Chapter 41:

Farm House
It's morning

Phoebe is watching tv when Ash arrives

Phoebe: hi
Ash: hi
Phoebe: you know Kat's at work?
Ash: yeah I know that, I came to see you
Phoebe: oh so I can punch you?
Ash: why?
Phoebe: you know why?
Ash: no I don't, anyway I was thinking you could come to the beach with me
Phoebe: that sounds like so much fun but no
Ash: you know you have to forgive me sometime
Phoebe: in this lifetime?
Ash: yes
Phoebe: yes ok fine you win, lets go to the beach
Ash: really? so does that mean I'm forgiven
Phoebe: maybe, we'll see
Ash: I'll take it for now

The Beach

Phoebe: so were here and I'm still not having any fun, I wonder why?
Ash: harsh, we used to have fun together
Phoebe: yeah back when we dated?
Ash: we were friends first and now we are again
Phoebe: yes and how is that working for you?
Ash: it would work alot better if you get over this
Phoebe: right, so I don't have a right to be angry? got it
Ash: thats not what I said
Phoebe: maybe you should just stop annoying me
As: maybe you should stop and think about who you want and not your anger at me
Phoebe: tochue, too bad your more fun
Ash: oh your so funny

Ash: are we going to go swimming now?

Nate: so what are we doing today?
Tori: hanging out, we both have no work today
Nate: should we head to the beach?
Tori: yep, I'll just go get some stuff

Brody comes in

Brody: hey
Nate: hi
Brody: so what you and Tori doing today?
Nate: heading to the beach
Brody: it is a nice day for it
Nate: your not working
Brody: nope, well tonight but yeah
Nate: thats cool

Justin comes in

Justin: is everyone here this morning?
Brody: apprently

Tori arives back & her and Nate leave

Justin: way to clear a room
Brody: they are going to the beach
Justin: what are you doing today?
Brody: nothing
Justin: you want to verse me in video games?
Brody: sure why not

The Beach

Tori and Nate arrive and see Ash and Phoebe in the water

Tori: whats that about?
Nate: they are friends
Tori: should we go join?
Nate: why?
Tori: to gather info
Nate: of course, I should of guessed
Tori: are you in?
Nate: sure

Nate and Tori get into the water and start splashing each other

Tori: hey I thought we were suppose to get their attention?
Nate: oh we will
Tori: how can you be sure?
Nate: cause I know and see all plus they are coming over
Tori: act cool then
Nate: me cool, I'm te defination of cool
Tori: sure you are, keep telling yourself that

Ash and Phoebe approach them

Ash: hey
Phoebe: when did you get here?
Tori: like 5 minutes ago
Nate: yeah what are you guys doing?
Ash: just hanging out
Phoebe: were working though our friendship issues
Tori: why? what did he do?
Phoebe: him and Kat lied to me about their relationship
Nate: oh is that all
Phoebe glares at him
Nate: sorry, I just don't see what the big deal is
Phoebe: your digging a hole
Nate: yeah but I can get out of it
Tori: no he can't
Nate: your suppose to be on my side
Tori: yeah but her side is more fun
Ash: fine I'm on Nate's side then
Phoebe: of course you are, he agrees with you
Ash: well yeah
Tori: we should have a swimming race, boys vs girls?
Ash: your on
Phoebe: were going to destroy you
Nate: we will win

The Farm House

Kat arrives back from work

Phoebe: how was work?
Kat: boring, what did you do today?
Phoebe: just hanged out at the beach with Ash, Nate and Tori
Kat: how was that?
Phoebe: it was good, we had a swimming race and the guys won
Kat: oh they did?
Phoebe: yeah, it was annoying actually, I thought we would win
Kat: yeah well, anyway have you made a decision yet
Phoebe: not yet
Kat: are you any closer?
Phoebe: yes
Kat: how close?
Phoebe: so what are we doing for dinner?
Kat: well Ash and me were going for dinner
Phoebe: way to ditch me
Kat: so were forgiven now?
Phoebe: yep
Kat: thats good
Phoebe: I've missed you guys
Kat: we have been right here and were not going anywhere
Phoebe: good
Kat: don't think I didn't notice the subject change
Phoebe: I can't hear you? what did you say?
Kat: forget it, I'm going for a shower

