I think Five are wrong in taking Home and Away off for five weeks, why not extend the Christmas break to six or seven weeks like Australia and be head to head with the?

It is scandalous in this present day to be so far behind.

Thanks for posting these, jessica!Have they not released the details for the first episode of 12th August or isn't there one?

I will update the list once I find out about the other weeks.

I could find any information about the 12th August 18:00 episode. There is definitely a episode but no information about the episode is released.

I've added that one in for you

Thank you for adding in the one I missed.

Updated to add in Mondays.

I think they're doing the right thing with this summer break.I'd rather have two shorter breaks than have the show off air for two months over Christmas. It's only a problem being behind Australia if you keep hopping on the internet and seeing what's going to happen in six weeks...oh.Well, I know which sections of this forum I'm going to be avoiding for the next four months.(And then you go in the staff room and it's all "So, are we going to do anything about Jai leaving?"Aaargh!)

Anyway...Really loved today's repeats!Even though it's only two years ago it's all so refreshing.Ric and Mattie!Okay, it's the fight club nonsense but their scenes together just underlined what a strong couple they were by that point.JM reunion!Which did the impossible first time round and made me actually pleased they were back together even after I'd got fed up of nearly two years of will-they-won't-they.And...Miles pulling Jazz! The guy really should be worrying. Two years ago, he had her chasing after him.Now he can't get a woman for love nor money. What went wrong?

And, of course, the main attraction:Aden and Nicole.Taking them separately, it's interesting that Aden's already meant to be seeing a therapist by this point because you have to wonder what the heck they did to him, it's downhill all the way from here.In this post-bully, pre-Adelle period, he's actually likeable with only the odd hint of his usual smugness;he'll never be this well-balanced or be this comfortable around his father again. As for Nicole, despite being the "bad girl" of the title(and I think she does overstep the line a bit more in tomorrow's episodes), she is very much likeable.I think it's that "You, I like" to Morag after she lays down the law to her, showing that she's not just a spoilt princess but someone who appreciates people standing up to her, and the genuine bonding between her and Roman, even down to that little moment of vulnerability when she asks him if he wants her to stay.

But seeing them together...seriously, what took them so long to get their act together?!The chemistry just drips off the screen. As Larry notes, she's the one person that can make him smile. He even calls her "Babe"!Ah, the missed opportunities...

I've only watched about 20 mins of the first episode so far, but urrrggggh I'd forgotten how horrendously large Ric's hair was at this stage. Miles, on the other hand, had a cute little face and shorter hair, which I love. I did like seeing Jazz again, as well. I miss Jazz.

Serious comments later, probably.

Forgot to mention yesterday, they really should have had Jack stick to his guns about quitting the police. It was pretty obvious by that point that he wasn't up to the job and when he did somehow get back in, despite being just as bad as Angelo is now(see one of the episodes next week for the evidence, and see tomorrow for the first sign of how badly out of sequence they're showing them), he made exactly the same mistakes and got himself killed.

Anyway, Aden and Nicole were a bit less sweet together today although that last scene of them at school was nice. Not sure if Aden was putting on an act there, as Nicole seemed to believe, especially given the quantum leaps his character took over the next few months, he may actually have been genuine.Anyone who doubts he liked her at that point just watch those two episodes:he's practically challenging Geoff to a fight out of jealousy and I'd no idea he kissed her at that point, I thought he only tried to but there's definitely lip to lip contact there.(Kind of ironic to see him and Belle so completely off each other's radar at this point, they haven't shared a single scene or mentioned each other in these episodes. It wouldn't last long.)As for Nicole...Her sudden nominating of Matilda as her new best friend feels a bit strange, I've a feeling it didn't last very long, the only other time I can remember them having scenes together was when Mattie and Belle were having a go at her about the party.(It was around here that everyone thought Aden was gay and Mattie was going to hook up with Geoff, as I recall.Another idea that's interesting to keep in mind while watching.)Annie's hero worship of Nic was a brilliant character idea that was dumped far too quickly, she's really sweet in these episodes, what did they do to her?The famous continuity error of Nicole suddenly being in a class with Mattie, Aden and Axel when she's meant to be in the year below.(And possibly the only reference to Axel's father.)But most jarring of all...Nicole can't sew?!Guess she must have taken a crash course, given in a little over a year's time she'll be altering Belle's wedding dress.

