^Maybe so (except when they stopped giving character names for the regulars entirely), but Alf never called him that that I can recall. Tom might have done in the early days, but I think he stopped when things became less adversarial between them. It was only really his students that called him "Fisher", and even they usually called him "Mister Fisher" to his face.

I don't think Andrew knew Margot when she first turned up, it's just she stopped pretending to be his mother pretty quickly. The implication is definitely that Tegan is older than Andrew, since she seems to remember the circumstances of their mother's disappearance when he was just a small child, but I thought I'd leave the point open! I've no idea how this cult works: The idea seems to be that they were hiding Andrew away, but given that the police now know they've got him and don't care, they might as well not have bothered.

Anyway, today! And again, after making someone not knowing about Andrew a plot point last episode, Justin is casually chatting about it with Felicity in this one, after she's apparently been brought into the loop off-screen. (Given what we know about rewrites, I did wonder if this scene and the later one with Theo were meant to be Leah: It could easily have been her finding Theo searching Justin's things for the address. Still, it meant we got to see Felicity's more mature side, which is no bad thing!) Theo really was a total idiot here: He not only led the cult straight to Andrew but gave them the means to get him back (although that was partly down to Cash). He acknowledges Cash was right and he should have stayed out of it. And then he promptly ignores all the grown-ups and decides to go rushing off and interfere! I get his intentions were good, but he's just learned that good intentions don't count for anything if the result's a disaster. Plus, he's back to being a jerk boyfriend to Kirby, ignoring her texts and calls after abandoning her while she was asleep. To be honest, all this tension feels manufactured: They seemed to be a solid couple until about two weeks ago.

So Marilyn decides to do the interview after all. It's the right thing morally but puts her firmly in Stunning Organics' crosshairs...or at least photograph-crosshairs! I'm glad that, after saying their piece, Irene and Roo stepped back once Marilyn had made her decision and Roo admitted she'd have done the same thing.

Felicity really does throw herself into something once it catches her attention! It seemed like Xander's trauma over Jamie's death had been resolved so I was surprised to see it revisited here.Kate's probably right that it's guilt money, but that's not necessarily a bad thing? Oh well, up to her whether she takes it, I guess.

I couldn’t think of anything worthwhile putting but it is a shame that Justin stopped Theo from going to the cult especially as he could have pretended to be one of its members that would have made it interesting

Even though Marilyn is super dim I thought that person from the newspaper was asking super dim obvious questions

It all  depends on what script needs as there are times when Marilyn can be very dim but other times when Marilyn is truly bullion times more intelligent than she was 30 years ago.

But that's been done before in this  (Madame Psycho would smell at rat and by commercial break 2, Theo is chained up and has a car battery hooked up to his you-know-whats!)

At least with being hooked up to a car battery Esther could ask Theo the question would you like to play a game Saw style haha

Being called Fisher in the credits is different to being known as Fisher to other characters in the show.

Must have been just me then thinking Andrew did know who Margot was - it can get confusing as to who knows what/who.

Oh the police and the TF may well know where Andrew (and others who have been snatched) are and it's not that they don't care  but it is private property so they are helpless.  One of the captives, for that is what they are, has to escape or let it be known somehow they want out.

Yes it was Theo's fault that Vita Nova found Andrew by putting his photo up on his social media site, but he did do it for the best of reasons.   Though of course as the saying goes 'the road to hell is paved  with good intentions'.  Only  natural then that he wants to right the wrong but going in like a bull in  a china shop is not the way.  There was one good thing to come out of it though, Tegan has found out, via a friend, about Andrew.

Hasty rewrites again - I did have to ? Felicity  and her catching on what had happened when she caught Theo putting the papers, which had the address of the commune on, back in Cash's backpack and alerting Justin to stop him. I did think Theo agreed far  too quickly when Juatin told him to stay out of it.  Not sure how it would have worked if it was meant to be Leah in the scenes,  she wouldn't be at the Parata house, either as Felicity or Theo.

Apart from him and Kirby disagreeing on Remi's plan to ditch the tour I thought he and Kirby were fine, they had got over the joined at the hips and lips stage and were your normal loving couple, the usual ups and downs but he had got very distracted with the Andrew thing, did she feel left out?