Summer Bay House

Zac and Leah are having dinner

Zac: have you seen much of Hunter latley?
Leah: no why?
Zac: hes acting werid, I think hes hiding something
Leah: I thought you said you going to trust him more
Zac: I am, I do
Leah: thats convincing
Zac: maybe I should check his van? just to be sure
Leah: thats a envasion of privacy
Zac: for my sons safety its nesscary
Leah: I don't agree with it
Zac: you don't have too, I'll do it myself
Leah: no I'll come, we will do it together but its your funreal
Zac: hey I'm just be a potective father thats all
Leah: keep telling yourself that
Zac: ok lets do it now before Hunter and Olivia come back

Hunter's Caravan

Zac is looking though Hunter's stuff

Leah: find anything
Zac: it would be quicker if you helped
Leah: hey I agree to supervise
Zac: fine
Leah: maybe you won't find anything?

Zac finds something

Zac: OMG
Leah: what is it?
Zac: drugs

Later

Hunter and Olivia arrive back to find Zac in his caravan

Hunter: hey dad whats up?
Zac: we need to talk
Hunter: about what?
Zac: Olivia you mind going home
Hunter: no she can stay, what ever you have to say she can hear it too, we don't keep secrets from each other
Zac: ok if your sure
Hunter: I am
Zac: you want to explain this?

Zac throws Hunter the drugs

Hunter: these aren't mine
Zac: well who do they belong too?
Hunter: Micheal
Zac: Micheal? the guy who tried to sell a stolen exam to you?
Hunter: yeah
Zac: why?
Hunter: to get me in trouble, I'm surprised he didn't call the cops
Zac: well get rid of them then, we don't need you in any trouble, so is this why you have been acting werid? why didn't you tell me about this?
Hunter: because the guy threatened me and I was stupid enough to threaten him back and thats why we can't go to the cops
Zac: ok, I'm sorry I didn't trust you
Hunter: I'm mad about that but I don't blame you after everything
Zac: I'll try harder
Hunter: that would be nice
Zac: I'm going back to the house, goodnight
Hunter: night

Zac leaves

Hunter: that was close
Olivia: luckily he beleived you
Hunter: well I couldn't tell him I brought them could I?
Olivia: no, that wouldn't of gone well, good thinking bringing the cops into it, it made it sound better
Hunter: quick thinking I guess
Olivia: so when you gong to do it?
Hunter: plant them on him?
Olivia: yeah
Hunter: soon, maybe the next couple of days, just have to hide them till then
Olivia: pick a better hiding spot then
Hunter: kinda hard too when he looked though everthing
Olivia: good point
Hunter: this will work, it has too
Olivia: this is our only option, we need this guy locked away
Hunter: yes we do, it'll be ok, I promise
Olivia: it has to be, for all our sakes

Roo, Matt and Ellie's apartment

Ellie: so what are you doing today?
Matt: why?
Ellie: no reason
Matt: not buying it spill
Ellie: fine
Matt: well
Ellie: can my friends come over?
Matt: yes but on one condiction
Ellie: whats that?
Matt: I get to meet them
Ellie: I guess its time
Matt: wow didn't think you would give in so easyisly
Ellie: well you were just going to keep bugging me about it till I gave in
Matt: true
Ellie: and plus once you meet them, you'll stop worrying
Matt: will I now?
Ellie: of course, they are awesome
Matt: ok what ever you think
Ellie: I know

Rebecca's House

Rebecca and Dylan are hanging out

Rebecca: so hows Brian?
Dylan: hes good and were good
Rebecca: I'm glad I didn't stuff things up between you guys
Dylan: I'm glad were good now too
Rebecca: of course, I would never of cut you out of my life
Dylan: yeah but you nearly did
Rebecca: laspe of judgment
Dylan: ok, anyway hows Jamie?
Rebecca: good, yeah our parents are so happy hes home now
Dylan: and you?
Rebecca: I'm happy too
Dylan: you know its been so crazy the last few months
Rebecca: yep its been pretty hetric
Dylan: luckily we have such good friends
Rebecca: we do indeed

