dncllpyk Posted September 7, 2011 Report Posted September 7, 2011 Once again Steven and Viv seem to lack in common sense. Hitch hiking and Steven should know better about that considering what happened to Carly and climbed down cliffs on a chain? Emma has more common sense then Steven and Viv put together
Old H&A Fan Posted September 7, 2011 Report Posted September 7, 2011 WARNING ALL: Carly's revolting boyfriend joins Home And Away on Friday. Be warned also that this affair is going to drag on for a WHOLE YEAR........
Natasha Posted September 7, 2011 Report Posted September 7, 2011 ^^Yes, I thought Steven was supposed to be smart!! I think Viv is making him dumber if that makes any sense.
GameTime Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 Been thinking the same thing...isn't Steven supposed to be smart? He sure does some dumb things, I guess hanging out with Viv will do that...
GameTime Posted September 8, 2011 Report Posted September 8, 2011 Really been wanting to like this whole Shane/Simpson storyline, but just not feeling it. The whole comic thing seems like a bit of a stretch too. In fact the last 3-4 weeks have been pretty underwhelming, can't really recall the last episode I truly enjoyed. Viv/Steven, Shane/Simpson, Martin/Greta, a definite flat patch, hopefully things pick up shortly.
GameTime Posted September 9, 2011 Report Posted September 9, 2011 Today's episode: Zzzzzzzzzzzzz.... Summed up the week, too. Still waiting for 1990 to deliver.
Old H&A Fan Posted September 9, 2011 Report Posted September 9, 2011 The seems to be very iconic for the early years of Home And Away (approx. Episodes 500–1000, early 1990 to around 1992).
-Andrew- Posted September 9, 2011 Report Posted September 9, 2011 Honestly, I don't recognise it at all....though I suppose that's because episodes/clips from 1990-1992 are scarce in comparison to the other years.
alexx Posted September 9, 2011 Report Posted September 9, 2011 I think its just that style in general, the ending sounds a bit like the score that ended Tamara's birth episode - all real instruments and very H&A (as it was). They just became much more polished sounding during the early 90's and better produced. I like that simply guitar/piano/strings sound but there is so much heart to Mike Perjanik's music, actual melodies that help to tell the story.
beau_t Posted September 10, 2011 Report Posted September 10, 2011 There are other pieces of music which are much more iconic than that. I wonder when we will hear Sophie's theme.
