I haven’t been feeling that well this week so I could be thinking totally wrong

I don’t find the show that interesting to read the spoilers now But let’s say Eden takes Cash’s money for the band and somehow Kahu gets it somehow steals it and runs off this would cause trouble for Tane and Felcity Eden and Remi and also Eden and Cash could be quite good if it was to happen see if I’m right

I wasn’t expecting Andrew to be reported missing so that was a shock

Alf's episode count this week:Four. The only characters to manage three were Marilyn, Justin, Tane and Bree.

Some answers about Andrew then, although they just lead to more questions...and, inevitably, a few more lapses of logic. If Andrew had been reported missing, and they knew his father did it, and the police had access to a database with a photo of him under presumably his real name, why wasn't that flagged? Or was it an old photo that Cash found? On the plus side, it does explain why Andrew had to stay out of sight. One of his comments implied he remembers his mother, so we'll see how that develops.Justin and Theo did a fairly decent job keeping him grounded.

Okay, it seems instead of latching onto Felicity, Kahu made the (correct) assumption that Cash must have a load of spare, um, cash lying around. He finally seems to be trying Tane's patience, as Tane finds Kahu doesn't quite fit in with his more responsible persona. And Eden and Remi seem to have swapped roles with regards asking for money.

Roo manages to annoy Alf into being honest with her, as it becomes their turn to take over Marilyn's storyline in her absence.

I suppose it depends if Archie and Andrew went off the radar when Archie snatched Andrew, Australia is a huge place.  I'm guessing they haven't been living at that address all this time.  I'm also guessing that photo of Andrew was an actual photo of Joshua Hewson who plays him.  He does remember his mum who his dad told him had died, which back then she hadn't.  More snippets of info that if he had gone out when his dad went to get groceries, he had to stay in the car, he didn't appear to be that upset about his dad dying unless it wasn't part of his upbringing  to show emotion.   Justin and Theo played it very well by the way they treated Andrew.  Did see in the preview that although Andrew had never seen the sea he could certainly swim. Be very interesting to see how this pans out, hopefully Cash & Justin don't just blunder in and take advice from specialists who have had experience of dealing with cases like this.

Kahu's  ?antenna was definitely working, he picked up on the comment that Felicity put her share of her inheritance into SALT meaning of course Cash would have cash - I know me too ?- to invest.  I wouldn't say he's a shyster more of a chancer, but that was so blatant, once we worked out what he was up to,  so keen on getting Cash to turn up at the 'impromptu' BBQ to supposedly to thank Tane and Flick  for putting him up.  Cash soon caught on though and so wonder he walked off.  Of course Tane was upset, he used the fact he's family to push his plan on a friend and in such an underhanded way.   Btw what happened to all that food?

Remi still not wanting to ask his family, who it seems are pretty well off, for money.  I don't really see Eden's problem with Cash offering to  invest in the sound studio idea, he offered, Remi hasn't asked and I don't think it had even occurred to him and I don't think he would have even suggested it if it had.

Roo is going to be her usual busy body self I see by wanting to 'help' Marilyn once she had bullied Alf into telling her what had been going on.  Just see her taking over when Maz wants to deal with it herself. Has she nothing better to do?

I agree and hope Roo gets proper storyline soon!.

I miss days when Roo was looking after Maddy and later helping Matt with  Eloise .

More good stuff with Rose and Bree.  Shame I can't say the same re the stuff with Bree and Remi.

When Justin expressed his displeasure about Cash not finding Andrew's father, the way he was still shows he's a long way off because there is a natural tendency to lash out, which Cash fully recognised and shut down immediately.  I didn't like the fact that Cash had divulged information about the case to Justin or that Eden even knew about it.

I look at this storyline with Andrew and think, this should be Ava.  Despite the fact Andrew clearly unsettles her, Leah is prepared to go out of her way to help him.  I feel she wanted Ava gone because she's Justin's actual daughter and had she stayed, they would get a lot closer and potentially and Leah couldn't spend as much time with Justin as she wanted.  With Andrew as he's not Justin's flesh and blood, there's always an out and it's expected this will only be temporary anyway.

