“It will be Angelo & Sid” Liam said as the doorbell rang a few hours later.

“I’ll get it” Luke said.

“Hey Luke” Angelo said. “Hey all”

“Hey” I replied blowing the candles out and putting the dishes away.

“Hey guys” Liam said. “I’m just going to change”

“Okay” I replied.

“Baby your phone is ringing” Liam said from the bedroom.

“I know” I said looking at it.

“Why aren’t you getting it?” Liam asked walking out.

I showed him the phone.

“Oh” he said. “Should I get it?”

I shrugged. “Only if you want to speak to her. I don’t. I’m going to get changed” I said.

He answered the phone. “Johanna” he said.

I walked out of the room and into the bedroom to change.

“What did she want?” I asked walking back out a few minutes later.

“To know if your going through with getting visiting rights” Liam answered.

“How did she know about that?”

“She said Morag spoke to her”

“Right. What did you say?”

“I said you were”

“And then what did she say?”

“That you’ll be sorry if you keep going with it” Liam said.

I sighed. “Great” I said.

“I think you should keep going. You want to see Daniel right?”

“Yeah but what if she does something like what if she takes April away from me. I can’t risk that” I said.

“She can’t take April away from you” Liam said.

“How do you know that?” I asked panicked. “She can do anything”

“If its already written in print she can’t undo that” Sid said.

“I guess” I replied still unsure.

“Baby you’ve got April. You know April doesn’t want to see her. The court knows that. She can’t take her away” Liam said comforting me. “If you don’t want to come tonight you don’t have to”

“I need to be distracted” I said. “I’m coming”

“Okay” Liam kissed me. “Well we have to go now though”

“Okay I’m ready” I said.

I was pretty quite during the ride to the Arena just listening to the guys talk. I knew I had to pull myself together but I couldn’t stop thinking about Daniel and if we would get to see him or not.

“Baby” Liam startled me.

“Huh, what?” I said.

“We are here” he said.

“Oh right” I said taking off my seat belt.

Liam walked around and opened my door for me. The guys started to walk towards the Arena.

“Bianca” Liam called as I stood against the car. “Are you coming?”

I didn’t answer him so he had to walk back to me.

“Baby I know you’re upset right now and more then anything I just want to be with you but right now I have to do this” he said.

“I know. I’ll be there in a minute” I said.

“Baby if you think I’m leaving you outside here alone for even a second then you’re wrong. If I have to carry you inside then I will”

I smiled slightly. “You don’t need to do that” I said.

“If you don’t want to watch with all the noise you know you can watch in my dressing room” he said.

“Yeah I might do that for awhile” I said.

“I’m sorry baby” Liam said.

“For what?” I asked.

“For having to do this concert right now. I don’t like seeing you like this” he said.

“Liam seriously you are so amazing don’t be sorry for doing this right now. Of course I want you to be with me at this moment but I don’t want you to not do the concert” I said.

Liam looked at the time. “Okay baby. I have to go. I’ve got like 15 minutes”

“Okay. Let’s go” I said.

“Everything alright?” Angelo asked as we reached them.

“No” I shook my head.

“It’s a horrible situation” Luke commented.

“Uh huh” I agreed trying not to cry.

“You’re a strong person Bianca you’ll get through this” Sid said.

“Thanks” I said.

“So this is my dressing room guys” Liam said.

“Well it’s fit for a rockstar” Luke said.

“That’s what I said” I said trying to get into the spirit.

I obviously failed because Liam noticed. He turned on the TV for me.

“Please do the same concert you have done already. Don’t worry about me. I just need to hang out here for a bit” I said.

“Okay baby I have to go” Liam said.

“I know. Go” I replied.

“I love you” he whispered and gave me a kiss.

“Love you too” I whispered back. “I’ll come out with you guys soon” I said in a normal voice.

“Okay but don’t hurry just take your time. I can tell you need to process things” Luke said.

“Yeah” I said.

“Okay you guys we have to leave like now or else I’m going to be late” Liam said. “Bye baby”

“Bye” I replied as he closed the door.

