“Why?” I asked nervously.

“Dr Harris has been known to make his patients think they are pregnant when they are not. He’s a wacko doctor. Tests can be false as well. I want you to let me see April” Sid said.

“Oh god” I exclaimed.

“He may be right too though. But just to be on the safe side, I want to check her out”

“Okay” Liam answered.

I sighed. “I have to go find my sister” I said.

“I can see her this afternoon Bianca” Sid said.

I nodded. “Thanks Sid” I said.

“I’ll come with you baby” Liam said.

“Okay” I said.

We walked in to Irene’s house.

“Oh good you’re here” I said.

“Oh has Mum said something else to you” Xavier asked worriedly.

“No Xav” Liam replied.

“We were talking with Sid and he said that Dr Harris is a wacko doctor that tells his patients false results and this is why he was well known. Sid wants to see you this afternoon to make sure what he told you is true” I said getting straight to the point.

“So are you saying that I could not be pregnant?” April asked.

“That’s exactly what I’m saying” I said.

“Oh” April said.

“Sis, how are you feeling?” I asked gently.

“I mean, I don’t know. I was getting really excited but really scared and terrified” she said.

“Okay. I think we should all go see Sid now” Liam said.

Xavier, April, Gina, John, Liam and I were all waiting in Sid’s small office for April’s results. Sid walked back in the room. April looked at me with fear in her eyes. I gave her hand a squeeze.

“I’m sorry April. I hate to say it but you aren’t pregnant” Sid said.

“Are you sure?” April asked.

“Yes these tests are 100% correct. I’m really sorry” Sid said.

April burst into tears. She turned to me so I put my arms around her.

“I really could wring Dr Harris’s neck” Sid said.

“Me too” John said. “He should be sued”

“It’s just not fair” Xavier said.

April suddenly ran out of the room.

I quickly got to my feet and chased after her. “April” I called.

She slowed down so I could catch up to her.

“Let’s go for a walk just us yeah?” I said.

“Okay” April said.

We walked in silence for awhile lost in our own thoughts.

“I know this is horrible for me to say. But I’m kinda glad I’m not pregnant” April said.

“How come?” I asked.

“Because lately I haven’t really been in love with Xav. I mean I do love him but I’m not in love with him” April confessed.

“Oh April. Are you sure?” I asked.

She nodded. “Don’t hate me because I have feelings for someone else”

We sat down on the bench.

“Dex?” I asked.

“How did you know?”

“You’ve been hanging out with him a lot recently” I said.

“I just I don’t know how to tell Xav. I mean I was going to tell him on our trip but then I found out I thought I was pregnant and now I’m not and I can’t just tell him this too now can I?” she asked.

“I don’t know” I replied honestly. “I mean it would be a lot for him to take. He really loves you April”

“I think he was saying all that because it was the right thing to do. I think deep down he knows that it hasn’t been right between us for awhile. I thought that sleeping with him again would make it like it was once before but it didn’t really help”

“I think you have to make sure that Xav feels the way you think he feels. And you need to be sure that Dex likes you too” I said.

“Oh I know Dex likes me” she said. “He told me. He capital L likes me like more then just friends”

“And what did you say?”

“I haven’t said anything yet. He knew we were going away. I told him I’d give him an answer when we got back. But then this happened so” she said. “I think I will talk to Xav. I might as well get it over and done with. I know it might be a bit cruel but I can’t be in a relationship with someone who I’m not in love with”

“Okay. Do you need any help?”

“No thanks Sis. I need to do this by myself” she said.

“Well I’ll be here for you” I replied.

“I know” she said. “How do you feel about not being an Aunt. I know you were getting excited too”

“On the one hand I’m really sad for you but on the other hand I’m also happy because you are young and shouldn’t be thinking about this type of thing. But I was going to be there for you no matter what. Liam and I we were going to help you”

“I’m really grateful that I have you and Liam on my side”

“You will always have us on your side” I said.

“I know. I love you Bianca” she said.

“I love you too April” I said giving her a hug.

I walked back into the diner deep in thought.

“Baby?” Liam startled me.

“Huh?” I asked.

“Is April okay?”

“I’ll talk about it with you later” I said.

“Okay” He said concerned.

“So Colleen said that April isn’t pregnant. Is that true?” Roo asked.

I jumped up and immediately walked into the kitchen not bothering to say hello to Irene.

“I’d really appreciate it if you could keep your mouth shut. It’s not hard to do” I said angrily. “My sister’s business is her business and if she wants to tell everyone than she can and only she can”

“I’m sorry Bianca, I was really concerned about young April” Colleen said.

