I'd say Flynn's death & Sally's "death" (her heart stopping/Tom's return).

Belle's death too.

Flynn's death hit the hardest. Belle is next for me. Fav Character in the shows history for me. Casey's was pretty sad.

Lots of people are saying Flynn death glad im not the only one i been watching him since i was 3 or 4 and every time i watch his death or funeral i cry

Probs Bobbys back in the day. Then Shane. Thought they made Charlotte Adams' death a really tear jerker in 2002. But the most disappointing of all was Ailsa. That could have been the big one but they decided not to give it the impact it should have had.

Flynn's funeral upset me. It was so sad. As was Noah's. H&A know how to do funerals

Flynn. From his diagnosis and breaking it to Sally, to his death and funeral it was such a beautifully well done, emotional story and is still as sad seeing it today.