Roo, Matt, Ellie's apartment

Rebecca, Dylan, Cody and Sam arrive and Ellie and Raffy greet them

Ellie, Raffy: hi

Ellie intorducudes Matt as her bother

Rebecca: nice to meet you
Dylan, Cody and Sam: whats up?
Matt: nice to meet you guys too
Rebecca: so whats the plan for today?
Ellie: thought we could just hang out here
Raffy: yep we could play some games
Ellie: yeah
Matt: ok well have fun and don't burn the house down
Ellie: oh like thats going to happen

Evelyn and Matt are kissing

Evelyn: so what do you think of your sister's friends?
Matt: they seemed nice
Evelyn: but your not convinced?
Matt: I didn't say that
Evelyn: don't you trust her?
Matt: of course I do
Evelyn: then whats the problem
Matt: I don't know, just a vibe I get
Evelyn: from all of them?
Matt: no, from just one of them
Evelyn: which one?
Matt: that Dylan guy
Evelyn: why?
Matt: I don't know, I just felt like he was hiding something
Evelyn: after a couple of minutes of converstation
Matt: maybe not hiding something ectually, maybe just not being truthfull
Evelyn: dosen't every one deserve some secrets
Matt: I guess
Evelyn: you don't keep scrects from me do you?
Matt: um
Evelyn: what? is their something you haven't told me about?
Matt: yes
Evelyn: well what is it
Matt: I had an ex, before I came here
Evelyn: well I didn't think you wouldn't of dated anyone before
Matt: yeah
Evelyn: so tell me about her?
Matt: I don't know if thats a good idea
Evelyn: why not?
Matt: she's just messed up and I don't want to drag you into it
Evelyn: wait you've seen her since you got here?
Matt: only once a little while ago
Evelyn: since we've been?
Matt: no, no way! before we..
Evelyn: well thats good, well not good ectually but better
Matt: yeah
Evelyn: so does Ellie know her?
Matt: yep
Evelyn: and?
Matt: she got hurt too, we both did
Evelyn: something makes me think I don't want to meet this girl
Matt: you don't, anyway she won't turn up here
Evelyn: you sure?

Olivia and Hunter are playing pool together

Olivia: so is everything ready?
Hunter: yep, tomorrow's going to be intresting

Chapter 44:

The Beach

Ellie, Raffy, Dylan, Rebecca, Cody and Sam are all hanging out at the beach

Ellie: should we go swimming?
Dylan: later, we should play beach soccer
Sam: well I didn't bring the ball for nothing
Cody: oh your feeling unloved, aren't you cute?
Sam: shut it
Rebecca: ok so what teams?
Dylan: I think it should be girls vs guys?
Raffy: sounds like a plan
Ellie: okay but then we can switch teams
Rebecca: so 10 minute games and first to 5?
Dylan: sounds good

Another part of the beach

Evelyn and Matt are walking hand in hand

Evelyn: its such a nice day today
Matt: it is
Evelyn: so what's the plan for today?
Matt: I don't know, what do you think?
Evelyn: well we have all day to hang out and do whatever
Matt: that's true
Evelyn: so we can walk the beach and then go back to your place for a bit?
Matt: sounds good

Surf Club

John is working when VJ turns up

John: hi
VJ: hey
John: where's Billie?
VJ: with Ash
John: so your bored?
VJ: yep
John: I don't have any work for you
VJ: I wasn't planning on working, I came to use the gym
John: oh ok then, carry on
VJ: see you later

The Gym

VJ enters and finds Nate their

VJ: hey
Nate: hi
VJ: so you letting off some steam too?
Nate: no, I'm just doing some exercise
VJ: you have nothing better to do?
Nate: well Tori's at work, so no
VJ: fair enough
Nate: whats up with you?
VJ: Billie is doing my head in
Nate: why? whats happened?
VJ: nothing.. just pregnancy hormones I guess
Nate: arg, hate to break it to you but thats normal
VJ: I know, I'm just frustrated and I need to hit something