“Well in future just keep those concerns to yourself” I replied. “It is none of your business”

I walked back to Roo & Liam.

“I’m sorry Bianca. I thought people knew” she said.

“I’m not angry at you” I said.

“If makes you feel any better I think Colleen only told me” Roo said. “And I haven’t told anyone”

“I appreciate that” I said.

“Do you want to talk?” Roo asked.

“No I’m fine. It was just a major shock. But I’m okay. I just need to help April that’s all” I said.

“Here are you’re take aways” Irene said handing food to Liam & Roo.

“Thanks Irene” Roo said. “See you guys later”

“Bye” I replied.

Irene sat down in her seat.

“Are you alright girlie?” she asked.

“Yeah I’m fine” I said.

“Just that you gave Colleen a mouthful” she said.

I shrugged. “She deserved it. And I’m not apologizing for it” I said.

“Okay you don’t have to. But now I got to work with a cranky Colleen. And that’s not very nice” she said.

I sighed. “I’m sorry Irene but I’m still not apologizing. Sometimes she just needs to be put in her place”

“Okay darling” Irene said. “I better get back to it. See you both later”

“Bye” Liam replied.

“Can we go home now please?” I asked.

“Yeah let’s go” Liam replied.

We went the beach way.

“Do you want to sit down on the sand and eat this?” Liam asked.

“Yeah, sure” I replied

“So you don’t have to tell me but is April alright?”

“She’s alright” I replied. “It’s just that she has feeling for Dex. She said she’s not in love with Xav anymore. They were going to stay together for the baby’s sake but that’s it. She has to talk to Xav and Dex”

“I thought she might have feelings for Dex. She’s been spending a lot more time with him then with Xavier recently” Liam said.

“Yeah” I sighed.

“Are you okay baby?” Liam asked.

“Yeah I’m alright. I was just thinking that since there is still holidays left that maybe April and I should go back to Italy for awhile. Not to see mum but just to spend more time together”

“I think that’s a good idea. Even though I’ll miss you like crazy” Liam said.

“But you won’t have me as a distraction for when you start Uni” I said.

“That’s a good point” Liam replied.

“Cos I know I’m a huge distraction” I grinned.

“Yes you are” Liam said. “But I wouldn’t have it any other way”

“Come here you” I replied pulling him close to me and kissing him hungrily.

“Oi you two” Charlie appeared out of nowhere.

I groaned. “Charlie, you have a habit of appearing out of nowhere in your uniform” I said.

“Sorry but remember what I said before” she replied.

“I know keep clean” Liam groaned.

Charlie laughed. “Yes go home and do that”

“Fine” I grinned. “Come babe let’s go”

“Bianca wait, do you want to go to Angelo’s tonight?” Charlie asked me.

“Yeah I can do that” I said.

“Okay I’ll see you later then” Charlie replied.

We continued to walk back to our place. I noticed Dex with Indi & Romeo before he noticed me.

“Hey mate” Romeo came up to us.

“Hi Long time no see” Liam said.

“Yes. Seems you’ve been otherwise occupied” Romeo said giving me a look.

I frowned. “Are you mad at me Romeo?” I asked.

“No. Why should I be? Just cos you spend a lot of time with my best mate and I hardly see him at all. No I’m not mad” he said.

“He is my husband” I retorted.

“Mate how bout we hang out tonight” Liam interrupted.

“Cos Bianca has other plans?” Romeo asked.

“Well she does but I want to hang out with you too” Liam said.

I left them talking and walked over to Dex & Indi.

“Hey guys” I greeted them.

“Hey Bianca” Indi replied.

“Hi have you um spoken to April today?” Dex asked nervously.

“Yes. Why?” I decided to have some fun.

“Oh no reason” he replied.

I grinned. “Oh okay. If that’s the way you want to play this”

“Oh goodie. So you know then” Dex said.

“Of course I know. April tells me everything” I said.

“Hold on. What is going on?” Indi asked.

“Dex likes April” I replied.

“No. I more then like April. I just don’t know how she feels about me” he said.

“Well trust me. I think it’ll be okay” I said.

“Oh my little brother likes someone. How cute” Indi said.

“Gee thanks Indi. Nice to have your support” Dex said sarcastically.

I laughed.

“Baby” Liam called.

“Well I better go I guess. See you later” I said.

“Bye” they replied.

“Is Romeo mad at me?” I asked as we walked away.