I was alone in the room for about 15 minutes before I heard a knock on the door.

“Come in” I called thinking it was either Sid, Luke or Angelo.

“Hey” Kylie said to my surprise. “How come you’ve locked yourself in here?”

“Been a long long day. How’d you know I was here?” I asked.

“I spoke to your friends” she said.

“Oh right” I said.

“Do you want to talk?” Kylie asked.

“Don’t you need to get ready?” I asked.

“Not yet. I have time” she smiled at me.

“It’s a pretty long story” I said.

“Okay” she said getting comfortable. “Start from the beginning”

“Well okay. So before Liam I was with this guy Vittorio. He happened to be the prince of Italy. I’m half Italian and was living in Rome. And anyways he cheated on me with my best friend on our engagement night”

“Must have been awful” Kylie commented.

“Yeah but anyway I came back here because my half sister April was living here. So then Vittorio came over too but I had sort of started something with Liam even though I was still confused. I didn’t know what I wanted. So Vittorio came and kinda swept me off my feet and I let him do it. We started dating again and then he asked me to marry him again and I said yes. I wasn’t getting anything from Liam so I thought Vittorio is here and he loves me or so I thought. Turns out he was having it off with my Mother almost the whole time, the second time we dated”

“Gosh. I don’t even know what to say. That’s just disgusting” Kylie said.

“I know” I replied. “So anyhow. Mother & Vittorio are married now and just had a baby boy Daniel and she came around to the house and said she wanted me to meet him so I did and he is just the cutest baby ever. And then she said April could meet him so the next day she did but then Vittorio interrupted and took Daniel away saying that they both didn’t want us to see him and so I talked to Morag who is a lawyer and all I want is visiting rights. I don’t know why they changed there minds. Liam was going to go get Daniel and bring him back so April and I don’t have to see them cos neither of us want to”

“Oh Bianca” Kylie said. “That’s just really sad. I’m sorry this is happening to you. You don’t deserve to be treated this way”

“Thanks” I replied.

“When did all this happen?”

I sighed. “April met him this morning and that’s when they changed their minds”

“Oh gosh. You’ve had a pretty awful day then huh” she said.

“Yeah pretty awful” I agreed glancing up at the TV. “If I didn’t have Liam I don’t know what I would do”

“I can tell Liam’s your knight in shining armour” she said.

“Yeah he is. He rescued me” I said.

“Speaking of guys… is Angelo over Charlie yet?” Kylie asked.

“I think so. Why?” I asked.

“I kinda like him” she said.

“You do?”

“Yeah. He is just so hot and he seems really nice. He doesn’t treat me like a celebrity which some guys do. I spoke to him for ages earlier” she said.

I smiled. “I can ask him what he thinks for you if you want me to” I said.

“That would be great” she said.

“Okay. I’ll let you know” I said.

“Good” she said. “I have to get ready now but if you ever want to talk you’ve got my number”

“Thanks” I replied.

“Anytime” she said and left.

I decided I had enough time and turned the TV off. I walked out of the room and went to find the guys.

“Bianca” the security guy nodded at me.

“Hi” I replied politely.

“Hey you’ve come just in time, he’s doing his last songs” Luke said.

“I know. I was watching on the TV” I said sitting down next to him and Angelo.

“Feeling any better?” Luke asked.

“Yeah I guess. I had a good chat with Kylie” I said.

“Do you know if she’s seeing anyone?” Angelo asked.

I grinned. “No she’s single. Why?”

“She’s nice, that’s all” he said.

“Well you’re in luck. She likes you too” I said.

“She does?” Angelo asked shocked.

“Yeah. She asked me to ask you if you liked her. And I guess you do. She wanted to know if you were over Charlie, I told her you were” I said.

“Wow she likes me” Angelo replied.

“Yeah. I have her number if you want it” I said.

“Yeah I want it” Angelo said. “I defiantly want it”

I laughed. “Okay” I said getting out my mobile. “Give me your phone”

I punched in Kylie’s number into his phone.

“There you go” I said.

“Thanks” he replied.

“I wouldn’t call her now though” I said.

