CaptainHulk Posted October 2, 2013 Report Posted October 2, 2013 I think they'll be bringing them back at some point. Oh, and it's not hard to see them elsewhere - though I wouldn't know... Don't count on Youtube. 5 have tentacles there.
Pierced Musie Posted October 2, 2013 Report Posted October 2, 2013 Wouldn't it be funny if it turned out that they pulled these episodes because they were doing better ratings than the 2013 episodes they are showing? !

Ha, one of my thoughts was that it could have been showing up the current show too much.... best not to get into conspiracy theories though I think

Hilarious . It wouldn't surprise me if they did this ;) The show's ratings is stable but if Home & Away do more scenes like the 2000 episodes, they may get more viewers. Emotional scenes are more important IMO.
Pierced Musie Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Ha, one of my thoughts was that it could have been showing up the current show too much.... best not to get into conspiracy theories though I think Conspiracy theories are too much fun though . Plus what else am I going to do now that I have nothing to watch at 4pm on the weekday.... Oh yeah, what Cagney & Lacey (God Bless BBC2 and there new afternoon line-up :lol!)
beau_t Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Ha, one of my thoughts was that it could have been showing up the current show too much.... best not to get into conspiracy theories though I think Ohhhh I recognise your avatar, it's Pippa's leaving episode?
alexx Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 ^I thought it was either Pippa's leaving episode or a scene around the time Sam was going through his 'rebel/hanging out with the wrong crowd' phase. I personally think the 2000 episodes did show up the current show. But I guess it's all a matter of taste. Yes the current show looks more flashy, has a PG rating and all that - but the quality of writing is no where near as sharp as it was in the 2000 episodes. In fact it actually seemed more fast paced, but character driven and adult - even without the PG rating. That says something.
Dan F Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Yup it's Pip's leaving ep, just before she started shooting hoops.
alexx Posted October 3, 2013 Report Posted October 3, 2013 Yup it's Pip's leaving ep, just before she started shooting hoops. Oh yeah! That was a nice touch. I remember that now.
j.laur5 Posted October 4, 2013 Report Posted October 4, 2013 Pippa's last episode was so badly done!.