“No not at you maybe at me a bit. I haven’t really been hanging out with him that much lately”

“I know that’s my fault” I said.

“No it isn’t” Liam replied.

“Well when April and I go you should hang out with him” I said.

“Oh I will” Liam said.

We walked into our place and finished off the food we were eating on the beach earlier when the doorbell rang.

“Hey April” Liam greeted my sister.

“Hi. Is Bianca here?” She asked.

“Yeah I’m here. Are you okay?” I asked.

“I did it” she said. “I broke up with Xavier and I told him why and he agreed that our relationship hasn’t been the same and that he was considering breaking up with me after our trip. I told him about my feelings for Dex as well and he said he had a feeling that was going to happen”

“Do you think you’ll be friends?” Liam asked.

“Yeah he wants to. And I want to as well” she said.

“That’s good” I said. “Have you spoken to Dex?”

“Not yet” she replied.

“Okay well you can say no if you want but I think you and I should go to Italy for at least a week or so. I mean there are still holidays left. So what do you think?” I asked.

“We’re not going to see mum are we?” she asked.

“Not if we can help it” I replied.

“I’d love to” she said.

“Good cos I’ve already booked the tickets. We leave tomorrow” I said.

April grinned. “Awesome. Then I better talk to Dex now and go home and pack”

“Oh look it’s almost time for me to meet Charlie. I better get ready” I said as April left.

I finished putting on an outfit and walked back out.

“Hi Bianca” Romeo said.

“Hi” I replied.

“I’m sorry about earlier. I wasn’t in a good mood I shouldn’t have talked to you like that” he said.

I shrugged. “It’s okay. It happens” I said. “It is true what you said though”

“Yeah but you guys are married so you should be spending a lot of time together” Romeo insisted.

I grinned. “Anyway, you can have him tonight, just make sure he stays in one piece okay?”

Romeo laughed. “No problems” he said.

“Okay well have a good night” I said.

“Bye baby” Liam said giving me a kiss.

“Bye” I replied.

I walked into Angelo’s a little early so I took a seat at the bar.

“Hi Bianca” Angelo greeted me.

“Hi. How are you?” I replied.

“Good. I’m actually seeing someone” he said.

“Yeah, who?” I asked.

“Nic” he replied with a goofy grin.

“Really? Aw that’s cute” I said.

“Yeah I mean I’ve known her for years but I have seen her in a new light and it’s an amazing one. I didn’t think I could be happy after Charlie but I am” he said.

“Well good for you” I replied.

Angelo left to go deal with customers so I just sat there waiting for Charlie thinking about the trip we just had.

***FLASHBACK – 2 weeks ago.

“So are we going to Universal Studios now?” April asked eagerly.

We had only been in LA for a couple of hours and had already seen a lot of the sights.

“Yes we are” Liam replied.

“I can’t wait” Xavier replied. “That is where Ellen films her talk show”

I gave Xavier a surprised look. “You watch Ellen?”

“Yeah well Mum does and I’ve seen bits and pieces” he said.

“That sounds better” I replied.

We all piled into the Studios. We were shown around by a professional guide and saw the friends lot and stood on Wysteria Lane. The guide surprised us by saying there were seats left to watch Ellen.

“Is there six left?” Lucy asked.

“Yes there is. I’ll just show you where to go” the guide said.

“Oh my god” April & I exclaimed as we walked in to the taping. We quickly sat down in our seats but when they played music we jumped up and started dancing. Once she was onstage doing her monologue I could not stop laughing.

“How good is this?” April whispered to me.

“I know. I can’t believe we are here” I said excitedly.

We all clapped loudly as the show finished.

“She is so funny” April said.

“I know. I love her games. Know or Go is a good one” I said.

“Yeah I love blindfolded musical chairs” April replied.

Luke laughed. “Yeah and those guys are pretty hot” he said.

Lucy grinned. “Trust you Lukey to like the guys” she said.

I laughed. “Well he is right they are pretty hot” I said.

“Oi you” Liam protested.

“Not as hot as you babe” I replied kissing him.

“Okay you guys I think we should have an early night as we leave for Disney Land tomorrow” Liam said.

“Yay” April shouted.

“I can’t wait till Disney Land” Xavier exclaimed. “All the rides”

“Yeah its going to be so fun” Lucy added.

On the way to Disney Land I noticed Liam whispering to Luke & Lucy.

“Oi, what’s happening?” I asked.

“Nope nothing” Lucy said.