Nate holds up a punching bag

Nate: buy all means
VJ: I don't have any boxing gloves
Nate: well that's just stupid, who comes to a gym without the proper gym equipment?
VJ: oi I wasn't thinking
Nate: clearly
VJ: I'm going to go use a exercise bike
Nate: good choice, have fun, I'm going to head off
VJ: see ya

The Farm House

Billie and Ash are watching a movie

Ash: so do you feel any better?
Billie: well this movie is putting me to sleep
Ash: its an action film how is that possible?
Billie: I hate action movies
Ash: are you sure your my sister
Billie glares at him
Ash: sorry, I will stop
Billie: that would be nice
Ash: so hows VJ?
Billie: he's good, hes just frustrated about this whole thing
Ash: it is overwhelming
Billie: yeah
Ash: but he will come around
Billie: of course, hes stuck by me though everything, I don't deserve him

Hunter's van

Olivia: is everything ready?
Hunter: yep I'm going to go do it now
Olivia: good luck and be careful
Hunter: I love you

Zac and Leah are chatting

Leah: hows Hunter been?

Leah: so you finally trusting him?

Dylan and Brian are on the beach together

Brian: should we be risking being here?
Dylan: we can't use my house or yours
Brian: yes both have people around
Dylan: its dark, we shouldn't be seen
Brian: we won't be
Dylan: I'm happy my parents are spending more time with me and less at work but it means we have less time for us
Brian: your parents are more important than me, you know that
Dylan: I know, it just sucks
Brian: I'm not going anywhere
Dylan: I know your not
Brian: I love you

Kat: I'm not sure about that, something feels off

Ash: its nice spending time together after a rough week

Ash: what happened?
Kat: I can't tell you
Ash: if it involes me?
Kat: it dosen't obviously you would of known about it if it did
Ash: Billie or VJ?
Kat: nope not them either
Ash: The Morgan Family?
Kat: no seriously its none of your business, not really mine either but I had to be involved
Ash: so the cops were involved?
Kat: yep
Ash: did anyone die?
Kat: nope
Ash: thats good

Ash: you really can't tell me who its about?
Kat: no and stop trying to guess
Ash: John and Marilyn?

Hunter: I know, I begged Kat to not tell dad
Olivia: I'm surprised she didn't anyway
Hunter: me too, I owe her

Hunter: omg when she found me their, I thought she was going to arrest me
Olivia: I know you said
Hunter: I was so scared, I thought my life was over
Olivia: but its not, we both have this chance to lie our life free of danger
Hunter: yeah its amazing
Olivia: its a miracle

Brody is on the beach when Phoebe find him

Brody: don't
Phoebe: are you going to let me explain?
Brody: I think we both know what I saw
Phoebe: it wasn't.. you don't.. please don't push me away
Brody: I'm not, I just thought you may of told me if you had made a decision or not
Phoebe: I haven't.. what happened wasn't what it looked like?
Brody: so I didn't walk in on you and Justin kissing?
Phoebe: I mean that happened obviously
Brody: yeah, Justin said he stoopped you from coming after me
Phoebe: yeah he did
Brody: why?
Phoebe: didn't Justin explain that?
Brody: no not that, why did you kiss him?
Phoebe: we were.. it was.. 
Brody: if you don't want to tell me thats fine
Phoebe: I'm trying..
Brody: your not making much sense
Phoebe: I love him ok thats why I kissed him
Brody: right, I guess I know where I stand now
Phoebe: no your not getting it
Brody: I'm confused then, you kissed him because you love him? 
Phoebe: yes
Brody: well then I'm really not getting it

Hunter is thinking

Hunter arrives at Micheal's house and realises no-one is home, he finds a window and something to smash it with..