And...Melody!!!!You know, I can see why people didn't like her, just as I can see why people didn't like Nicole, they both make quite a few rude remarks here(Melody about Nicole, Nicole about everyone). But I adored them both.It is a bit odd that Melody chides Girl #3 for making a comment about Nicole then does exactly the same herself. But that last scene of Geoff asking Melody out, even if it does seem to come out of nowhere, was the sweetest thing ever. And it is a shame that a few months down the line he ended up making the opposite choice.Because much as I liked Nicole, Melody was a lot better suited to him.

Interesting to see which of the speaking extras ended up getting names and credits. That's Gonk with Axel when he's eyeing up Jazz.(As someone noted, Martin didn't care as much about what Kirsty wore, even though it got the same reaction from Matthew...)Annie and Melody's friend Girl #3 is called either Holly or Cara(or maybe Carla)depending on what episode you're watching as I recall. And I think that's Axel's sister Danielle getting into one of her first spats with Nicole in the classroom.

Hmm, not many serious comments to make actually. Not seen today's episodes yet, but I ended up fast forwarding through most of yesterdays as there was too much Jack. It's a while since we saw him and I still absolutely hate his character, so I couldn't watch it. I did like Nicole when she first arrived though, and her interaction with Aden/Roman/Morag was great to see again. Special shout out to Ric (except the large hair) and Mattie too.

They really should have shown these episodes in order as having seen Nicole's debut we now skip back three weeks to Sam's swansong(or should that be nosedive?).So one minute Aden's moving in with Roman and back on good terms with his dad, the next they're literally at each other's throats and he's having the accident we just saw him discharged from hospital for.One minute Jack and Martha are getting back together, the next she's with Roman and he's being widowed. One minute the Diner and the Den are up running and Jazz is working at the school, the next they're still getting it ready and she's handing Irene her CV.(And just to really confuse us, next week they show two Jazz episodes that are immediately before and immediately after these six.)

It's hard to remember just how shocking seeing that side to Aden and being given an insight into why he was that way was at the time. Now we've had to sit through two years of more of the same, in which he didn't really improve that much and the storyline got taken in some pretty dire directions. The first person he tells about his abuse is a random doctor we never see again.Weird.And they cut the scene of him being nasty to Cassie, which at the time I would have quite liked to see.Ironic that his first words to his dad on the subject are "You knew. You always knew" when a few months down the line his "sudden" realisation of that fact will be used as an excuse for attempted patricide.Larry's about as genuinely villainous as he ever got here(well, except maybe trying to put Cassie behind bars), although the later revelation that he was abused himself adds an interesting dimension to his actions even if it was the point where the storyline really started to go wrong(well, that and Aden sleeping with Belle less than a week after being scared of intimacy), it does seem as though he believes denial is the best thing for Aden.Oh-and proof that a girl did once go with Axel of her own free will.

The ostensible main focus of the episodes, Sam...well, it's odd that they chose a couple of episodes where she hardly appeared. In fact, one of those Jazz episodes from next week probably showcases the storyline more. You can see Jessica Chapnik staring at the script in disbelief, wondering why they've suddenly turned her character into this crazy person and trying to cling onto the last vestiges of viewer sympathy in full knowledge that most of the JM fans hated her from the start anyway. Although her rants about Martha are largely paranoia, you can see Roman's resigned look when Martha's wanting to help Jack, he can see the writing on the wall. The last episode does a fairly good job of making Jack, Martha, Tony, Rachel, Roman, Morag and Jazz look as suspicious as possible: Which of them killed Sam?Um, none of them actually.

Why did they show the episodes in that order?! Rather backwards. I'm enjoying the episodes but I can't say I'm really feeling the Bad Girls theme.