“Yeah that’s believable” Luke said.

“It’s nothing baby don’t worry yourself” Liam replied with a grin.

“That’s heaps fine don’t tell me” I replied.

“Hey so who are you waiting for?” Angelo asked pulling me out of my daydream.

“Charlie. She should be here soon” I said. “Oh I just got a text from her she said about 10 minutes she’ll be here”

“Okay, are you happy to wait here at the bar?” Angelo asked.

“Yeah it’s fine. Can I get a glass of water please?”

“Yeah here ya go. I have to keep working”

“Sure don’t worry I’m fine” I said settling back into my daydream.

“Okay good” Angelo replied.

***Flashback 1 Week ago

“Liam, where are we going?” I asked impatiently as he had put a blindfold on me.

“Somewhere we’re we have already been today” he grinned.

“That has been countless of places” I grumbled.

“Baby just shush and enjoy okay?” he said.

“Okay, okay” I laughed.

“Thanks mate” Liam said to the Taxi driver awhile later. He helped me out of the car and we started walking. “Okay there are a few steps here so I’m going to pick you up and carry you” Liam said.

“Okay” I agreed.

He carried me down what seemed like a 100 steps but was probably only 20.

“Okay we are here” He announced.

“So can I take off this blindfold now?” I asked.

“Yes” he replied.

I took it off and gasped. “Oh my god” I said looking around in shock.

Liam grinned. “So you like the surprise?” he asked.

“Like it? This is amazing. Is this what you were doing all day when I was with Xav & April??”

“Yes. This is where I disappeared to. Luke & Lucy helped me set this up” he said.

“Oh babe” I smiled and kissed him.

He had set out a romantic picnic right near the Grand Canyon. There was practically no one around so we pretty much had the place to ourselves.

“So Happy Anniversary” he said.

I smiled. “Happy Anniversary” I echoed. “I did get you something”

I handed him a box. He opened it and revealed an expensive watch. “Oh wow” he said putting it on his wrist.

“It’s engraved. Look at the back” I said.

“L, I will always love you, B” he read.

“Like it?” I asked.

“I love it baby thankyou” he replied. “I got you a little something else too”

I took the lid off the box and gasped. “Oh gosh this is so pretty” I said.

He stood up and put it around my neck. “I’m glad you like it. April said you would”

“April helped you? She helped me too” I grinned.

“Yeah I bought that in New York” he said.

“I bought yours in New York too” I said.

“It’s a bit funny that we both got our presents in New York” Liam said.

“Yeah” I agreed. “Liam this has been such a magical night”

“I agree” he said. “You are what makes it magical”

“Aw babe” I said pulling him close to me and kissing him.

I looked into his eyes.

“There is no one around” He said gazing at me.

I grinned. “Okay, but let’s be fast” I said. “Just in case”

“I love you” he said fifteen minutes later.

“I love you too babe” I replied.

“Hey, I’m so sorry I’m late” Charlie raced in.

“Hey it’s okay. I wasn’t waiting long” I replied coming back to the present.

“That’s such a pretty necklace” Charlie noticed.

“Thanks. Liam bought it for me as an anniversary present” I grinned.

“Oh its got an L&B with a red heart on it” she said looking at it closely. “So cute”

“Hey girls, there is a table ready for you” Angelo came up to us.

“Thanks” I replied.

We ordered drinks.

“So what did you do for your anniversary?” Charlie asked.

“He blindfold me and went to the Grand Canyon and he had a romantic picnic laid out. There was practically no one there. It was just such a beautiful night” I smiled.

“Aw that sounds amazing” Charlie said.

“Yeah that was so amazing and the rest of the trip was fantastic. We went to a taping of The Ellen DeGeneres show. It was so funny. And at Disney Land we went on a lot of the rides and on the tea cup ride April got really scared cos she didn’t really like it going around and around, Luke had to hold her she felt a bit dizzy afterwards” I said. “Oh but the funniest thing was when Xavier won money at the Casino in Vegas. He just put in the money and hit the button once and he got the jackpot. It was funny cos this lady had been playing that machine for ages and Xavier played it straight after her and won”

“How much did he get?” Charlie asked.

“It was just over $5,000” I said.

“I bet he was pretty happy”

“Oh yeah he was stoked” I said. “So what have you been doing?”

“I never thought you’d ask” Charlie grinned showing me her hand.

“OMG. Charlie Buckton. Why’d you let me go on and on you dork. Congratulations” I said.