Angelo laughed. “No of course not” he said.

Liam had finished his part.

“You guys stay here I’m going to meet him in his room” I said.

“You okay?” Luke asked.

“Yeah I just need to be with him” I said.

“Okay” Luke replied.

I walked back to the room where Liam was putting his things away.

“Baby” Liam said.

“Hey you” I said wrapping my arms around him and giving him a passionate kiss.

“mmmmmmmm nice” he said. “Feeling better then?”

“Yeah kinda” I said. “I want you to still go out to dinner with the guys”

“Are you sure?”

“Yes. I’m going to have dinner with Charlie, Leah and Roo”

“Okay” he said.

“Kylie and I had a chat” I said.

“Yeah she mentioned that to me as I walked off stage” he said.

Liam gave me a kiss.

I smiled. “You did a great show babe” I said.

“Thanks baby” he said. “I got a few flowers from some fans”

“You did?” I asked.

“Yeah” He laughed.

“Aw you have nice fans” I said.

“Yeah but you’re the only fan I need” Liam said.

“Aw corny” I grinned.

Liam laughed. “I’m ready to watch Kylie” he said.

“Okay. Let’s go” I replied.

“Oh what’s that?” Liam asked.

I laughed. “Kylie likes Angelo and Angelo likes her” I explained.

“Ooh Angelo” Liam teased.

“Shut up” Angelo replied playfully.

“Hey are you guys leaving?” Kylie asked coming up to us.

“Yeah the boys were going to have dinner” I replied.

“What are you doing?” Kylie asked.

“Having dinner with Charlie, Leah and Roo”

“Cool. Can I join you?”

“Yeah sure” I replied.

“Okay well do you want to take Bianca in your car?” Liam asked her.

“Yeah sounds good” Kylie replied. “Okay my car’s the other way”

“Okay” I replied. “I’ll see you later” I said to Liam giving him a kiss.

“Bye baby” He replied.

“I hope you don’t mind travelling in a limo” Kylie replied as we reached her car.

I grinned. “No of course not” I said.

“Didn’t think so” she laughed. “Hop in”

“Wow” I commented as I got inside the limo.

“First time in a limo?” she asked.

“Yes” I answered.

“So, we’re we going?” Kylie asked.

“Oh to Leah’s place” I gave her the address so she could give the driver the address.

“Does she know I’m coming?”

“Nope” I said.

“So, did you get a chance to speak to Angelo?”

I grinned. “He likes you. And I gave him your number”

“He’s going to call me?” she asked excitedly.

“Yeah he said he would” I said.

“Don’t tell him I’m excited” she laughed.

“I won’t. So how’s your sister?” I asked.

“Oh she’s really good. She’d love to catch up with you one day soon. She’s busy with Australia’s Got Talent at the moment” she said.

“That’s good” I replied. “I’d love to see her too”

We had arrived at Leah’s place.

“Hello?” I called entering the house.

“Hey come in” was Leah’s reply.

“Hey hope you don’t mind I brought someone” I said.

“Not at all” Leah replied looking shocked as Kylie walked in. “OMG” she said.

“Leah, Kylie. Kylie, Leah” I introduced.

“Nice to meet you” Kylie said.

“Um yeah nice nice to um yeah” Leah stuttered.

Kylie laughed. “So where are the others?”

“Oh Charlie is just finishing her shift and Roo is on her way” Leah replied.

“Charlie’s a cop” I informed Kylie.

“Oh right. You must feel safe at night then” Kylie said.

“Yeah it doesn’t hurt to have a cop in the house” Leah replied. “Bianca, can you help me for one second in the kitchen”

“Yeah” I said as she was practically dragging me in there.

“Why didn’t you tell me she was coming?”

I laughed. “I didn’t know either till the last minute” I said.

“Didn’t know what?” Charlie asked walking in the door in her uniform.

“Check the loungeroom” Leah replied.

“Kylie hi nice to see you again” Charlie said.

“You too Charlie” Kylie replied.

Roo had arrived a few minutes later. “Hi everyone” she greeted us.