Zac arrives

Zac: hi
Hunter: hey
Zac: you going to come up to the house for lunch?
Hunter: yeah, I will be their in a second

Zac arrives back

Leah: so is Hunter coming?
Zac: yeah
Leah: is he ok?
Zac: I think so
Leah: he has just seemed a bit distracted latley
Zac: yeah I don't know whats up with him
Leah: its like somethng happened that hes not telling us?
Zac: I'm sure its nothing
Leah: are you though?
Zac: no but I don't know how to ask him

Hunter arrives

Hunter: ask me what?
Zac: nothing
Hunter: no, you don't get to do that, now tell me whats up?
Zac: well thats what I want to know
Hunter: what?
Zac: whats up with you?
Hunter: how do you mean?
Zac: you've been acting werid all week
Hunter: no I haven't
Zac: yes you have, tell me whats wrong? what happened?
Hunter: nothing
Zac: yes because I'm really going to beleive that
Hunter: I don't care if you don't beleive me, just drop it
Zac: I'm trying to help
Hunter: well your not, your making everything worse
Zac: Hunter calm down
Hunter: I am calm, I'm calm!
Zac: no your not, your shaking?
Hunter: I just need a minute

Hunter plants the drugs in Micheal's house before calling the cops and giving them a tip off.

Brody arrives back

Justin: hey, did you talk to Phoebe?
Brody: yeah
Justin: and?
Brody: you should tell me what happened
Justin: are you sure
Brody: yeah I want to know the truth
Justin: okay

Flashback to earlier that week

Phoebe and Justin are together at the house

Phoebe: you know I've missed this
Justin: what?
Phoebe: us, being close and all that
Justin: yeah me too
Phoebe: its so confusing for me
Justin: I know it is
Phoebe: your both such great guys
Justin: such a great guy? really?
Phoebe: yeah how can you doubt that?
Justin: our family hasn't ectaully been easy sailing
Phoebe: oh come on, you've all got though it, I don't know if I could
Justin: I think you could have because your strong
Phoebe: sometimes I don't feel like I am
Justin: you are othewise you would of made a choice by now
Phoebe: how does that make me strong?
Justin: because you don't want to hurt us
Phoebe: I don't.. I really don't
Justin: do you know how this will all end?
Phoebe: how?
Justin: by firguring out who you can't live without, thats the key
Phoebe: maybe?
Justin: no it is.. it has to be
Phoebe: why?
Justin: because I know you
Phoebe: I know you too

Flashback ended

Brody: ok that dosen't explain what I walked in on
Justin: yeah their is more but I think I deserve to know what happened between you two first?
Brody: nothing happened
Justin: the look you had when you arrived, it meant something
Brody: no it didn't
Justin: oh come on, I know you just like you know me, I also know when you are lying
Brody: I'm not lying
Justin: hiding the truth then
Brody: fine, yeah there is something
Justin: I knew it
Brody: but I wasn't lying when I said nothing happened because it didn't
Justin: you mean nothing physical?
Brody: yeah you impiled that but you were wrong
Justin: ok, ok I'm sorry
Brody: its ok, you want the truth?
Justin: yes
Brody: okay

Hunter is still thinking

Flashback - a week ago

Hunter was just about to leave when he heard the cops arriving, he goes to find a hiding spot in the house...

Zac finds Hunter and cautiously approaches him

Zac: you ok?
Hunter: no
Zac: just tell me what happened?
Hunter: Micheal got arrested
Zac: when?
Hunter: last week
Zac: how?
Hunter: it was me
Zac: what?
Hunter: you know how you found those drugs in my caravan?
Zac: yeah?
Hunter: and I told you that Micheal planted them on me
Zac: yes
Hunter: I lied
Zac: what?
Hunter: I brought them so I could plant them on him
Zac: you what?
Hunter: I just.. I needed him out of my life for good
Zac: that dosen't explain what happened once you got their?  did something go wrong? did something else happen?
Hunter:
Zac: answer me
Hunter: no dad, stop it! just stop it!
Zac: Hunter talk to me
Hunter: I can't ok, Just leave me alone

Kat: so what is this about?
Zac: I think you know
Kat:  yeah but can I tell you? should I tell you?
Zac: really? your going to go with that

Kat: why don't you ask Hunter yourself?
Zac: I tried, he wouldn't tell me, I thought if he was in trouble the cops would know about it

Zac: not if it wasn't serious enough for me to be told

Zac: so hes not in trouble?
Kat: I didn't say that
Zac: but he didn't get charged?
Kat: well you tell me, if he did would you know about it?

