Mercedes could in no way be mistaken how he felt about it.   Definitely going to be a big fall out there, not to mention that  he will have to tell Bree as soon as possible, as Eden was urging him to,  before Merc does. It did look like he was going to have 'that' chat, not a confession as  she kissed him. 

Felicity did make another visit to her counsellor and had to admit it wasn't as bad this time.  I'm supposing, though I shouldn't make wild broad  statements, that Tane is struggling because he's a tough bloke who should be able to handle things like this and it's not manly not being able to cope. Maybe it could also be down to his Maori culture, nothing wrong about that, which may be adding to the problem.    He does have Cash to talk to which is of some comfort even if he can't help much but can listen.  He knows Flick so can better judge how she is feeling/coping than anyone else could.  This time round Flick didn't take it as a snub to here when Tane backed off which is a good sign, but just lay there with him.   Could be guilt as he may feel if he had been there it wouldn't have happened but Cash had the same guilt.  Two minds but with the same thought Red about him doing  counselling too.  The knocking seven bells of hell out of the punch bag  may get his anger out physically but what about mentally? It has to be something they - he and Flick - can work through together.   Something like this  can tear any couple apart, ones that  have been together for ages, let alone someone like Tane and Felicity especially with their history.

Well, Tane and Felicity talked, which is a good sign, and I continue to appreciate that, after Felicity's early lashing out, they have been dealing with this together in a tight-knit fashion.I'm slightly uncomfortable with the focus on bedroom activities resuming, but it has always been a big part of their relationship and it was done in a loving and respectful manner, so I can understand them seeing it as a key part of reclaiming their lives.

So, Remi confides in Eden but not in Bree, instead spinning a cover story in case Mercedes drops out of the album.I'd assumed that the recording sessions were going to be consecutive days, not once a week or whatever.It does feel like Remi should be tracking Mercedes down and finding out what the state of play is, not just waiting to see whether she turns up or not.

I could see both sides with Mali's situation.Mackenzie paying his rent was well-intentioned but she should have spoken to him about it, not just done it.Rose made some good points about asking for help from family but I can also see why, after making a big deal about standing on his own, Mali feels he has to do this himself.

Also, I liked Mali sticking up for John when Irene commented on his house guest performance.

It shows how far Felicity has come since she first rocked up, she has grown so much, she now considers others feelings, asking Cash if he knows where Tane had gone, knowing he slipped out during the night and admitting  she is  worried about him.  She can also handle things like this better than she would have before.  Cash had his two penneth with him, advising  him to talk to Felicity, then holding the punch bag while Tane whacked it, I imagine he was seeing this guys face while doing it.  

There walk along the beach was so beautiful and her asking him to tell her what was really going on with him, reminding  him of their marriage  vows that they should share everything. He did open up and saying, like I thought he may be thinking, he should have been there.   She just wants her husband back, you could tell as soon as they walked in the house they were more relaxed than they had been.  Seemed a natural progression to the bedroom, her leading him and no hesitation from him.   As you said Red sex has always been a big part of their lives so good to see it being revived.  

Oh Mali, Mali you dingbat.  Finally Rose got him to admit what was stopping him asking his folks for help.  Yes, he 'stomped' off to the bay to set up his own business without their help but this set back isn't his fault so he isn't a failure.  He got his perforated eardrum due to getting caught in the shockwave of the bomb blast.  If his family knew what had happened they, like the rest of the bay, would think he was a hero and gladly step in, he'd   do the same.  Mac may have jumped the gun by paying Mali's rent without asking if it was OK, but he would have done the same, repeating myself there, for her if the positions had been reversed.  Btw Mali it's not charity, its what friends do. 

Remi, another dingbat!  Guessing as Theo and Kirby had gone back to the bay Eden was the only one he felt he could tell about that kiss and she isn't Mercedes biggest fan.   Bree isn't dumb, she sensed something was wrong but not wanting to come across jealous she didn't dig.   Rather  a tense breakfast with neither Eden or Remi not giving much away as to how it had gone.  I also thought it was a consecutive day thing, not sure if that would have helped or not  though  in the circumstances.  I really hoped Remi had told Bree especially as he started off with "There is something else you need to know", but no he chickened out.  It's going to be so much worse now as now he's 'lied' by omission, some don't find that  a lie, but some do.    Remi, go and tell Bree before Mercedes does which  you can bet your bottom dollar she will and with embellishments.  Depends if Mercedes wants to be tracked down, Remi could ask Kirby but what what excuse he give for asking her and the reason she seems to have disappeared.