“Hey” I replied. “You remember Kylie?”

“How can I forget” she grinned.

“Nice to see you Roo” Kylie said.

“You too” Roo replied.

We were sitting down to dinner half an hour later when there was a knock at the door.

“I’ll get it” I said as Leah and Charlie were both in the middle of eating.

I opened the door. “What are you doing here?” I asked angrily.

“I was just out walking and I heard your voice so I came to tell you to back off” Mum said.

“Back off from what?”

“We have a right to change our minds Bianca and I don’t want you or April to see Daniel. I don’t want him to be influenced by you” she said.

“You don’t want him to be influenced by me? Do you think I’m a bad influence?” I asked.

“Yes that’s exactly it” Mum replied.

“You are so unbelievable” I yelled.

“How? For wanting you to not see my child?” Mum said.

“He is my brother. As you reminded me” I said.

“Yeah well only half” she said.

I started yelling at her in Italian. She started yelling back. It got really heated. Finally Leah came in.

“I think you need to leave now Johanna” she said.

“Excuse me but I’m having a private conversation with my daughter” Mum said.

“Oh no. You don’t get to call me that now” I said.

“Well I’d rather not call you that but I can’t change that now can I?” she said.

“I guess not. Just like I can’t change the fact that you’re my mother” I said.

“Maybe you both should just stop this before you guys say something else you’d regret” Charlie said.

“I haven’t said anything that I have regretted” Mum replied.

“Me neither” I said.

“Johanna really? You don’t regret saying that you’d rather not have Bianca as your daughter and that she’s a bad influence” Roo said.

“No I don’t regret that at all Roo. And I’d like for everyone to not but in where there not wanted” Mum said.

“Don’t speak to my friends that way” I replied.

“I can speak to them any way I want” she replied.

“Real mature” I said.

“Actually these are really nice people. And you’re daughter is an amazing person and I don’t know why you are hurting her like this” Kylie said.

Mum started yelling at me in Italian again so I yelled back. I couldn’t believe it when she slapped my face.

I felt numb.

“You need to leave now Johanna” Leah said forcefully.

Kylie and Charlie took me back into the loungeroom. Leah shut the door while Roo put some ice in a towel. Charlie put the ice on my cheek. I was trying hard not to cry.

“Does it sting?” Kylie asked.

“Yeah” I mumbled.

“Do you want Liam?” Leah asked.

“Leah just call him” Charlie said. “You know she wants him”

“I’ll call him I’ve got my phone in my hand” Roo said. “Liam is on his way”

“Thanks” I whispered. I looked at my hand and noticed it was shaking.

“Here Bianca, have some water” Leah said.

I shakingly took the glass from her and took a mouthful.

“Darling let me look at your face” Roo said.

I took off the ice.

“Oh gosh, that’s really red’ she said.

“Let me see” Kylie said standing next to Roo. “Oh gosh”

“Is it going to leave a bruise?” I asked.

“I’m no doctor but it looks like it might” Roo answered.

“Great” I replied.

“How are you feeling?” Kylie asked.

“I just feel numb and shocked and I don’t know what else” I said.

“That was some argument” Leah commented.

“Now you know why I don’t want to see her and why I don’t want April to go near her” I said. “Thanks for trying to help me”

“Oh don’t be silly, no need to thank us. We’re your friends and we’d do anything for you” Roo said.

“I guess you didn’t expect to see that when you came over here” I said to Kylie.

“Well no of course not but now I understand better what you’re going through” she said.

“Yeah. I truly never expected her to hit me like that. I did not see that coming” I said.

Liam came rushing in with Luke. “Baby” he said.

I put my arms around him and started to cry.

“Someone tell me what happened” he said.

I love the way Kylie is involved with the characters. Its a brilliant plot device to have Bianca explaining the situation to Kylie, so everyone reading can catch up too

Kylie/Angelo Nice he might have some luck in the love department.

“Johanna came round and they got into a heated argument and Johanna hit her” Leah said.

“She hit her?” Liam asked.

“Yeah that’s why she’s got a mark on her face” Roo said.

