Justin didn't just get Community Service though did he, he's got an  Intensive Correction Order and has to go to Anger Management Counselling.  How's he going to fit it all in?

In that respect of Justin not being on hand, I'm not sure who made Remi the stand in manager but it looked like a consensual decision he was.  He's definitely  a huge improvement on Bob. They do all need to get performing again,  good thinking that they should play for the people who they had to cancel first.  That was one rare scene  of the lesser spotted  Lyrik in one room all together all at the same time.?   Nice touch they thanked Kirby for being the only one bringing actual real money  by working at the Diner.

Obviously I'm no musician/writer so wouldn't get Eden's reluctance to share 'her and Cash's' song to a wider audience.  She did speak to the right person though - Kirby - who gave very good advice.

It may have come across as Felicity being selfish by wanting Tane all to herself, Cash had moved out temporarily  then to give them space.  I  liked the in depth talk she and Cash had about families.  Let's not forget she and Cash  are the only family each other know, mum and dad, I think, were only children so no aunts or uncles.  Whereas on Tane's side he had two brothers, he's got two sister-in- laws, niece and nephew, aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, maybe grandparents so a big extended family.  Be hard for both Felicity and Cash to get their heads around that they have by extension acquired a new and big family.    Lovely gesture her giving Kahu Nik's key, Tane was very touched by it.  Hopefully Kahu will calm down once he gets settled.  Mali and his family are in a similar vein but his are a lot nearer.

Another rare scene someone, as in Flick,  doing housework on screen!!!!  ?  I guess we all take it for read any work like dusting, hovering, laundry  is done off screen.

Good for Tane standing his ground and not letting Kahu anywhere near equipment and customers together until he's qualified.  There will be plenty for him to do and he'd be a great help to Tane as he can get on with the psychical side of it all.

Mali did kind of get ahead of himself by ordering the new kit, I love that colour, mint green, btw, but luckily his application went in his favour.

It was brave of him asking John and Alf to dine with together at the same time.  Apart from their sniping at each other he did learn a lot.

He's a very perceptive guy picking up on Mac's mood and I think it's a great idea if he moves in with her, she's got plenty of space, she'd only be rattling around there on her own  and he can contribute to the rent and other expenses.  I think mum may have noticed he's not at home by now.?

Bad enough Maz going behind Irene's back and using the Diner to run her new business, but then really pushed it by offering free coffees to anyone who buys her products.  She mislead Kirby too by telling her she was going to ask Irene/Leah but somehow didn't get round to it.  Redeemed herself slightly by telling Irene Kirby was only doing what she asked her to do.  Irene would have every cause to dock Maz's pay or make her pay for every  'free' coffee she'd cost the Diner. Oh another ? Maz wanting to sign up Kirby to be an ambassador so she'd earn commission, a sure fire pyramid scam if there ever was one.  What was that last scene all about?  Why would John be buying those beauty products, he's hardly likely to be able to sell them.

Did we miss the trailer scene we saw where Roo has a really bad reaction to the face mask Marilyn puts on her.

Whilst there may have been some seasons I wasn't watching quite as closely, I certainly don't recall any reference to John being a Jonathan, nor have we seen that written down anywhere official such as his marriage certificate - I like to think it was just a little term of endearment from Mac.

Incidentally, Shane & Emily did recently talk about their real-life friendship and their wish for more scenes together - https://www.newidea.com.au/home-and-away-shane-withington-emily-weir

No you haven't missed it, some of the scenes in the 'next ep' trailers can be a bit premature ?

Haven't completely caught up yet but 'Marilyn it is it too early for this amount of crazy' had me in hysterics, love John's one-liners! ?

At one time Marilyn was a friendly ditzy but these days she comes across like a three year old being told no, certainly in that scene anyway; I did wonder who'd massed ordered the sunblock...is it wrong my first thought was Mali to add to his freebie/merch packs for beginners at surf lesson?

After a lot of effort on Mackenzie's part, she finally gets Mali to move in with her, by convincing him it's for her benefit.I've a feeling she lived alone in the Diner flat at one point...mind you, I've also got a feeling she was a mess at the time, so. Mali also made the right call with Xander and managed to talk Rose into supporting him: Whether going to the funeral is the right decision or not, it's his decision to make.

I kind of get the logic of Marilyn's stance but it doesn't exactly make me sympathetic towards her.She wants to contribute to Jett's funeral, and if John gives her the money to give to him, that kind of defeats the object of them both contributing equally...but she seems to be motivated by pride at best and a desire to compete with John as best parent at worst, and the end result is her being perfectly happy to get the money off anyone except for him. And we're back to Alf giving her far more leeway than she deserves and jumping on Irene and Roo for criticising her.

Justin meets his counsellor and, after a shaky start, seems to be getting on well. Is the show short of studio space at the moment? First we had everyone hanging around outside the court house instead of us seeing the proceedings, and now Justin's having counselling sessions in a courtyard, as if it's easier for the show to film outside than build an interior.

I don’t find the show interesting really anymore But I wouldnt say Justin has anger issues anyone I think would get angry over the stuff he has been through in the show so I don’t quite believe the story

Its quite obvious what is going to happen with Marley and Mac so I’m don’t have much interest there

Eden I just find quite silly she might have written the song about Cash but the audiences won’t know that When Kirby asked her if she knows the meaning behind Song Firework I thought that’s a Katy Perry song haha

Jetts funeral Red? Is getting married really that scary lol I would love Jett to have paid for it all ready

That thing with Marilyn and John really wound me up - when she thought John was placing the order for the surf club it was patronising and she was throwing the box down at his feet in a tantrum. As soon as she found out it was Alf, it was all "Oh you're so generous, thank you so much for helping me..." and him telling her it was okay to have a go at John as he's used to it. ?

With the court it certainly seemed to be style over substance, as it was literally just a historic house overlooking Sydney harbour (ergo there was no courtroom there for them to utilise). The exterior of Colby's courthouse was the same (not a court at all), though they at least did find a suitable interior at an alternative location.

I can't recall if they've ever actually built their own courtroom set in the studio...perhaps they could borrow Corrie's, shouldn't cost too much to send over given it's about the size of a postage stamp.

Justin's counselling centre has actually made a few previous appearances on the show before now, one of which was as the AFP training centre when Robbo was heading back to the force.

Doh! Yes, of course, I did mean wedding...

Good twist would be if this girl Lyndney that Jett is marrying turns out to be Heather but I think John has meet her unless Heather paid a girl off to be Lyndney

Christ... I'd probably be spluttering like the South African Consulate in Lethal Weapon 2 (B-B-But...), or fall down laughing, or chuck in the towel!

I see it now, She's walking, gets to altar lifts the veil, smirks and says "Here comes the bride" or "Hello , Mummy Dearest!" and we pan to a closeuo of Maz doesn't know wether to faint, s*** herself or run away. ???

(Thanks guys for the laugh, I've had a crappy week but this turned it around)

Gosh your easily cheered up a little comment on a forum about a silly show haha I think it would be a good story I wait for the producers to get in touch so I can write it

Be a good way to bring Jett back too Plus some eye candy for me with Heather  Be better than watching Eden and Cash and Remi and Bree
