Old H&A Fan Posted December 24, 2013 Report Posted December 24, 2013 A couple of things really confused me in the Bobby and Greg scenes: 1. Why did Donald give her away when she and Greg had already been living in sin for the previous however many months? 2. Why did he talk about losing a daughter, when again, she wasn't moving out or anything? Also, why must Alf make a speech in every bloody wedding/funeral/any event whatsoever?! Doesn't anyone else in Summer Bay have a mouth?................... 1a. Living in what??? That's Bobby and Greg's business, not Mr Fisher's, plus Bobby is over 18, it's not up to anyone else but her to decide when she lives with her man. 1b. What's Mr Fisher "giving her away" (which in itself is bull****) got to do with it?? 2a. I agree, "losing a daughter" is bull****, and "gaining a son" is also bull****. 2b. Alf is king in Summer Bay.
Natasha Posted December 25, 2013 Report Posted December 25, 2013 Was quite surprised we get an episode for Christmas Day! I like Shane and Damian's friendship, but Finlay should let her brother make his own mistakes. Sure she is his big sister, but she's mollycoddling him. No wonder he's rebelling a bit. It was quite predictable that Sophie was going to go into labour. I saw that coming a mile off.

Old H&A Fan Posted December 26, 2013 Report Posted December 26, 2013 I loved the joyriding scenes, the wheelspins, the hooning around, and Shane telling Damian "you always will be a dork, you dork"! Then after they were "caught" with the evidence wiped away (yet the police were convinced it was he who stole the car), Shane was rude to the police who so happens to be his brother haha!! He didn't get charged!! He then told Damian not to worry about the cops bluffing, they're all "turkeys" More great moments to come before Shane turns into a goody-2-shoes.
Blaxland 89 Posted December 26, 2013 Report Posted December 26, 2013 Bit behind. 1015- Debra's wearing Vanessa's red dress for the first time.
j.laur5 Posted December 27, 2013 Report Posted December 27, 2013 Only 6 more to go for the real Irene to arrive!. But it takes forever for Irene to go on the credits.

Living in sin. I believe that it is a very big sin for two people to live together when they are not married. I don,t see what is changing when they are just getting married, bobby was already living with Greg, how is Donald in any way losing her? Also, couldn't Donald have talked at the wedding, or Greg's parents, bit weird we didn't even hear anything about them.
Blaxland 89 Posted December 28, 2013 Report Posted December 28, 2013 1017- Adam's comment about a great white shark. Bad continuity there.