Kat: then why are you here?

Hunter arrives and Olivia is surprised

Matt is walking on the beach when he see's Dylan and Brian kissing

Roo, Matt, Ellie's apartment

Matt: apparently I have a death wish
Jude: why is that?
Matt: because I agreed to help you

Matt: well yeah
Jude: so hows your girlfriend?
Matt: how do you know about her?
Jude: didn't we already have this converstation
Matt: yeah but your still stalking me?

Matt: ok not important right now, when are we leaving?

Matt: ok just get me get a few things

Matt leaves the room and their is a knock at the door, Jude goes to answer it

Evelyn: who are you?
Jude: I'm Jude and you must be Matt's girlfriend
Evelyn: yeah I am, is Matt here?
Jude: yep but were leaving very soon

Jude: hes helping me with something
Evelyn: with what?
Jude: how is that any of your business?
Evelyn: if it involves Matt then it is my business
Jude: oh friesty, I can see why Matt likes you
Evelyn: can't say I can see why he dated you though

Matt returns

Matt: just to Jude's house for a bit, we won't be long I promise

Matt: well her mom could kill us
Evelyn: your kidding right?
Matt: no I'm being serious, its not like she hasn't tried before...

Flashback - one week ago

Hunter is hiding as the cops search the house and find the drugs, Hunter hears the cops leaving and he attempts to make an excape but Kat finds him

Kat: what are you doing here?
Hunter: um
Kat: did you have anything to do with this?
Hunter: what do you mean?
Kat: what we just found? did you do anything?
Hunter: I don't know what your talking about
Kat: so you don't mind if I take you down to the police station right now then
Hunter: no you can't do that
Kat: why not?
Hunter: because I planted the drugs here
Kat: why?
Hunter: to get Micheal out of the way
Kat: whats the connection?
Hunter: I got him kicked out of school, he was running a exam scam and I told dad about it and he got in trouble, since then hes been after me, I just knew I had to do something first
Kat: you know I could charge you right now?
Hunter: please I can't go to juvie, they will lock me up this time
Kat: why should I keep your secret?
Hunter: because I'm not the worst person here, Micheal is
Kat: I haven't looked at his file yet..
Hunter: trust me, he is bad news, I might of planted the drugs but hes a bad guy, he deserves to be locked up
Kat: and you don't?
Hunter: no, I'm reformed ok, I won't break the law again, just please let me off

Flashback ended

Zac: I'm kind of impressed
Hunter: about what?
Zac: you getting Kat to let you off and telling me the truth, by the way Kat didn't tell me anything, I was buffing, I just wanted you to open up to me
Hunter: well played
Zac: I do have my moments and since you didn't get charged your not in trouble with the cops
Hunter: no I'm not
Zac: but you are in trouble with me
Hunter: how much trouble?
Zac: your grounded for 2 weeks and you can't see Olivia either
Hunter: thats not fair
Zac: so your telling me, she had no idea about any of this?
Hunter: no
Zac: yeah I thought so, deal with it, it could of been alot worse, you could of been in juvie, you should count yourself lucky you aren't
Hunter: ok fine I agree
Zac: that wasn't up for negoation but good
Hunter: thank you
Zac: for what?
Hunter: for trusting me

Jude's House

Jude and Matt arrive

Matt: when did your mum return?
Jude: yesterday
Matt: why'd you wait until now to come get me?
Jude: I thought I could hande it
Matt: did she hurt you?

Matt: how bad was it?
Jude: not as bad as before, I'm still walking aren't I?
Matt: does she know I'm coming?
