aejdude Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 *looks around* anyone..? Talking about sleeping are we? y parents dont care when I go to bed. My mum goes about 11:30, and my Dad at 12, and by then i'm still stuck on backtothebay All Dad says before he goes to bed is "Rosey, dont go to bed to late" Then he shuts his bedroom door because I refuse to turn my music down I logged off teh compyter a 1 am this morning, but I couldnt sleep. So I watched 3 movies. I havnt slpt at all in the past 24 hours And today, i'm going on a cruise around Sydney Habour. Anmd I have to leave in about 30 minutes. I think i'm dead. Lol. You know if you have no sleep for 6 days you lose your identity like you forget who you are so make sure you get some sleep . Sounds like the cruise will make you want to go to sleep as it will probably be tiring . Quote
Traceve Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 Yea I think he only became president because of his dads contacts. I guess it didnt help that his cousin was the mangager of the World Trade Centre, who weirdly called in sick the day of the attacks, I wonder if that was because George knew about September 11 2001 Quote
xsianx Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 (edited) lol I couldn't not sleep for six days Love my bed too much. Yea I think he only became president because of his dads contacts. I guess it didnt help that his cousin was the mangager of the World Trade Centre, who weirdly called in sick the day of the attacks, I wonder if that was because George knew about September 11 2001 Yea I still can't believe he carried on reading stories about ducks when that was happening Has anyone seen the film Flight 93? or the World Trade Centre with Nicolas Cage? Great films! but I cried so much and in the WTC I was left violently shaking from the realism and how raw it was. Edited January 10, 2007 by xsianx Quote
Traceve Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 I have seen both Flight 93 and United 93, I think United 93 was better not just because it was a movie and Flight 93 was a tv movie. I cried almost all the ay through Flight 93, but that had a ending.. United 93 didnt, so I just cried all the way through the credits. It was just so.. real. I didnt think the WTC movie was out yet? xsianx Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 I saw the World Trade Centre in the cinema in august, I swear it's out on dvd in the UK but i keep forgetting to look. United 93 I cried my eyes out. I knew what was going to happen but he way they fought back and the phone calls home made me cry. There was a man next to me in the cinema with a photo of this really pretty lady and he was crying so much, my heart went out to him. lol I couldn't not sleep for six days Love my bed too much. You love your bed? Do you know how much time Emma spends in her bed lol No I don't, funnily enough But I spend alot of time in mine having wierd dreams.. i wish I didn't remember all my dreams lol some are just wierd. Traceve Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 While watching United 93, they were so close, it made me feel as though they were going to get control of the plane back, then it hit me that thy wont and it will crash, I guess it just showed how close they were to getting control of the plane back. Trivia. The buttons on Trish Gates uniform where the real ones worn by her character - Sandra Bradshaw The German passenger, was not on Flight 93, he was on anonther one of the flights he was just put there to reprsent that it could have been anyone.. and thats all I can remember at the moment. I read into it alot afterwards .. Quote
xsianx Posted January 10, 2007 Report Posted January 10, 2007 (edited) Wow. I didn't know that. I know you just hoped so much that they would live because of the determinatin and the way they stuck together, that possibly was the most upsetting moment for me. My mum was right though, she said that she's proud of them because they never gave up, they died fighting. True hero's x Edited January 10, 2007 by xsianx Quote