“Thankyou” she smiled. “Joey asked me to marry her last week. She took me back to the beach and asked me there. At first I thought this might be too soon but then I realized that I didn’t really care about that cos I love her more then anything, well aside from Ruby. We showed Ruby and she screamed so loud I thought the glass in the windows were going to break”

I laughed. “I am so happy for you Charles” I said.

“Thanks missy” she replied.

“So when will the wedding be?” I asked.

“We haven’t discussed that yet” she said. “Be my maid of honour?”

“What, really? What about Ruby?” I asked.

“She is walking me down the aisle” she said.

“Okay, then what about Leah?”

“Bianca, I want you to be my maid of honour. Don’t you want to be?”

“Yes of course I do. I’m just saying there are other people that you should of considered before me” I said.

“You are a dork” she said. “Leah will be my bridesmaid. Regina will be Joey’s as will Nicole”

“Okay then I formally accept” I said.

“Good” she replied. “You’re going to be perfect at it”

I grinned. “Well I hope so” I replied. “And speaking of Nicole….”

“It’s okay. I know she’s dating Angelo now. I’m happy for them” Charlie said.

“Is Ruby?” I asked.

“Well she wasn’t for awhile but she is now” Charlie said.

“Okay that’s good” I said. “I feel like so much has happened since we left”

“Oh there is more. Roo & Miles broke up”

“What, why?” I asked shocked.

“Miles had feelings for Leah and Roo had feelings for Sid. Sid & Marilyn have broken up. Marilyn is now living with Miles, Alf and Romeo and Nicole”

“So are Miles & Leah together?” I asked.

“Yeah they are. They have been for a couple of weeks now. Same with Roo & Sid” Charlie said.

“Wow” I said. “That’s a lot of different couples getting together – Nic & Angelo, Miles & Leah and Roo & Sid”

“Oh and Roo has moved in with Angelo now and Laura is there as well. Oh and Elijah is back but Leah & Elijah decided they shouldn’t get together but he is now with Laura”

“What?” I exclaimed. “Remind me to not go away for such a long time again”

Charlie laughed. “Aren’t you going to France at Christmas?”

“Oh yeah” I said.

“So how is April?”

“She broke up with Xav. Mainly because she has feelings for Dex and they are together now or just starting anyway but I’m taking April to Italy. We are going tomorrow actually” I said.

“Wow. So add Dex & April to the new couples list” Charlie said.

“Yeah” I said.

“How long are you going to Italy for?” Charlie asked.

“Just 10 days” I said.

“Bianca, I’m going to miss you. I’ve missed you these last 3 weeks. It hasn’t been the same with you gone” she said.

“Oh Charles. I’ve missed you too” I said.

“Hello you guys” Leah came up to us with Miles standing next to her.

“Are you guys on a date?” I asked.

“Did you already tell her?” Leah asked Charlie.

“Yeah sorry I’ve told her everything that’s been happening” Charlie said.

“Leah can we just get some pizzas please I’m starving” Miles complained.

“Yeah alright” Leah laughed at him.

“And yes we are on a date” Miles said giving Leah a kiss.

The next moment Roo & Sid walked in.

“Hi all” Sid said awkwardly.

“Hey” I replied brightly. “So are you guys on a date too?”

“Yeah I’m sorry I didn’t tell you earlier” Roo said.

“It’s okay” I said.

“Yeah? Good” she said.

“You look very nice tonight Roo” Miles said politely.

“Thanks. You look nice as well. So do you Leah, that’s a pretty dress” Roo said.

“Thanks” Leah said. “Okay I know this is awkward but can this please just not be anymore?”

“Yeah I’d like that too” Sid agreed.

“Yeah I’m fine with that” Roo said.

“Good. That’s all I want too” Miles said.

I sighed. “Well that was no fun” I said.

“So do you guys want to sit at a table with us?” Leah asked.

Sid & Roo looked at each other. “Okay” Roo agreed.

They all went and sat at a table at the other end of the Restaurant.

“Well” I said to Charlie. “I thought there would be more fireworks or something”

Charlie laughed. “I know you did”

“Let’s go join them” I grinned.

“Okay” Charlie laughed. “You’re just eager to cause trouble”

“Me? Cause trouble? As if” I replied.

“Oh have you been watching Clueless again?” Charlie asked.

I laughed. “On the plane on the way back I did” I said.

“Hey guys can we sit with you?” Charlie asked.

“Yeah sure” Leah replied. “Have you eaten yet?”

“Not yet” I said.

