Dan F Posted November 1, 2011 Report Posted November 1, 2011 I can confirm that both Home and Away & Neighbours will be taking a 3 week break on Channel 5 over Christmas - the break starts on Monday 19th December and the shows return on Monday 9th January 2012 - they've changed their minds, it's now Monday 16th January. The last episode of H&A for the year will be Episode 5415 (which aired last week in Oz).

But I'm sure I've read somewhere else on the forum that Five can't show them for some reason or don't have the rights. Which is a shame. Still if they cant' show them at least we can watch the early years (shown on 7TWO) on youtube.

Answering my own question, had a quick peek in the spoiler section and from what people are saying, sounds like it's going to be four weeks before the end of the season.
Dan F Posted November 8, 2011 Report Posted November 8, 2011 Sorry, yup it's 4 weeks - the finale will air in the UK on 3rd February. No news on any repeats as yet, though as mentioned there was talk of the Bay Reporter being aired (though that was only a few episodes anyway)
