Still have the banner I composited together for the main site on my hard drive, remember being quite proud of it at the time Wow that´s fantastic work! As if it was going to be anyone on there other than Zoe, though I guess Josie could've plausibly been the stalker.

James Martin Posted May 14, 2015 Report Posted May 14, 2015 The original stalker storyline was brilliant, and came not long after the British soaps had all had a string of Whodunits which I'm sure heavily influenced Dan Bennett at the time, especially if Australia was a bit behind on screening British soaps. The mistake was doing a sequel in 2006. It was just too much IMO.

Sadly, the kind of story like this is a one-off. The show's already semi-crippled with Surf Gangster crap. We've been spoiled with shock so much that when dramatics happen the sting has been taken away. Still, I love how this was pretty much a three-year arc stemming from Dani Sutherland not being able to keep her nose out (Felix which lead to Sarah which lead to Eve)

I thought Jade Montgomery was a fantastic dimensional character, but she was vastly overshadowed by the constant gangs and crimes storylines, which didn't allow her to be this amazing crazy villain she was supposed to be. Same with Neave (jolene Anderson) who was meant to be manipulative and controlling, but was lost by the dominance of a certain group of characters.

But Angie got into everyone's lives and manipulated and twisted everything. People always remember her involvement with Nick and the Sutherlands but she did so much more than that. There was barely any character who she didn't mess with. She single-handedly took over the show for 6 months.

Well, she didn't do anything to Colleen but she did try and get Jesse fired from the gym I think, which angered Leah.