“So, where’s your hubby?” Roo asked.

“At home with Romeo and Chris” I said.

“It feels weird seeing you without him” Leah said.

“Hey all” Angelo greeted us. “Do you guys know what you want yet?”

“Yeah we do” Miles replied.

We gave him our order.

“Do you want to sit with us?” Charlie invited.

“Yeah sure I’m due for my break now anyways. I’ll just put in your order and come back”

At that moment Joey & Nicole walked in.

“Hey gorgeous” Angelo said giving her a kiss.

“Hey yourself” Nicole smiled.

“Okay now I feel weird” I commented.

“How come?” Joey asked.

“Everyone is paired up” I shrugged.

“You can always go home and get paired up” Charlie suggested.

“How about we go home and get paired up” Joey suggested.

“Oh I can’t listen to this” I put my hands over my ears.

Roo laughed. “Geez we have to listen to worse from you and Liam” she said.

“Yeah definitely much worse” Leah replied.

I rolled my eyes. “Excuse me for being in love then” I grinned.

“You’re excused” Miles said.

“Oh ha ha” I said.

Charlie had the last bite of her pizza. “Ok lets go” she grabbed Joey’s hand.

“Hey you know this was supposed to be our night” I called after her as they left.

“Later Bianca” she returned.

“Okay see you in 10 days then” I said.

“10 days? Where are you going now?” Roo asked.

“Italy. With April” I said.

“Just April?” Roo asked.

“Yeah why?” I said.

“How are things between you and Liam?” Sid asked.

I sighed. “Why is it that just because I’m out here by myself and going on a trip with my sister that people automatically think that there is something wrong in my marriage?” I asked.

“Because you are hardly without Liam” Leah said.

“Okay I suppose that’s a good point” I said. “But there is nothing wrong between me & Liam. April is going through stuff and she needs me that’s all it is”

“Is she okay?” Miles asked.

“Not really” I said. “Which is why I suggested this trip”

“I didn’t want to have to tell her such bad news Bianca” Sid said.

“I know. But she has realized some things so”

“About Dex? I know. He told me his feelings for her”

“Are they strong feelings?” I asked.

“Yeah. He’s pretty serious about her” Sid said.

“Okay. I know she’s serious about him too” I said. “Anyway I should get going”

“So you can have sex with your husband?” Leah said cheekily.

“Leah” I exclaimed. “But yes”

“Did not need to know that” Sid groaned.

I laughed. “See you all in 10 days” I said.

I walked into my house to find Liam, Romeo and Chris watching footy and drinking beer.

“Hey baby this game finishes in about half an hour so if you want to have a bath or whatever you should do it now” Liam suggested.

“Okay” I said.

I had my bath and decided to put on something sexy. I was waiting in the bedroom and it had been about 40 minutes since I had got home.

“Babe, are you coming in the bedroom?” I called impatiently.

“Yes” he replied.

15 minutes later and he had still not come in. I was getting really grumpy.

“Babe” I bellowed.

I heard the front door close so I assumed that Romeo had left.

“I’m sorry baby, the game went longer…. Oh wow” he said walking in the room.

“I don’t like waiting” I grumbled.

“I know I’m sorry baby I won’t make you wait again especially when you look so sexy” Liam said starting to undress me.

“Babe” I said half an hour later.

“Yeah?” he asked.

“I don’t know how I’m going to stand being away from you for 10 days” I said.

“Yeah but at least you have Italy to explore, I just have to sit in our house without you, its going to be lonely”

“You’ll have Chris” I reminded him.

“Yes I know but it’s not the same. He isn’t my soul mate”

“I love you” I said.

“I love you too baby” he replied.

We arrived at the airport the next morning. We were standing at our gate waiting for boarding.

I could see people were looking at us because Liam was there, they were pointing in our direction. He had his arm around me.

“Well that’s us” April said as they called our flight number. She gave Irene a hug, then Liam.

“Have fun girlie” Irene said.

I gave Irene a hug. “Bye Irene”

“Bye darl” she said.

I looked in Liam’s eyes. I nearly started to cry.

“Don’t cry” he whispered giving me a hug.

“I love you” I said.

“I love you too. Have fun baby” he said.

“I’ll call you both when we land” I said.

April had already checked her boarding pass in. I walked up and handed them my pass. Before they could give it back to me I ran back to Liam and gave him a massive hug.

He smiled. “Go baby. They are waiting for you” he said.

I kissed him and walked back. They gave me my boarding pass back and April and I boarded the plane.
