Sorry, but my sympathy reserves are a little scarce when it comes to little sally in general. Hide contents Never mind, Joe will be given a hard time by little sally's mates, you'll see. He will be the town leper until the plane crash. I'm trying to form my hazy memories into something coherent but I think what happens is everyone bar Jack forgives Lynch for his behaviour long before the plane crash (Selina even defends him against Jack) and even he's more or less got over it before then.
dees189227 Posted August 1, 2016 Report Posted August 1, 2016 Ok I may have asked this a little while ago but Im still confused as why Rob left the bay and who is in charge of the boatshed? Does it still exist? Okay caught up on the episodes. Ailsa- I thought she would have her meltdown while Alf was away, not when he is back and trying to help her. Well we know what is coming up soon. But she needs her good friends around her, doesn't help when Pippa just says she will be right. No she won't. But that dinner party would have been so awkward. She is haeding for a major breakdown. poor Alf is trying his best to help. Selina- I remember watching first time around when she miscarried and probably was a bit young to get it, but last week after she finally decided to keep it I did wish that she didn't lose it. I don't think Selina had children later on in the show did she? Sally- Being a teenager is not fun and having been in Sally's shoes with comments thrown back at you like that it is not very fun and I can see why she tried to get out of maths. Joe is horrible and it's just because she is smart. Those comments Sal cops does nothing for your self esteem. But geez Sally sure has grown up very quickly. I had no memory of Michael and Pippa taking in children from crisis care. But nice to see more children come through the house, even if it's only for a night.
CaptainHulk Posted August 1, 2016 Report Posted August 1, 2016 Rob never officially left the bay, he is referred to sporadically for the next four years as being around just never seen on screen again. Boatshed was torched in 2002/03 by Angie Russell. A new one was later built, I think
Natasha Posted August 1, 2016 Report Posted August 1, 2016 I feel for Sally because I've been in her shoes before. I think Joe is just jealous of smart kids in general. And is taking it out on Sal.
beau_t Posted August 1, 2016 Report Posted August 1, 2016 Is Irene still working at the store? I remember at some point all mention of her working at the store is dropped, and she only works at the Diner, with no on-screen explanation.
Red Ranger 1 Posted August 2, 2016 Report Posted August 2, 2016 I think Irene was working at the store while Alf was away?
Guest Posted August 2, 2016 Report Posted August 2, 2016 Joe and Sally's feud comes to head and ends in tears. Spoiler Tomorrow Sally flies at Jack for believing Joe's story over hers. Michael shouldn't of been trying to play soccer just to show Alf who's better. I know IMBD is inaccurate but why is Sam credited in earlier episodes as Sam Nicholls later Sam Marshall? I thought Greg was Sam's father?

I thought Greg was Sam's father? It's fairly easy to submit corrections to IMDB but in this case it's correct (although it's Sam Nicholls, not Sam Morgan). Sam's mum was Jacqui Nicholls and Sam took her name because Greg wasn't around. I must admit I don't recall them changing his name to Sam Marshall though; was it a storyline or was he suddenly just referred to as Marshall one day?

I guess but i only started watching at end of 1994 and then I think he was referred to as Sam Marshall.