Maz can stand her ground when she wants and she feels it is important to keep on with what she is doing.  Was it random that someone was watching her or was it because she did that interview in the Diner. Why not do it at home or Irene's instead of a public place?

Flick is obviously missing Tane so keeping herself busy by coming up with ideas to bettering the business.    After all no other distraction for her.

Xander did say to Mac the other week he feels OK most of the time about what happened to Jamie then something happens that brings it back.  This pay out from his job did just that so that is why he offered it to Kate, must have been a tidy sum or she wouldn't have felt it was charity or as she later said guilt money.  He did nearly die himself, but if she won't accept it why doesn't he give it to a fund for emergency workers who have died or been badly injured on their job?

Like I said, if (and this is just me guessing) it was meant to be Leah in that scene, then it would probably have been at the Morgan house, not the Parata house.

I kind of agree with Kirby that there was absolutely no need for Theo to bail on her just to angst to Justin and come up with another way to make things worse. On the other hand, it's frustrating that Kirby is still holding a grudge over Theo voting against her.So, it seems the relationship ends with neither a bang nor a whimper, but just a lot of whining. And a few episodes of forced arguments doesn't really justify it.

I guess the show was trying to show a contrast with the other couples on display.Remi and Bree, who are normally the ones getting the forced conflict and random break-ups, manage to be polite and respectful despite not really being on the same page. And Rose and Mali, after a lot of mixed messages, seem to come to the conclusion that their similarities outweigh the differences...at least until Rose interrupted the moment. Mackenzie does seem to have snapped into the role of surrogate sibling to Mali but somehow it kind of works.Good, if difficult, that Mali has finally been honest with his family.

I think there's a danger with Xander and Kate that they could become a bit too reliant on each other and lines could become blurred, but we'll see how it goes.

Bree I’m starting to understand you now Lyric bore me too tears as well don’t worry

Xander and Kate are going to get together aren’t just something I wouldn’t put passed this show

Kirby you broke up with Theo because he didn’t vote for you seriously was she abducted by Aliens on that band trip? I think that’s like what children do at nursery haha

Marley I don’t know how you’re mom didn’t notice you weren’t living at home anymore haha

Oh and yes I too wonder why a Mercedes is calling you Remi you don’t come across too many talking cars these days

That was unlike Theo to just skip out on  Kirby while she was sleeping, maybe another quick rewrite to explain his sudden reappearance?

Kirby does hold a grudge doesn't she - no couple have to agree on everything, be deadly boring if they did.  Are they on hold then, hope it doesn't cause too much upheaval band wise and they can be civil to each other.  Maybe Bob wasn't wrong about his rule about no romantic  relationships between band members.

Bree seemed happy to see Remi and no distance from her this time.  He certainly seemed very hyped about tis musician he saw and his big ideas.  He did come down to earth at last enough to listen how she was feeling having lost  a patient.  But then got all excited when he got that call.

Good to see Mali back even if his family party didn't go that well as he admitted to mum he'd moved town.  OK I get his family are very close and look out for each other but to me it come across she could be a bit domineering and her word is law.  Didn't she cut one of his brothers off because he left town?

Elranda's decision to contact Xander seemed a bit out there, it appeared Mali did keep talking about Rose so perhaps sis thought they should reconcile and needed a nudge from both sides.  Hope they don't feel they should get together because their families think they should and it is just because they think they can surmount their differences on things. For  a songwriter and singer Kirby displayed rotten timing bursting in on Rose and Mali just as they were about to ?, but if you leave your door wide open what can you expect.

Mac has been very understanding with Xander letting him go off with Kate whenever she turned up, never mind if he was on shift.  Isn't there anyone else Kate could turn to, other widows, girlfriends of paramedics who have lost their other halves?  It must also be hard as Jamie's lad wasn't hers but a stepson so has to share him with Jamie's ex so would feel lonely when he's at his mums. I'm supposing, at the moment, it's because Xander was there at the end and he can fill her in on what Jamie's mood was and is hoping it'll bring her some comfort.

OK who is this Willow copycat roaring up on a motorbike, taking off her helmet and shaking her long dark hair?
