CaptainHulk Posted October 13, 2016 Report Posted October 13, 2016 Sorry, Ed. Nope. Pity that, if only for a week or two, it'd have been alright. Daniel and Isla have a great interplay (not as good as Daniel/Kate though) together. Eh, We never got Tug/Angel or Damo/Sarah or Damo/Angel. I guarantee at least one of those pairs would have made things awks!
Red Ranger 1 Posted October 13, 2016 Report Posted October 13, 2016 We do have a storyline about Jack having feelings for Shannon for a couple of episodes, but I think it was around the time that Shannon was hung up on Mandy so she quickly rebuffed him.
Skylover Posted October 13, 2016 Report Posted October 13, 2016 Thanks Captain Hulk. I'm gonna be gutted when Jack goes. I like Chloe more in just a few episodes than Selina at the moment.
CaptainHulk Posted October 13, 2016 Report Posted October 13, 2016 I always found it a nice touch when Selina, Sal and Chloe congregated on the grass at lunchtime musing about how they missed him in that same episode.

Scott82 Posted October 13, 2016 Report Posted October 13, 2016 These 1995 episodes are really addictive, I can't wait to watch each episode on 7Plus each night. Don and Alf's fight was epic, Don is just a bit of a grump lately, as others have already said. Alf being charged with withholding information seems a little harsh, but the law is the law, will see what transpires over the next block. These eps aired in the Victorian July school hoIidays in 1995, so no homework to get in the way when I saw them the first time. Peter Whitford played O'Reilly to perfection, killed myself laughing when his two wives arrived and he was exposed, would love to see the outtakes. Peter Collingwood makes his debut as Bert during this coming block, sadly Peter Collingwood only passed away in the last month, aged 96. I wish they could sync the blocks again, so eps air on the corresponding day of the week they originally aired.

Alf/Don was more captivating than anything going down in the WWE at that time (1995 was a pretty bad year for that company) UK viewers must have spat their tea out when they saw Amanda Wenban as one of the O'Reilly wives she had only left Emmerdale 8 months or so earlier! (She played Angharad McAllister, member of one of the many new families introduced in the 90s where Emmerdale slowly became "cool" to watch) Peter had a good innings. Quarter of a century longer Than my gramps.

And everyone who saw this forgets! Fisher is not the victim here. He shoved Alf and he conveniently forgets he did. Shannon's storyline is dragging on a bit but its very realistic though. 15 hours ago, Scott82 said: Don and Alf's fight was epic, Don is just a bit of a grump lately, as others have already said. Fisher has been a grump but he was kind to Shannon when she fainted. But then he goes and ruins it an episode later.
CaptainHulk Posted October 14, 2016 Report Posted October 14, 2016 Yeah, Suppose Don shoved Alf and his trick back went as soon as he hit those lockers, It'd be Donny on the receiving end of charges!