“Aw baby, come on I’m taking you home” he said. “Bro can you get her stuff for me”

“Here it is” Charlie said handing it to Luke.

“Are you right to get home?” Liam asked Kylie.

“Yeah I’m right my drivers out front” she said. “Thanks for dinner Leah”

“You’re welcome” Leah replied.

“See you guys” she said.

“Bye guys” Liam said.

“Bye girl, feel better and I’ll see you later” Kylie said giving me a hug.

“Bye” I replied.

“Look after your wife Liam” Kylie said sternly.

“I will don’t worry” Liam replied.

We got in Luke’s car and drove the short distance to our house. I immediately collapsed on the couch.

“Baby, do you want to talk?” Liam asked.

“She just came around and told me to back off that she was allowed to change her mind and then she said that I was a bad influence and that is why she didn’t want me near him. She wished that I wasn’t her daughter. We yelled at each other in Italian. That was when she hit me” I said.

“Wow” Luke said. “Now I know why you don’t want to be near her”

“Yeah” I replied leaning into him. He put his arms around me.

“Hey bro be careful” Liam said.

“I’m gay remember?” Luke replied.

“Hard to forget” Liam commented. “Are you tired baby?”

“A little. But I don’t think I can sleep yet” I said.

“Okay let’s watch a movie then” Liam said.

I rest my head on Luke and stretched my feet out on Liam. I must have been more tired then I realized because within half an hour I was falling asleep but I could still make out what they were saying.

“Bro, Bianca’s falling asleep” Luke said.

“That’s good” Liam said. “I think I’ll take her into our bedroom with me. Are you going to continue watching this?”

“Yeah if that’s cool”

“Yeah. Night bro”

“Night” Luke replied.

I was only part aware that Liam was carrying me into our room.

“Night babe, I love you” I whispered.

“I love you too baby goodnight” Liam said.

“Good morning Bianca” Luke greeted me the next morning.

“Morning Luke” I replied.

Luke sighed. “Have you seen your cheek?” He asked.

“No. It’s bad isn’t it” I said.

“Well it’s not good” Luke said. “Go look in the mirror”

I looked in the mirror and noticed a blue and purple handprint.

“Great” I groaned. “How the hell am I supposed to explain this in school today?”

“Why don’t you call in sick Bianca?” Luke asked.

“Ill just try to cover it with a lot of foundation” I said.

“Okay. Go get it. I’ll put it on” Luke said. “It will be easier if I do it”

I handed him my foundation. He got right to work.

“Morning guys” Liam said.

“Morning Bro” Luke replied.

“Morning babe” I said as he kissed me.

“There. You can’t even tell” Luke said.

“Look at me” Liam instructed. “No you can’t tell. Good job bro”

I went and looked in the mirror again. “April’s going to notice” I said.

“Tell her the truth” Liam said.

“She’ll be hurt” I said.

“I know baby but I think she needs to know” Liam said.

“Yeah I guess” I sighed.

“How about I meet you guys for lunch?” Luke asked.

“Sounds good” Liam replied.

“Yeah alright” I replied.

“Okay come on baby we are going to be late if we don’t get a move on” Liam said.

“See you” Luke said.

“Bye and thanks” I said.

“No worries” he replied.

We got on Liam’s bike and drove to School.

“Are you going to be alright?” Liam asked as we neared our classrooms.

“Yeah. Don’t worry” I said.

“That’s easier said then done” Liam replied.

I smiled. “I’m okay. Really” I said.

“Okay” Liam said unconvinced.

“Haven’t convinced you have I?”

“No”

“I love you” I said giving him a kiss.

“I love you too” he said kissing me a bit longer then should have.

“Okay knock it off you guys go to your classes” I laughed as the students were whistling at us.

“I’ll see you at lunch” Liam grinned.

“Yup. Now go before we get into trouble” I said as the bell rang.

Liam laughed.

I walked into the classroom. “Good morning guys” I said “I’m giving you your tests today”

I laughed as I heard groans from the students. “If you studied over the weekend then you should be okay. You can start” I sat down in my seat.