Cash and Eden - I was thinking yawn, yawn, yawn but then Eden's reaction when Cash offered up the money for the recording studio was wonderful.  She looked like she wanted to be sick.

I suspected Kahu was being opportunistic but there was nothing to gain from asking Cash, especially given how disingenuous the whole lunch thing was and he'd barely had an interaction with him previously.

Okay, so Andrew just kind of met Kirby off screen? That's a bit of a cheat. As just about anyone could have predicted, Cash asking him questions pointblank went as well as you'd expect and we don't really know any more than we did before. The fact his father was apparently questioned by the police when he disappeared and convinced them of his innocence may plug the plot hole of why the police didn't seem to be looking for Archie.Justin did a decent job of handling things, I think.

I wouldn't see Roo tried to take over exactly and Marilyn seemed grateful for her help anyway: After all, Marilyn's main reason for keeping people away was so they didn't learn the truth, which is kind of a moot point now. They find a bit more of a smoking gun on Stunning Organics but not clear how much use it will be to them.

I can understand Eden's point of view from a logical point of view, but not nice for Cash to hear that she's already anticipating them breaking up!

Gerald has been a secret weapon - good old Alf suggesting him and he's found out stuff already.  Maz, understandably, freaked out when Roo walked into Irene's.  But to be far to Roo she did listen to Maz and Kirby.  The first person Roo spoke to who used to work for SO who seemingly wasn't saying much was I'm guessing under some sort of Restriction Order preventing them disclosing them or others revealing anything to anyone who happened to ask. More digging needed there but they will need to be careful in finding out what they want to know.  We did see some of the SO products Maz was looking at online and  she didn't look happy about what could be in them.

Andrew's  a secret swimmer, though he did say to Kirby and Theo he didn't know he could swim.  I think Kirby and Andrew met briefly at the Morgan's when Theo brought her round.  Oh Buddy got another mention and bark when Justin asked Andrew to feed him.

OK I'm not that au faux with police procedures but shouldn't Andrew have had someone else with him other than Justin, who we get he trusts, when he was questioned by Cash, as in his counsellor or psychologist?  Couldn't Cash have worn a plain shirt to help Andrew feel more at ease and it was rather aggressive questioning we could see how nervous Andrew was.  He wasn't listening to him either, Andrew told Cash he couldn't remember what his mum looked like but Cash asked right away what colour hair did she have what colour eyes?   Sad that Andrew remembered Ted when he saw his photo of when he was a little boy, funny what kids remember.  We don't know what his dad drummed into him over the years about his past.  I've said before methinks they haven't been living where Andrew was found all that time so where were they before during that 13 years.?

Cash certainly wasn't happy about Eden turning down his offer to set up the recording studio, he's not giving the money  to her,  it's for the band.  She didn't even want Remi to suggest it to the others, just gave that pathetic excuse about what would happen if they broke up. Remi even said it could be a loan.

The cast is feeling very small at the moment, I like Mali, however it’s a fine line between that and apathy, and it seems like he’s serving too many stories, his own, Xander’s, Mac’s and John’s, I feel like he’s having to fill Dean’s role and lacks the unpredictability he had which changed it up.

So we get some more answers where Andrew's concerned.I did wonder if Andrew's dad being part of a cult was over-egging the pudding a bit, but it does do a good job of explaining how he was able to convince the police he wasn't involved in the kidnapping, at least enough not to be under observation, if he had help.Justin didn't exactly learn from Cash's mistakes with regards how far to push Andrew. He does seem to have formed a bond with Leah though.

Also getting some more answers we have the crack crimefighting team of Alf, Marilyn and Roo.It does definitely sound like the products are dodgy if there's this many people having a reaction to them, and it now appears the company's been in trouble before and got round it by changing name. So, time to lay down the law?

Eden turning up at the police station and insisting on staying until Cash talked to her irked me, even if she was polite about it.Still, Justin did a pretty good job giving Cash advice and gave him a new perspective on how Eden was feeling.
