Yeah Rob was mentioned quite a few times over the years after he left either directly or in terms of in 'Rob's boat shed'. I presume they were referring to the same character.

I heard once that Dee Smart(Lucinda Croft)was written out a few months earlier than was planned after making some unflattering comments about the show in a magazine interview and she was originally going to have a big exit with Ryan interrupting her wedding to Nick.Don't know if it's true but it might explain why Ryan came back for the last few weeks of the year to do absolutely nothing, if he'd already been contracted.

Don't think that's true I met Dee Smart at a Home and Away event not too long after she left, If this is true I don't see why she would have turned up to it.
