Blaxland 89 Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 1341. Another mention of Noleen. Wonder what she looks like.
Natasha Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 Shane is starting to bug me. He can be a spoilt brat sometimes just because he gets things handed to him on a silver platter he has to give Tug a hard time for getting off his butt and getting a job. Alf has always been Team Tug and supportive of him.
c120701 Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 I thought Alf always drove his beige/caramel Range Rover - he is at the moment anyway. Probably, I always get confused between Jeep, Range Rover and Land Rover.
akiralx Posted March 17, 2015 Report Posted March 17, 2015 They should not have brought Nathan in as soon as I think it would have been nice for Irene to have a break and settle into life in Summer Bay!. They should never have brought Nathan in at all. Just a loathsome cartoonish character with no redeeming features - very poorly written. I'm all for drama in the show but to introduce just a two dimensional pantomime villain to create a few feeble storylines was a poor decision. I just cue through the show whenever he appears.
Natasha Posted March 17, 2015 Report Posted March 17, 2015 Nathan has his mum wrapped around his little finger and he's horrible to Damian. They really should have waited a few weeks til Irene gets settled for bringing him in.
j.laur5 Posted March 17, 2015 Report Posted March 17, 2015 I am really enjoying having 7 middle age characters on the show(Irene/ Alf/Donald/Ailsa/Pippa/Michael and Morag.) It makes the cast feel complete. It's a shame that they did it not make Morag a regular in 1993. One thing l like about Neighbours better than Home & Away is that I always thought in the 90s had more middle age characters as regulars.

They really should have waited a few weeks til Irene gets settled for bringing him in. Well, if you remember it was mentioned Damian was often beaten by Nathan when Irene was too drunk or couldn't be bothered.

They really should have waited a few weeks til Irene gets settled for bringing him in. Not just a criminal, but an inept one - why would he take a photo on the stolen camera when the rest of the film would have the owner's christening photos on it. And why on earth was everyone, e.g. Pippa, and to a lesser extent Irene, so naive when an item is stolen from the caravan park within an hour of convicted criminal Nathan arriving there? Irene doesn't do herself any favours when refusing to believe her son is a tea leaf...
dees189227 Posted March 18, 2015 Report Posted March 18, 2015 I loved todays episode. Loved how Morag got caught out and Sam admitted he wanted to stay and not go to that school. Loved how Pippa and Michael took Sam in. That's what I miss on the current series. The fostering.
Old H&A Fan Posted March 18, 2015 Report Posted March 18, 2015 I didn't — I don't like how they wiggled their way out of getting rid of Samantha and treated Morag as though she was going to molest the boy, and still going on about "what Bobby wanted" like she still has a say after she is dead. And not forgetting Alsa's own bit of scheming and underhanded ways of stopping Morag from merely getting custody of Samantha. Also, what's so wrong with that "flash school" that they were so worried about? It's as if the boy was going to be forced to go into a concentration camp the way the little folk of Summer Bay were carrying on.
